Michael Douglas plays a newly appointed U.S. Drug Czar who finds he can't even control his own daughter's addiction to cocaine, much less make major headway in the war on drugs. SEX/NUDITY 6 - Some instances of sexual innuendo, including references to masturbation, teen sex and homosexual sex. Passionate teen kissing. A man picks up another man in a gay bar by putting a cigarette packet on the bar with a condom wrapped on the package and the man checks out the other's clothed backside and looks at him seductively. Teens talk about getting high, having sex and climaxing together; we see a boy and girl begin to take their clothes off. We see a man and a young woman (teenage girl) in bed having sex, with the man on top thrusting many times; we see the man's bare backside and the girl's bare shoulders. We see a naked man, including his pubic hair and bare buttocks. We see bare-chested men in a pool. A woman is in her nightgown with a great deal of cleavage showing. We can vaguely see a woman's nipples through her top (not meant in a sexual way, just the way the material and sunlight interact). A teenage girl prostitutes her body for drugs and she is lying in a bed with a sheet up to her shoulders but is obviously nude under the covers.

VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - Threatening with guns, and several shots are fired. Police hold guns on two drug smugglers and throw one to the ground and roughly handcuff him behind his back. A man is beaten and tortured and is shown bound to a chair and a man begins to spray something into his face while holding his jaw and we hear his screams; we later see him with bruises and cuts on his body and face. A man is shot in the chest (we see blood come out of the wound) and apparently killed. A man is shot in the back. We see blood dripping down a man's face. A man is shot in the back and a lot of blood squirts out of his chest; we see the corpse lying in blood. A car explodes, killing a man. A man is shot in the foot. A man is shot in the back of the head and killed at point blank range while his friend watches with a gun to his own head and after the pair had been forced to dig their own graves. A man is poisoned to death; we see him on the ground grabbing his throat in pain and foam oozes out of his mouth (we later hear he died). A man threatens to break a young man's neck. A young man passes out (and almost dies) from overdosing on drugs and we see some convulsing. We see several instances of teenagers freebasing cocaine; a girl takes an injection of heroin in her foot. A man grabs a teenager and shoves him; other instances of people shoving/pushing each other.
