Nicole Kidman stars as a woman whose husband dies unexpectedly. Ten years pass and while she still cannot let go of her grief, she agrees to marry another man (Danny Huston) who loves her very much. However, one evening a boy (Cameron Bright) enters their home and insists that he is her dead husband re-incarnated. The boy shares many intimate details of their relationship and she struggles between believing him and sending him away. Also with Lauren Bacall and Alison Elliot. Directed by Jonathan Glazer. SEX/NUDITY 7 - A man and a woman have sex in bed: he thrusts on top of her and they both moan (we see his bare back and buttocks, and we see her bare breast and bare thigh). A woman sits nude in a bathtub (we see her bare shoulders), a boy enters the room, begins undressing (we see him in his jockey shorts), he climbs into the tub with the woman and they sit in the tub together. A woman talks to a boy about having been his lover when he was a man, in a previous life. Also a woman asks a boy how he will "fulfill her needs," a woman asks a boy if he has ever "made love to a girl," and a boy says "we did it on your sofa." A man climbs into bed with a woman and kisses her on the shoulder. A boy and a woman kiss tenderly, a man and a woman kiss, a woman kisses a man on the cheek a few times, and a woman kisses a man's hand. A boy lies in bed (we see his bare shoulders) and a woman tucks him in. A woman wears a low-cut dress revealing her bare back, and a woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. We see a baby being born underwater (no details below the waist).

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A man grabs a boy by the foot and begins to drag him out of a room, the man is pulled off the boy, the man chases the boy into a room where he lays him across his knee and spanks him repeatedly (many people look on, in disbelief). A woman shoves a boy into a chair, chases the boy through a hallway and shoves him against a door, and they struggle over a backpack. A man collapses while jogging and we understand that he has died. A woman grabs a boy by the arms, shakes and yells at him. A boy is chased by the police, briefly. A woman confronts a boy and speaks to him sternly and the boy collapses. A woman appears angry when a boy tells her that he is her dead husband reincarnated. A woman grieves at the grave of her husband. A boy says to his mother that he is not her son anymore. A baby is born under water and we see a bit of the umbilical cord.

LANGUAGE 4 - 5 sexual references, 1 mild obscenity, 1 religious exclamation.

SUBSTANCE USE - People are shown smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Reincarnation, love, marriage, happiness, forgiveness, science, infidelity, grief, death of a spouse.

MESSAGE - True love never dies.
