A man is shirtless as a woman cleans him from dye (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details) and we see his bare chest, abdomen and back; the man and the woman then kiss tenderly. We understand that a man is married and his wife is unable to have children; the man is involved in another relationship with a woman that is pregnant with his child.

A man steps out of his car in a dark driveway and is shot repeatedly (we hear that he was shot twelve times) by another man (blood sprays around the area and on the ground and we see the dead man on the ground with blood pooling under him). A man in a house wears a gas mask as agents and police shoot tear gas inside the house, and the man shoots through the floor hitting many agents as they yell and shoot back at him; he coughs and vomits goo (we see the goo), the house catches fire and the man and another man hold guns on each other (neither man shoots); one man leaves the house and the other man lies down in a tub filled with water as the house is engulfed in flames (we understand that the man died in the blaze).
► Masked gunmen in cars surround an armored car driving on an isolated road, the cars bump into the truck and force it to stop, gunmen shoot at the driver and force the guards in the truck out and onto the ground while stealing the money in bags from inside; a man in a car nearby shoots at a gunman and is shot dead (we see blood on his shirt) and spikes on the road blow out the tires of a police car that tries to chase them when they speed away. Several masked gunmen hold up an armored car, and the guards in the car are held on the ground while the robbers steal the money from the car; the tires are shot as the gunmen leave and another man shoots at the getaway car as they speed away. Four men wait in a car outside a bank and it is implied that they are waiting for a bomb to detonate somewhere; the bomb does not detonate and the four men charge into a bank and threaten the people inside with guns, one man is struck in the face (we see blood pour from the wound) a police officer outside the bank is held at gunpoint and the tires on his car are shot as the robbers leave. A man in a porn theater during a movie leaves a bag with an explosive in it and exits the building; the explosive detonates and we see a large plume of smoke blow into the street. Agents and police move into an area; one agent tells a man to drop his weapon and another man shoots at the agent so that the man can escape; another man inside a room is shot as he tries to climb out of a window, another man chases the first man and is shot in the chest (we watch as he bleeds profusely and dies). Many armed police and agents move toward an isolated house; two men from inside run out and across a field and fall to their knees when they are surrounded and handcuffed. Two men drive to an isolated area in the woods, dig in the muddy ground using their hands and discover a buried body; we later see the body being taken away in a body bag.
► A man teaches his young son how to shoot an automatic weapon; the boy shoots at a bottle and people cheer when he hits it. A man with a rifle takes aim at another man as the other man also with a rifle takes aim at a large buck (neither man shoots). A man buys many handguns and rifles at a gun store. A man’s nose bleeds uncontrollably in several scenes (we see blood on his face and shirt) and he blames it on medication that he is taking (we do not know what the medication is). We see a large scar on a man’s chest. A man yells at another man and punches a car’s windshield (it cracks) in frustration.

We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.
Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
