The MPAA rating has been assigned for “language.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes an implied sex scene, a couple of kissing scenes, some revealing dresses, a deer struck by a car and the car flipping and burning, discussion of a child born prematurely and suffering from complications, discussions of guilt caused by not being with a dying parent, discussions of unrequited love, discussions of cheating and ending relationships, several arguments and at least 30 F-words and other strong language. A man and a woman (Colin Farrell and Margot Robbie) are introduced at a wedding, and after a series of coincidences find themselves on a road trip that may help them discover some truths about themselves and also open the door to a new future.  – A man and a woman are seen through a window and the woman is clothed and seated on a bed as the man removes his shirt (he’s wearing a tank T-shirt); sex is implied. A man and a woman dance and caress each other (the woman’s dress reveals her bare back and part of the side of her bare breast).
 A man and a woman flirt in several scenes. A man and a woman kiss and embrace. A man and woman kiss tenderly. People dance together at a wedding reception, embracing closely. A painting in a museum depicts a man and a woman embracing and kissing. A man looks at a teen girl longingly; he says that he told her he loved her and she went for another teen that later cheated on her (we see the man as an adult, but he’s considered to be his 15-year-old self). A man and a woman sing in a theater performance and run offstage holding hands. A shirtless man (we see his bare chest and abdomen) and a woman stand close to each other as she removes his stage makeup.
 A woman says that she had an affair with her professor in college and that she was with him when her mother was dying. A man says that he was engaged once and we see the breakup. A woman says, “I cheat” and describes sabotaging her relationships. A woman tells a man to stop trying to be charming. A woman tells a man, “This will end with me hurting you.” People discuss relationships and taking risks. A woman holds her breath and a man says that he might need to give her the “kiss of life” if she doesn’t stop. A woman says, “I’m bad with men.”
 A woman changes clothes in the backseat of a car and tells the driver not to look; we see her bare shoulders and bra straps when she removes her top. A woman wears low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage and her bare back to the waist. A woman wears a low-cut sweater that reveals cleavage.

 – A car slams into a deer on a winding road; the deer is thrown and lands on the road with blood on the ground, and the car flips and rolls several times, before bursting into flames (the occupants get out unharmed); we later see the deer with its intestines strewn across the road.
 A woman goes to a hospital room, where her mother lies dead and the woman talks to her. A man talks to another man in a hospital waiting room who tells him that his infant son might not survive due to a heart complication. A woman stabs a fork into a table at a restaurant aiming for a man’s hand.
 A man finds a locking device on his car tire and a ticket on his windshield. A man says that he loves being alone. Rain pours during an outdoor wedding ceremony and people use umbrellas. A man pretends that he has been grabbed by something on the other side of a freestanding door in a forest; he says he sees dead bodies and laughs. A man and a woman walk through a lighthouse and stand at the top overlooking the ocean. A man is nervous about walking through his high school again and feels the pain of rejection when he told a girl that he loved her and she said that she didn’t love him. A man and a woman sit at the top of a dark winding path overlooking what seems to be Earth.
 A woman says that she thinks her father is alive, but she wishes he were dead. A woman says that her mother is dead; we see the scene of the woman dying in a hospital and the woman was not with her at the end. A woman tells a man, “This will end with me hurting you.” People discuss relationships and taking risks. A man and a woman talk about life and where they are headed. A woman tells a man, “I’m gonna kill you.” A man and a woman discuss whether life is short. A woman tells a man, “I leave you,” and describes leaving him without a word of explanation; we see the man sad and upset as she describes what happens.
