SEX/NUDITY 7 - A man is shown bare-chested and thrusting from behind into a woman who's leaning over a desk (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
 A woman wearing a very low-cut dress delivers a briefcase to a man, she removes her dress in front of him (her bare breasts and buttocks are visible) and walks toward a bedroom (we do not see him follow).
 Two partially nude women (bare breasts and bare buttocks are visible) kiss and caress each other while a man watches (he is bare-chested).
 Partially nude women (bare breasts and buttocks are visible) dance on pedestals in a club scene, while others perform lap dances for men and others dance on tables. A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. A man with binoculars watches two women walking on a street; one wears a short dress that reveals her legs and the other wears a low-cut dress that reveals cleavage and makes a suggestive remark.
 A man makes a crude sexual remark to a man about missing out on opportunities for sex.
 Men and women dance in a crowded dance club. A woman caresses a man's jacket lapel.

VIOLENCE/GORE 9 - Two men's throats are slashed by a man with a sharp implement (blood gushes and we hear a slash).
 A man grabs a woman and pushes her to the floor while she screams, then he shoots her husband in the face (blood sprays) and puts a gun to his head; the woman and her child are then shot and killed (we don't see them being shot, but hear the gun shot and her screams and see a flash), and the house they are in is set on fire.
 A man having sex with a woman from behind is shot in the head (we see the bloody bullet hole and his stunned look).
 A man is shot by a sniper, he falls back on the ground, and we hear him moaning and wheezing and he dies. Another man is shot in the head (blood splatters and sprays).
 Several men are rousted out of their cars, they are lined up against a fence and shot repeatedly (we see them flinching and flailing and they fall to the ground dead). Several men in a restaurant are shot to death: we see their bodies flailing and blood spurting, while gunfire is exchanged inside and outside the restaurant, and several men are shot by a sniper.
 Two men with guns drawn walk on a pier where there are fires burning and bodies on the ground; gunfire is heard in the background, a man stabs another man in the abdomen, several men are shot, one man is shot in the foot and then the head (blood spurts), and a man is hung by a cable around the neck and then shot in the head (we hear a splatter).
 A man drags a wounded man by the head, snaps his neck, and cuts off his head: we hear the crack and the slash and see the headless body with blood at its neck. A woman opens a briefcase and sees her father's severed head (we see the blue-tinged face briefly).
 A man stabs another man, another man's neck is broken by a man standing on it (we see blood in his mouth and hear a crunch), another man is stabbed in the stomach, another in the chest with an ax, and another is stabbed in the hand with a sword and then shot in the head (blood spurts).
 Two men with swords fight: one slashes the other's sleeve, and one slashes off the other's ear (we see the bloody, severed ear on the floor and the victim holding his head with blood on his clothing and hand). Two men fight with swords, kicking and shoving, one man is slashed on the arm (we see blood), one man is stabbed in the arm (we see blood on his shirt), one man is shot in the face (blood splatters), one man is slashed in the shoulder (we see blood), and one is stabbed in the arm.
 A man shoots a man, another man is shot several times and another is shot in the head (we see blood splatter and soak into clothing). A man is shot and falls to the ground. A man is stabbed, and two men are slashed across the abdomen (blood spurts and we hear squishing).
 A man chases another man, strikes him several times with a stick, shoves him to the ground, backs him against a drain pipe, forces a sword with its sheath into his mouth, pulls the sword out, uses it to stab him through the chest and then he twists it (we hear gagging and squishing).
 A dog with an explosive device strapped to its collar walks toward a man, and the bomb explodes killing the dog and several men in the room (we see bloody bodies).
 Several motorcycles race along a street, one crashes into a car and the driver is thrown off, and one is struck by a man swinging a burning piece of wood; several men fight with punches and kicks, one is beaten and kicked by several men, and one man shoots toward the men who are fighting and they run away. A man in an alley is shot, and another man is stabbed in the stomach.
 A man is shot in the arm (we see blood on his sleeve), he falls onto a ledge, the shooter approaches, aims to shoot him again but is shot in the face (we see blood spurt and spray), and he falls in water and is presumed dead.
 In a couple of scenes a man remembers a man, a woman and a child being murdered, and we see their bodies lying motionless and blood pooling on the floor. A man remembers beating and threatening many people.
 A man questions another man and presses his thumb into a shrapnel wound (we hear squishing and see a lot of blood on the wounded man and the other man's hand).
 Several men with swords slash other men to death (we hear slashing), several men are shot and we see a woman and child held at gunpoint and hear two gunshots.
 Two men fight: one wraps a chain around the other's neck, one falls from a ledge, one is struck in the leg with a plank, one swings a shovel, the other swings a sledge hammer, they shove each other through walls, and they crash through a window and roll on the ground. A man fights with two men: one has a bloody mouth, and another is struck hard in the head by a car rim (we see blood on the rim and blood pools under the body on the floor).
 A man grabs a man, forces him into a bathroom stall, kicks him, squeezes his head in the stall door, holds a gun to his face and threatens him (we see him with a bloody nose).
 We see photographs of dead bodies and hear that two died from stab wounds and one from an alligator attack (we see a mutilated body and a face with no features other than exposed teeth).
 A man approaches another man in a dark hallway, we hear a thud and understand that one of the men has been killed. Two dogs approach a man in a dark hallway, we hear a whimper and a thud and understand that the man has killed them.
 Two men fight with punches and kicks in a cage fight while people watch and cheer (we hear loud blows landing).
 A woman throws a knife into a wall near a man's head. A man is held at gunpoint by two men. A woman holds a knife to a man's throat and a gun to another man's head.
 We see a body bag at a crime scene, a man opens the bag and begins hyperventilating. A man takes target practice and shoots the target (shaped like a body) in the head repeatedly.
 Two cars speed through streets causing accidents, one car crashes onto a cement divider and the chase ends (no one is hurt).
 A man chases another man along rooftops, they jump, one slides down a drainpipe, one jumps through a window, one runs out of a building and the scene ends.
 A woman yells at a man. A man spits on another man's shoe. A man throws his used toothpick on another man's dinner plate.

SUBSTANCE USE - People drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes in a nightclub scene, a man pours two drinks, several people are shown drinking alcohol from bottles, and a couple of men drink and smoke cigarettes. Men smoke cigarettes in several scenes, and a man is told that he cannot smoke in front of another man's children.
