The MPAA rating has been assigned for “language, violence/bloody images, some drug use and sexual material.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes showing a prosthetic penis, several implied sex scenes with some partial nudity, a few flirting sequences between two women, several discussions of sexuality, a woman being stabbed and shot with bloody wounds shown, several scenes of a man beating and strangling a woman, many boxing sequences leading to bloody facial wounds and bruising, scenes of a man manipulating a woman, scenes of people snorting cocaine, several arguments about money, and at least 38 F-words and other strong language. Based on a true story about the tumultuous relationship between a successful boxer (Sydney Sweeney) and her trainer and husband (Ben Foster), and the lengths that she is forced to go to in order to follow her passion for the sport. Christy SEX/NUDITY 5

 – A video shows a woman wearing a sports bra and boxer briefs entering a room and we see that there is a prosthetic penis in the briefs and the camera zooms in to show it.
 A young woman sleeps in bed (we see her bare shoulders and cleavage) and a man wearing a robe enters the room (sex is implied). A man and a young woman are shown sleeping in bed together and the man’s bare leg is seen (sex is implied).
 A young woman kisses another young woman lying in bed on the chest and abdomen while she unbuttons her top and they argue (they are both fully clothed); the other young woman then leaves the room. A young woman jumps into a man’s arms and kisses him after she wins a fight (he’s her trainer). Two women meet in a diner and talk; one woman’s husband calls her, says that he is watching her and the two women go to a hotel and sleep (we see them sleeping in bed); one woman touches the other woman tenderly on the face.
 A man confronts a young woman and says that he is worried that she “might be gay.” A young woman breaks up with her girlfriend and tells her that she met someone else. A woman talks to another woman about creeping “quietly out of the closet.” A woman says that a man videotapes them “doing stuff.” A woman confronts her teenage daughter about rumors about a relationship she is in with another young woman and the other young woman’s parents are “taking her to a priest”; she tells her, “What you are doing isn’t normal.”
 Women are shown wearing swimsuits and bikinis in a few scenes in dressing rooms and in boxing rings carrying round cards (we see cleavage, bare abdomens, legs and partial buttocks). Women wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage. Women wear sports bras and shorts in a few scenes (we see bare shoulders, cleavage and abdomens).

Christy VIOLENCE/GORE 7

 – A man enters a room where his wife is packing a bag; the man holds a knife and stabs her several times (we see her lying on the floor with very bloody wounds on her abdomen, chest and a flap of skin is seen hanging off her calf) and she gasps and wheezes saying, “Please don’t let me die”; the man then shoots her and she stops moving, but revives and leaves the house getting a ride to a hospital where we see her recuperating later.
 A man pushes a woman onto a sofa, straddles her and strangles her; he lets go and she coughs and gags. A woman swings a pole at a man and yells at him for stealing from her; the man then throws her to the ground and steps on her shoulder while other people in the gym watch in shock.
 Many boxing and sparring sequences show people punching each other in the head, face and body repeatedly and leaving some boxers thrown against the ropes and knocked unconscious and we see bloody noses and bruised faces. Two women box in a ring and one woman is punched repeatedly in the face; she complains of being dizzy and feeling like she is on a slant but continues to fight and falls to her knees in the ring. Two women fight in a ring and one woman is shown with a very bloody nose and face and her shirt is splattered with blood, and later with a bloody cut on her eyebrow. A man and a woman spar and the man punches the woman hard in the head knocking her to the ground. A young woman shoves and punches another young woman hard in the face knocking her to the ground (we see her with a bloody lip). A woman and a young woman fight in a ring and the woman is knocked to the ground; the young woman is left with a bruised chin. While sparring, a man punches a young woman hard in the side and she winces; she punches him hard in the face and he stumbles and falls down. A man and a woman argue and he grabs and pushes her in a few scenes. A woman looks at wounds on her abdomen in a mirror (we see bloody bandages and ragged stitches).
 A man tells a young woman, “If you leave me, I’ll kill you,” in a few scenes. A woman testifies in court about her husband’s abuse and his attempt to kill her; we read that he was sentenced to 25 years in prison. A man instructs a sparring partner to “Get her out of here. Bust her up. Break a rib if you have to.” A woman boxer says, “I’ll mess her up.” A man becomes upset when a woman tells him that she needs someone else to train her to get to the next level; they argue. A man drives a car behind a woman while she jogs during training; he honks the horn if she slows down or stops. A woman tells another woman to leave a hospital and accuses her of causing the lead up to her daughter being stabbed and shot. A woman says that her husband seems angry at her all the time. A woman tells her daughter that she sounds crazy and that her husband told her that she is doing drugs.
 A woman puts coins in her pockets before a weigh-in for a boxing match. A voiceover describes a woman fighting, “Like I had demons in me,” and, “I fought like I was trying to destroy everyone that had ever done me wrong.” A man confronts a young woman in a bar with another young woman and accuses her of sneaking around and that she is going to lose her family and lose her trainer. A man and a woman argue about money in several scenes. A young woman is very nervous preparing for a big fight. A man tells a woman that another man is skimming money off her fight prize money and hiding it.
 A car smokes from under the hood and we understand that it is out of oil.
