SEX/NUDITY 3 - A man imagines entering a room where a woman is wearing a negligee (there's no visible nudity), he touches her hair and they kiss passionately. A man and a woman kiss in a few scenes. A woman goes to a bedroom and begins to undress (we see part of her thigh and bare side as she unzips her dress) and a man in the next room turns the doorknob to enter but then stops.
► A woman invites a man she has just met to her hotel room and introduces him as her husband. A woman tells a man to invite her to dinner, he does and we see them dining together. We hear that a man killed all of his wife's previous lovers and that he killed her too when he realized how many there were.
► A woman walks through a train and looks at men while trying to choose one next to whom she will sit; the men return her glances, and she lingers on one man who looks at her with interest until another woman sits down with him (presumably his significant other). Men and women dance together at a ball.
► The camera focuses on a woman's clothed buttocks as she walks and men watch her on a surveillance camera and remark about her appearance. A woman wears low-cut and form-fitting tops and dresses that reveal cleavage, bare shoulders and bare back in several scenes. Many women wear low-cut evening gowns that reveal cleavage, bare backs and shoulders in a formal ball scene. We see a couple of male statues that have bare chests, abdomens and legs.

► Two men enter a man's room, one shows him a gun he has in his belt, the man locks himself in the bathroom, climbs out onto a roof and runs while being shot at by the two men; he then jumps from a balcony into a canopy below and knocks another man into water (there are no visible injuries).
► A man with a knife jumps onto a speeding boat and threatens another man, another boat slams into the boat and the two men are thrown into the water; they struggle and one man kicks the other in the head and they separate (there are no visible injuries).
► A man is handcuffed to a boat railing, another boat passes by, the driver tosses him a rope and the boat is towed, while several men on the bank shoot at the people in the boats and the glass windshield on one of the boats shatters. A man clings to the side of a moving boat and the driver of the boat hits him several times with a life preserver until he falls off and into the water; another boat runs over him (no injuries are evident).

CAVEATS
Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.
We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.
Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
