After a weekend with friends at a cabin goes horribly wrong, a man who accidentally killed his girlfriend and cut off his own arm fights his way free of a horde of Nazi zombies and tries to make sense of the events that led to that dreadful day. SEX/NUDITY 5 - A man and a zombie kiss passionately and have sex in a car: we see the car bouncing rhythmically and hear them both moaning (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
► A voiceover talks about a weekend with friends and having fun as we see men and women drinking beer and laughing; a man and a woman are shown kissing with the woman wearing a bra (we see her cleavage and bare back and sex is implied).
► A man looks at pictures of scantily clad women (we see cleavage, bare abdomens and legs) as he says to a woman in the other room, "You'd better remove your teeth tonight 'cuz I'm in the mood for some [sexual reference deleted and please see the Violence/Gore category for more details]. A priest talks about a woman being "So hot" and "What I wouldn't give to be 15 years younger... and not a priest of course." A police officer asks his female subordinate if "we discussed being more casual around the office" and the woman unbuttons the top button of her blouse (no cleavage is shown).
► A man is shown sitting on a toilet and a woman is seen in the bathtub next to him (we see his bare legs from the thigh and her bare shoulders above a layer of bubbles).

VIOLENCE/GORE 9 - Zombies with blood in their mouth and in various stages of decay break into a cabin where men and women are gathered and attack them: one man's head is ripped apart and we see his exposed brain, a man is bitten on the arm and he cuts the arm off to avoid the spread of "zombie," another man is pulled apart and we see blood spray as his limbs are separated from his body and we hear a crunch, and a woman is struck in the throat with an axe and we see a lot of blood as she falls dead (we see this attack again in a flashback). A man and a zombie fight on top of a tank and the tank discharges and shoots the zombie's head off (blood sprays and his head is blown off).
► Zombies attack people with axes and we see them pulling limbs off bodies and stabbing with knives repeatedly (blood sprays and we hear screaming); several people try to hide on a bus but are killed and we see blood spraying on the bus windows as they scream and one victim's intestines are pulled out of his abdomen and used to siphon gasoline from a bus and put it in a tank and we see another victim's brain pulled out of her head. Zombies break into a house and kill several people: a woman is thrown out the window and run over by a tank outside, a man is impaled on a fence and another woman is strangled using a dead man's intestines. A zombie charges a man and punches through his chest then pulls out his heart (with a lot of blood and squishing). Zombies break into a house and kill a man and a woman in the bathroom; we see blood splatter and we hear the woman screaming. Two women are fired upon by a tank and they are blown into the air (with lots of blood spray).
► Zombies drive a tank through trees knocking them down as they move toward three children playing in a sandbox; the children scream and the tank rolls over them (we do not see the result). A tank runs through a house crushing it and running over a zombie in the road on the other side (we see blood splatter). A man performs mouth-to-mouth on a zombie (not realizing it's a zombie) and the zombie bites his tongue (we see the man's tongue pulled out); the man sits up screaming and his mouth and throat are soaked in blood as many other zombies surround and attack him (we hear snarling and slurping off-screen as he screams). A woman's severed head (blood is seen around the jagged neckline) lands in a man's lap after he makes a crude sexual remark (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details) and just before he is hacked to death by a zombie with an ax (we see blood spurt and hear crunching). Zombies drive a tank toward two police cars and the officers inside cannot get the doors open to get out of the vehicles; we see the tank roll over the cars (presumably the officers inside manage to get out). A boy unfastens straps holding a man to a hospital bed, when the man is free he yells at the boy and throws him out the window, and we see the boy dead on the ground below the window (no blood is visible); the man tries to perform CPR but crushes the boy's chest (we see the man holding the boy's bloody heart in his hand).
► Many zombies fight each other using axes, shovels, hammers and knives in a large field (we hear crunching and tearing and see a lot of blood); a zombie's throat is ripped out and we see blood and gore, a man beats several zombies using a hammer, a zombie pulls the intestines of another zombie out and wraps the intestines around a power line (he is electrocuted), a zombie with a pick ax raises it over another zombie and he is stabbed in the back before he strikes, a zombie is struck in the eye with a pick ax (lots of blood), a man tackles a zombie and they fight inside a house where one is thrown against walls and one tries to stab the other and one presses the other's face against a burner (we hear sizzling), a man is stabbed through the back of the neck (we see a lot of blood), and another man is pressed onto a screwdriver (we hear a squish).
