The TV Parental Guidelines Monitoring Board rating indicates that “this program contains material that parents may find unsuitable for younger children.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a kiss and a near kiss, some flirting between same-sex couples, a couple of falls with one leaving the victim with amnesia, several near injuries and accidents, several arguments, and some moderate language. When a wealthy and self-centered woman (Lindsay Lohan) loses her memory after an accident, she finds the perfect life in a small town during Christmas, under the care of a widower (Chord Overstreet) and his daughter. But when her memory eventually returns, she must choose between her old and new life. Also with Jack Wagner, George Young, Olivia Perez, Alejandra Flores and Chase Ramsey. Directed by Janeen Damian. Falling for Christmas SEX/NUDITY 2

 – A man and a woman hug and kiss for several seconds under mistletoe. A man and a woman nearly kiss under mistletoe.
 A man formerly engaged to a woman asks a man on a date and the other man accepts. A man standing at a limousine with dark windows calls out, “I love you,” thinking a woman is inside and when the window lowers a man inside says, “I have other plans” (we see another man sitting beside the man in the car).
 Two scenes include a woman wearing a nightgown that reveals cleavage. A few scenes include a woman wearing a low-cut blouse that reveals cleavage. A woman wears a long dress with thin straps that reveals cleavage, and a slit in the skirt that bares her leg to the upper thigh. Several men in a hotel pool wear knee-length shorts (we see bare chests, abdomens and backs) and many women wear bikinis (we see cleavage, bare abdomens, backs and legs to the hips).

Falling for Christmas VIOLENCE/GORE 3

 – A woman standing on skis with her back to a snowy slope loses her balance and skis backwards, screaming before falling, and she rolls several times, landing at the slope bottom unconscious and with a few scratches on her face; we see her later with bandages on her head (there’s no blood) as she argues with a nurse in a clinic (we understand that she has a minor concussion and amnesia) and complains of pain, as a doctor puts an ice pack on her head. A man on a mountain top falls, slides on his bottom and rolls to a stop; he struggles through snow to an ice fishing hut where an older man helps him remove a fishing lure from his forehead (we do not see blood) as the younger man passes out and falls below the frame.
 A man falls in some deep snow. A man and a woman in a hotel run into each other and the man spills hot chocolate on the woman’s blouse as onlookers gasp. A honking car almost hits a doorman outside a hotel, but stops in time. A man and a woman riding a snowmobile are hit in the face by several evergreen tree limbs, but are not hurt. A man eats spicy hot beans, yelps, and puts snow into his mouth and all over his face. A sheriff arrests a man for poaching fish, but releases him. A man tosses another man an axe and tells him to hunt squirrels, but the man cries in fear and says he is a vegan. A woman screams at a raccoon at her window in an inn. A fitted sheet snaps a woman in the face without injury. A woman cleans a toilet and the water splashes her in the face as she gasps. A woman accidentally drops a full bottle of laundry soap into a washing machine, it spills suds all over the floor and a man shouts about it. A woman walks to a barn and cries briefly.
 A woman carries firewood down icy steps and falls but is uninjured. A man and a woman argue briefly, a man and a woman argue for a few seconds, and two men argue for a few seconds. We hear that a little girl’s mother died two years earlier and that a woman’s mother died when she was five. An older woman cries over a scrapbook.
 A woman blows her nose loudly into a handkerchief. A man spits out a beverage.
