Harold (John Cho) remembers the moment he and Vanessa (Paula Garces) shared an elevator from the previous adventure and boards a plane to Amsterdam to join her. Unfortunately, Kumar (Kal Penn) comes along, is deemed to be a terrorist threat while in the air and the two are sent to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. They manage to escape but the adventures take them to many places while they are trying find someone to help them clear their names.
