The Ballad of Wallis Island SEX/NUDITY 2
– A man and a woman embrace. A man flirts with a woman awkwardly in several scenes.
► A man makes a remark about a man “snogging the ladies.” A man asks another man about a woman, and why they stopped performing together; the man tells the other man, “Stop prying.” A woman tells a man that he and a woman have chemistry. A man pleads with a woman to come back to him and she declines and leaves. A woman says that she is pregnant.
► A woman opens a bathroom door where a man is wrapped with a towel and he says, “It’s nothing you haven’t seen already.” A man bathes in a tub and we see his bare shoulders, chest and abdomen. A man is seen wrapped with a towel around his waist after bathing in a couple of scenes (we see his bare chest, abdomen and legs to the knees). A man begins to remove his robe when he thinks another man has left the room and quickly covers up (we see part of his bare chest and abdomen from the side) when he realizes he has not left.
The Ballad of Wallis Island VIOLENCE/GORE 2
– A man takes off his shoes and pants (we see him wearing a T-shirt and boxer briefs that reveal his bare legs to the thighs), he wades into the water and another man thinks that he is going to drown himself and rushes in after him; the second man struggles in the water and calls out for help and the first man rescues him.
► A man says that his wife died five years ago. A man becomes angry and storms out of a room throwing a plate of food into a garbage can as he goes. Two men argue and one yells blaming the other for ruining his life. A woman becomes disheartened when she realizes that a man is being paid more than she is for a performance.
► A man steps in a bowl of food and slips, landing hard on the floor. A man accidentally drops another man’s phone into a pot of boiling water. A man riding in a small motorboat is perplexed by being dropped offshore and having to wade through the water to reach shore; he falls off the boat and into the water. A man is upset when he cannot find things he needs while on a remote island (like rice to dry out his phone). A man apologizes for his behavior and a woman tells him, “You can’t help it.” A man and woman argue in several scenes.
