A man and a woman swim underwater and kneel on a sandy bottom where they kiss for several seconds: the camera cuts to the couple facing each other in close-up as she says, "It's been a long time," and he replies, "Same here" and the man lies on top of her, they embrace and kiss (we see part of her back and part of his back) as she gasps lightly, and they turn face-to-face in a close-up as they caress each other's faces. A man and a woman kiss for several seconds in shadow. A man holds a woman's hand briefly.

A man wakes up on an airplane with a start, wakes up in a hotel room three times with a start and he awakens in a panic attack gasping and sweating; he calls his doctor who arrives and administers an injection (please see the Substance Use category for more details) and he says on the phone, "I think I'm having a stroke."

A man asks another man about taking too many pictures and the man jokes that he is part-time freelancing for the CIA; the other man looks stunned and shows up, shouting, at the home of another man and a loud argument occurs among several of the men there, ending with the joking man convincing everyone that he was joking about the CIA, but will not do so again.
A technology salesman arrives in a foreign country to find miles of hot sand and dusty wind, instead of the city he was expecting and every day he makes appointments to meet the king at a construction site, but the king never appears, and the salesman becomes increasingly tense, annoyed and angry; the man and his team must work and wait in a hot tent with no air conditioning, food, or Internet access.

We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.

Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
