Several men wearing plastic cover-ups and protective glasses appear to be dismembering bodies (one man holds a machete and we hear power saws whirring) in a jungle setting (we see this scene a few times, with bloody bodies and body parts, and the men are splattered with blood). A woman fights a man and tries to stab him with a hypodermic needle containing poison, the needle lands in his hand and he pulls it out and stabs the woman with it; she bleeds from the eyes and gasps before dying on the floor. A woman wraps a plastic bag around a man’s head, he struggles to breathe and she slashes his throat with a knife. Two men fight in a food car and use the food carts and cabinet doors to hit each other (they both have bloody faces); one man shoves the other man into a seat and wraps a seat belt around his throat, the seated man opens the train door and the two men are sucked out as another train approaches, they climb back into the train and continue fighting with one man holding chopsticks over the other man’s face while he is pinned on the floor. A man holds a gun to a young woman’s head and she cries. Explosives are planted in a case of ransom money and on a handgun. A young woman threatens a man with a gun, the man takes the gun away from her and she tells him he should shoot her; he pretends to and makes a gunshot sound startling her. Two men open a briefcase that is rigged with explosives and when it blows up they are thrown in flames and others nearby are thrown and a few are shown with char marks on them. A woman holds a gun on three men and threatens them just as she is struck by a produce truck.

After being attacked by a rival, a man rushes home to find his wife murdered, his home in flames and his young son hiding in a vent (they get away together). A man talks about a suicidal bellhop and we see a man fall from a hotel roof and land on the roof of a car (we see him bloody but still alive as the driver takes him to the hospital).
► Two bullet trains crash into each other head on and one train derails and crashes through a brick wall and into buildings and a town; a man is thrown and moves through debris in slow motion, he is struck in the head with a coffee pot and the train comes to a stop leaving a lot of property damage and sparking downed power lines. Many people at a wedding are shown vomiting torrents of blood and their eyes bleed before they all die from a poison. An electric pole collapses on top of a car and crushes it (no one is inside). A man sits in a hospital room with his young son in a bed with a breathing tube in his mouth and attached to monitors (the child has bloody contusions on his face). A man is shown with a cut across his nose in a few scenes and later bruises on his head and face. A man has blood splatter on his shirt. Many men with swords and baseball bats stand on a train platform as a train approaches. A man chases and jumps onto a moving train, pulls himself up on the windshield and punches it several times to break it and get inside. A man finds two bloody and seemingly dead men in a train’s bathroom and grieves over the death of one of them. A man yells in anger when he finds a dead man and the two men are soaked in blood.
