► A young man kisses a young woman and she says, “That was like a thank-you kiss.” A man touches a woman’s arm and she pulls away; her son seems alarmed by the idea that they might be having an affair. A wife yells at her husband about having gone to prison. A man and a woman speak to a fortune-teller and the woman becomes upset about expecting a baby. A woman yells at her son in several scenes and hits him in the face and head a few times. A young man talks to his mother about her being miserable and complaining about past due bills and her husband all the time. A young woman yells at a young man a few times and shoves him. A coach yells at his team in a couple of scenes. A woman offers a man a cup of tea and he declines, referring to “the sunken place.” A young woman talks about having been swimming with wild dolphins and seeing their flesh badly scarred. A man says, “We lost the war and this country resents us.” A man says, “Snitches get stitches.” A young man says, “I wouldn’t hurt someone to win a game.” A young woman asks a young man, “What is wrong with you?” A reference is made to a young man being either dead or in jail. A song’s lyrics include phrases like, “Am I a killa?” A man talks about having IBS. A man talks about having a bowel movement in a bush.
