SEX/NUDITY 6 - A man and a woman play strip poker: the woman loses a hand and removes her shirt leaving her bra and panties, and the man lies down with her on a bed and they kiss passionately until they are interrupted.
► A man and a woman kiss in a car and sex is implied. A man undresses on a beach (we see his bare chest and back), walks into the surf and is joined by a woman (we see bare backs and buttocks through the water); they swim and move close to one another but are interrupted. A man and a woman kiss in several scenes.
► A man says, "I'll take her" and caresses a woman's thigh; she slaps his hand away. A woman wearing a skimpy outfit that reveals cleavage, bare legs and shoulders propositions a man and he says, "When are you going to get out of the game?" (presumably insinuating that she is a prostitute).
► We see a man's bare chest, abdomen and back when he gets out of bed wearing only pants. Women inside a club wear skimpy outfits that reveal cleavage, bare abdomens, bare shoulders, bare backs and legs. Two women are seen wearing skimpy outfits while walking outside a club (cleavage and bare legs are seen). A woman wears a low-cut dress that reveals cleavage. A woman wears a dress that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders. A woman wears a low-cut top and short, shorts that reveal cleavage and legs.
► A man and a woman dance. A man and a woman snuggle on a sofa and they kiss (they are interrupted).
► Two women caress and flirt with a man and ask him to take them home with him. A woman tells a man, "You do everything too fast" and he replies, "Not everything." A woman tells a man, "We look cute together."

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - Two men wrestle for "time," one of the men shoots three other men in the room, and then empties his opponent's "clock" killing him also. A man is shot in the back, blood spurts and he falls to the ground dead. Several armed men hold several other men at gunpoint; one gunman steals another man's "time," and he gasps and falls to the ground dead. A man sits on an overpass, the "clock" on his arm counts down to 0:00, he jolts and moans and falls off the bridge and into water below (we see him dead with twisted limbs). A woman runs toward her son who is running toward her, her "clock" runs out and she lurches forward and into his arms; she's dead and her son screams. A man's "time" runs out and he gasps and falls to the ground.
► A woman shoots a man in the shoulder (blood spurts) and he lies on the ground moaning (we later see dried blood on his arm). A man and a woman jump out a window, land on a car below and run while being chased by a man with a gun; they run along rooftops and exchange gunfire. A man punches and kicks several armed men, jumps over a flight of stairs, grabs a woman and holds a gun to her head and speeds away in a car with the woman. A man slams open a toilet stall door and knocks another man on the other side of the door; the man is rendered unconscious.
► Several men with guns barge into a room, grab a man and a woman and hold them at gunpoint. A man with a gun comes into a bar and challenges another man to a fight for "time." Two men grab another man by the arms and escort him to a room where he is questioned and threatened. A man holds a woman at gunpoint. A man and a woman with guns hold up a woman and steal some "time," her earrings and her car. A woman with a gun is held at gunpoint by many armed men. A man is held at gunpoint. A man and a woman with guns walk up the entry stairs of what is identified as a big bank (we do not see what they do once they get inside, but it is implied that they rob it).
► A car runs over nails in the road, the tires blow up and the car careens off the road, flips over and crashes in a culvert (we see the driver slumped over the steering wheel and the passenger has a bloody cut on her face and blood on her arm). A car speeds toward a roadblock, armed men fire at the car, and the car crashes through a tollbooth and continues (no one is shown to be injured). An armored truck crashes through the window of a bank and customers dive and run for safety; a man and a woman in the truck get out holding guns, steal from a large vault and invite the customers to help themselves to what remains. A car crashes into another car, the three occupants get out of their respective cars and one holds a gun on the other two. A man and a woman in a car are chased by another car that rams into the back of their car, the car spins, speeds in reverse through oncoming traffic and the other car is slammed by a truck (no one is harmed). Men in a car chase two men running on foot and they jump over a fence and hide in a warehouse. A man in a car speeds on winding roads.
► A man lies dead on the ground and we see numbers on his arm reading "0:0000:…" A woman lies dead on the street (presumably her "time" ran out).
► People surround a wounded man on a street in a threatening manner until another man holding a gun takes him away. A man gasps and grabs his chest (he's OK).
► A man says of his father, "He died in a fight taking another man's time." A man and a woman yell at each other. A man says, "You're definitely dead." People talk about their "time" literally running out and how they will get more "time." A man says, "For a few to be immortal, many must die." A man talks about "fighting" and we understand that it is like an arm wrestling match that gives and takes time from the opponents. A woman tells a man that another man drank himself to death. A man says of his daughter that she has a "lack of vigilance."
► People are seen lining up outside a Mission where a large neon sign reads "Out of Time" or "Time." People are shown with glowing digital clocks on their arms.
► A man vomits in a bar toilet (we hear gagging and the splatter of vomit in the toilet).
LANGUAGE 5 - At least 1 F-word, 1 scatological term, 8 mild obscenities, name-calling (thief, insane, reckless), exclamations (shut up), 1 religious profanity, 6 religious exclamations.
SUBSTANCE USE - People drink alcohol in a bar, a woman holds an unopened bottle of champagne, two men drink shots from a flask, a man drinks champagne, a woman tells a man that another man drank himself to death, and a man pours alcohol into a cup of coffee and drinks it.
