– People are lined up against a wall and shot (we see blood splatter on the wall). Two men fight and one stabs the other (we hear crunching). We see a dead person slumped on the ground with a wound on the abdomen that gushes blood. An explosive is launched and it blows up under a police van where two women and two men are bound inside; one man falls on top of a woman and seems to be trying to rape her as she kicks and pushes him away until the other man holds him around the throat and breaks his neck (we hear a crunch). A woman puts a gun in a man’s mouth and shoots (we see blood splatter on a wall); the woman is attacked by another man and she fights him and shoots him several times. A man is shot in the chest and falls to the ground with a bloody wound. People shoot each other and a woman is shot in the face (we see a bloody wound). A man shoots another man in the head after two other men lasso him around the throat and arm (he’s holding a gun). A reporter on TV is shot in the head as someone shouts “Fake news!”
► A woman shoots a man, another man grabs a woman, a man stabs the man in the head, and another is slashed across the throat. A man is shot with a crossbow, a man fights another man and a woman fights with two other men; a man slashes another man on the throat. A woman shoots a man and he is thrown with blood spurting. Many dead and bloody bodies are seen inside a store and a town is shown in flames. Several gunmen tie up people and threaten them for money and one man is shot in the head (we see the bloody bullet hole as he falls over dead and we later see blood and matter on a large hole on the back of his head). People exchange gunfire and some are struck and fall with some blood. A man with a gun moves outside a truck and someone from inside the truck shoots him when he tries to open the door. A man with a sledgehammer hits an attacker and blood spurts.
► A woman finds a goat locked in a cage and when she investigates, she ends up trapped in the cage with a spike above her head; two men wearing rabbit masks approach and move the spike closer to her head as she screams and a third man attacks the two men with a metal pipe and frees the woman; the two of them fight the masked two men, one is beaten with a metal pipe (blood spurts and sprays) and the other is shot in the head with the weapon (we see a lot of blood); the man and the woman are arrested and taken away in a police van.
► People speed on ATVs and a woman is thrown in the air by a motorcycle and lands unconscious. People fight with punches and throws and a man is held with his face pushed toward a spinning motorcycle wheel. A man holds a bloody blade to a woman’s throat and says, “I will cut your throat.” A van drives through streets and it is implied that people are taken off the streets and tortured and killed inside it; we see a man inside pounding on a window as blood splatters on it from the inside. Motorcycles chase and shoot at a truck as it speeds away. People run through streets where they see bloody bodies and we hear gunfire in the distance. We hear gunfire outside a van. A tank fires into a theater, it explodes in flames, and people are knocked down and shown in rubble. A man shoots explosive arrows at vehicles and they blow up as others open fire on the people inside the vehicles; they shoot back and several people hide in a building.
► A man opens a gun cabinet and when he is startled by his wife entering the room, he points a pistol at her. A man and a woman walk through a desert and into a shack where men inside have guns; they pay them and are shown to a dark tunnel that they follow with others to a border crossing. A man investigates noises in and around his house and we see movement on security footage. A man threatens to shoot a woman in the head if a man doesn’t give him money. A bat skeleton falling from a ceiling startles two women walking through a theater showing “Count Dracula.”
► People load guns and prepare for a night of violence; we see posters around a town promoting violent activity. A man puts a loaded gun in his belt and lowers heavy shuttered doors over his house windows and barn doors. A building with many people gathered inside is shuttered with heavy metal doors and people with guns stand guard on the roof. People wear outfits that include animal skulls, red paint and face coverings. A man tries to calm a horse and it rears several times causing him to fall back against a fence; he moans and holds his side.
► An announcement is made that people found with weapons will be shot and that martial law has been declared. A man threatens to fire another man if he is late to work again. A man refers to his employment as “slave labor.” We hear about people escaping cartel violence in Mexico and seeking refuge in the United States. People talk about the seeds of hate being sewn. A man is dismissive of a woman’s offer of a Mexican nanny for his unborn child and he insists that he will not have his children speaking Spanish in his home. A voice over a loudspeaker announces that foreigners that rape and pillage the country will be dealt with by the “true patriots of America.” A woman says that she fought drug cartels in Mexico. We hear reports of people fighting off “Forever Purgers” in several places.
► A train is shown in flames speeding along a track and a city is burning. A siren blares and we hear an announcement that a purge night is beginning and that no emergency services will be available. A logo with a skull and a snake is shown in several places and seems to indicate racism and white supremacism. Graffiti on a wall shows two large eyes with a bloody bullet wound on the forehead.
► A wolf is shown eating from a dead body and we hear it snarling and slurping (blood is shown on the body and the wolf). Blood is washed off walls and the ground. A slab of raw meat is shown in a restaurant’s kitchen.