► Many zombies chase a man through a swamp and explosives are thrown at the zombies as they get close to the man (we see them being blown into the air). Two women are surrounded by zombies that are snarling and growling and the women scream (they do not attack). A tank fires at two women hiding in brush and the women and a man run away. A man is shown in a hospital bed after a car accident and he has an arm reattached at the elbow with thick stitches (the skin of the attached arm is shown to be gray-tinged); the man panics and screams that "this is Satan's arm!" before attacking three men in the room (one is slashed deeply across the abdomen and we see blood gush from the wound, another man is thrown across the room and crashes onto a medical cart) and the attacking man is finally jammed with a hypodermic needle that contains a sedative. A man pulls the hood ornament off a Mercedes and throws it, striking a police officer in the head and killing him (blood is shown on the victim's head).
► A zombie breaks the window of a car and grabs a man inside as many other zombies surround the car and grab him; one zombie appears to be biting the man's neck as he steps on the gas and speeds away striking several zombies as he goes; one zombie's intestines are snagged on a shard of broken window as the car speeds away and we see the intestines uncoiling from his abdomen; another zombie hangs onto the car and is struck by an oncoming truck (we see the zombie lying motionless on the road).
► A priest runs away from a zombie, the priest enters a church and the icons on the windows are shown to have blood streaming from their eyes before the zombie strikes the priest, now cowering on the floor, with a challis (we see the priest dead). A zombie is placed under the wheel of a car to gain traction and we see the tire spinning on his body as he whimpers and spits blood; then blood splatters (he is re-animated afterward). A man is killed and is revived as a zombie; he coughs up blood and he whimpers before someone off-screen throws an axe that hits him in the head (killing him again); he is revived again and we see him with the ax sticking out of his head and his face is covered with blood. Several dead bodies are revived and we see them with their bloody wounds and missing limbs as they lurk in a group drooling and growling. A zombie doctor replaces missing body parts from zombies: we see one arm re-attached, a missing leg is replaced with a toilet plunger, and a zombie's intestines are pulled out and he is stuffed with hay (we see a lot of blood and hear squishing). A man digs up the grave of a woman and we see her decayed and rotting body as she is re-animated and spits and heaves blood. A zombie touches the face of a dead priest and it glows briefly before the priest is re-animated and spits blood.
► A man punches the ground and a bright flash of light spreads across the ground; we hear rumbling and arms push up through the dirt as many dead men (zombies) are re-animated; the zombies move toward three men and one growls and snarls at them. A man falls asleep behind the wheel of a car and drives off the road; the car crashes and flips on its roof (we don't see the results). A man kicks a door and hurts his knee; he falls to the floor and another man pulls on his leg until we hear a crunch.
► Two men hide in a war museum and zombies walk through looking for other living people and then leave. A man soaked with blood bumps into another man in a parking lot and one of his arms reaches out toward the man he bumped as if to attack him, but he pulls the arm down and keeps walking.
► A man strapped to a hospital bed panics and yells, "They're gonna kill us all." A man says, "I have to kill him." A man standing in a field strewn with dead bodies says, "The sea gulls haven't eaten this well since the war." A man questions another man about several dead bodies found near a cabin and how the man came to be the only survivor; the questioning man talks about finding a woman with an axe jammed into her throat. Two women and a man arm themselves with weapons from a hardware store (shovels, axes, pick axes, etc.).
► Many zombies chant and salute with the Nazi salute in a couple of scenes. A man talks about suffering from "laughter and ridicule... and wedgies." A remark is made about cutting someone's hand off and about a dog defecating "...in the yard. Shoot 'em."
► A man vomits on a window and we see goo smeared on the window as another man tries to clean it so they can see outside. A woman vomits on a dead body and we see goo and chunks as she retches. A zombie vomits in a car and the two men in the car with him complain of the smell (we see goo dribbling out of the zombie's mouth) as the zombie licks the vomit back up. We hear what sounds like feces hitting toilet water as a man is shown sitting on a toilet in a bathroom. A man and a zombie kiss passionately and have sex in a car; we see the car bouncing rhythmically as the zombie's hand smears goo on the window from the inside.
