The MPAA rating has been assigned for “strong bloody violence and language throughout, gore and sexual references.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a couple of kissing scenes, numerous sexual references between two men, a man making sexually suggestive remarks to many people, a couple of sexually suggestive remarks made about a dog, a dog and a man licking each other on the mouth, many scenes of fights between super powered individuals blasting, cutting, slashing and blowing each other up with blood splattering and bones and matter shown, several arguments, and nearly 100 F-words and many sexual references and other strong language.  – A man uses metal claws to stab attackers and two are stabbed in the groin and buttocks and when he tries to withdraw the claws, the thrusting movement appears sexual. A man stands at a party with his shirt open to reveal his bare chest and abdomen and his nipples are pierced with a chain attached to them and leading under the waistband of his pants; he reacts when a woman pulls on the chain.
► A man and a woman kiss in a couple of flashback sequences. A man hugs another man and touches his face tenderly. A dog licks a man on the face in several scenes and one scene shows the man licking the dog back.
► A man answers a knock at the door to find many armed guards outside; he reacts as if they are hired strippers for his birthday party and describes sex acts that he would like them to do. A man makes numerous remarks about being sexually aroused by another man. A man describes using a toy for a sex act. A man describes someone having his nipples pierced with a chain attached to them and leading to his groin. A man tells another man, “Your underwear is getting tighter.” A woman says that she shared a womb with someone. A man describes his dog as being 90% G-spot. ► A man jumps from an elevated walkway toward another man seated below and the camera focuses on his clothed buttocks as the seated man smiles (the man disappears before reaching the seated man). A man dresses another man in a superhero suit and adjusts his crotch and slaps his buttocks several times. A man holds a stream of energy and his shirt is blown off revealing his bare chest and abdomen, and another man ogles him. A woman wears a low-cut cropped top that reveals cleavage and her bare abdomen.  – A man is shot many, many times and is used as a shield (we see blood from the wounds and pouring from his mouth) and one final shot blows his head off (we see blood and matter); another man tries to do CPR and we see the bloody neck wound gushing blood. A woman pushes her fingers into people’s heads in several scenes and we see her fingers moving under their flesh and eyes and sometimes sticking out through their nostrils (they are seemingly unharmed afterward); one man’s head is twisted and his neck is snapped, and another man is dragged down a flight of stairs. A woman waves her hand in the air and a superhero is stripped of his suit and his skin leaving bloody bones to collapse in a pile on the ground. Two men fight against many others with slashing, stabbing, limb-lopping and throwing, shooting with blood spray and splatter; the fight continues inside a bus and the windows are splattered with blood. A man fights numerous armed guards using the bones from a skeleton to stab and slash them (blood splatters and sprays), he throws a sword at a man stabbing him through the head, one man is set on fire, one man is beaten with a human skull, a few are stabbed in the groin, many are stabbed numerous times, and several are flipped in the air landing and twisting unnaturally and blood is shown pooling on the snow-covered ground.
► A rocket is fired through the gates of a compound and the people inside arm themselves and fight with several others that drive through the gates and resulting flames; they fight with stabs, slashes, thrown playing cards that act as explosives and shots from laser weapons (blood splatters), a young woman slashes a man and we see his legs separate at the ankles as he falls to the ground and she then cuts off his head. ► Two men fight inside a car stabbing each other and slamming each other; one is thrown through the windshield shattering it, one is thrown through the roof of the car and lands hard on the ground, one bends the other’s arm unnaturally snapping it at the elbow, and we later see them both with bloody wounds with one wrapped like a mummy with a seatbelt. A man stabs another man in the chest and crotch several times and lifts him off the ground slamming him against his knee (we see blood spurt but he does not appear injured); the two continue fighting and one shoots the other numerous times (the bullets pop out of the wounds and onto the ground and he spits one bullet out of his mouth). A man bursts into flames, shoots into the sky and throws flames at another man that deflects them causing the man to fall to the ground slamming into a metal structure before landing on the ground with his body twisted unnaturally (he is seen OK later). A man digs a hole in the ground (presumably to find and revive a body), when he realizes that the body has decayed to its skeleton, he bashes it with the shovel and yells. A man head-butts another man and we see his bloody nose and later his black eyes and a bandage on his nose. A woman swings a sword at a man and he deflects it. A man holds a gun to another man’s head and he laughs and guzzles a whole bottle of liquor before collapsing on the floor. A man uses his super-long tongue to fight in a few scenes. A giant magnet draws two men against it and they are tied up and taken away in a cage. A giant monster cloud with the head of a dragon with glowing eyes moves through the air as a woman says that it’s hungry; two men shoot into the sky on a flying vessel and crash to the ground in the distance. A man stabs a woman through the back with metal claws (we see bloody wounds) and lifts her off the ground.
► A man visits numerous universes where he finds a man dying or the man attacking him; the man is shown nailed to a giant “X,” the man attacks him and punches or stabs him numerous times in a few settings, and the man lands among countless bloody skulls. A man zaps two men with what looks like a cattle prod and they disappear and land in another place. A man throws a playing card that glows and blows a whiskey bottle out of another man’s hand. Two men crash onto a car’s roof and hood crumpling it (we see that they are both bloodied as they walk away). A woman waves her hand and pushes a man under the ground, drags him some distance and throws him. A man is shown dying on a video screen and we see blood on his face as a young girl grieves over him. A woman waves her hand and throws two men through a shop window shattering the glass; they are shown OK later.
