SEX/NUDITY 6 - We see a man and a woman having sex: the woman is shown on top of the man (her bare buttocks and back are seen and she is wearing a bra) and she moans sexually as she bounces on top of the man; a group of men interrupt and the woman jumps off the man, holds a shirt over her crotch, asks a man if she would get paid, he shoves money at her and the woman runs away.
► A woman wears a top that shows a lot of cleavage. A man watches a woman take off her dress and we see her bare back and brassiere. Throughout the movie, we see a woman's bare torso and abdomen with her shirts tied up. We see a man's bare chest under his open jacket.
► We see a man grab a woman's face and kiss her passionately and they are interrupted by a man knocking on their car window. A man and a woman kiss passionately. Men kiss on the cheek in greeting.
► A teen boy makes a crude remark to a woman, saying that if she placed a bag over her head the teen boy would be interested in having sex with her. A man makes a crude joke with another man about masturbation, telling him jokingly not to have his genitals in his hands. A man makes a crude joke to another man about the man's mother having prostitutes on her boat.
VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - During a fast-paced action sequence we see a man drive a truck through a house and it breaks through the floor and lands in the basement where the driver gets out with a bloody cut on his forehead and shoots at people: the sole gunman shoots multiple other men and we see a dead body dropped off a balcony as two other men watch, the gunman detonates a bomb inside the crashed truck and a man, engulfed in flames, struggles and then drops to his knees (presumably dying), the gunman throws a small explosive at the feet of another man, killing him when it detonates and a hidden man shoots at the gunman, missing him and the gunman shoots another man as two other men watch on CCTV; the gunman eventually finds his girlfriend and the two escape unharmed.
► A man runs into a room in search of a gunman, the gunman approaches the man from behind, wrapping an extension cord around his throat and throwing him out of a window: the man's body hits another window and we see people on the other side of the window gasp and run away in horror, the gunman scales down the extension cord, shooting a man who leans out the exit window searching for him, the bullet goes through the mans' chin and we see his body pitch forward and fall out the window and hit a tree; we later see people surrounding the building and the dead body is shown still attached to the extension cord hanging out the window.
► We see two distinct groups of men, each holding guns at one another, and with the sound of a shot in a different room we see a man begin to fire and an extended gunfight ensues: we see a man shot in the stomach (he examines himself and we see a small amount of blood) and he shoots five other men, including a man that is thrown back by the force of the bullets and three bloody bullet wounds are visible on the man's stomach; after the gunfight, we see approximately ten dead bodies, including a body with visible bloody gunshot wounds in his chest.
► We see a man with his hands and feet tied to a chair, his eyes covered with a scarf as he begs his captor to free him (we learn that the man had been held hostage for more than two weeks); the man begs and cries for freedom, and his captor makes him beg for his life while he films him, the captor releases many rats that circle the man, crawling up his body as his cries in fear and then shoots the hostage three times (we see a bloody wound in the man's chest).
► A man shouts at another man, lying in bed, and then punches him (we see blood coming from the man's mouth as the other man slaps him again); the two men shout at each other, the man with the bloody mouth saying that the attacking man did not have "the sanction" to kill him, and then the attacking man shoots the other man in the forehead (we see the bloody wound in the middle of the man's forehead).
► A man is cornered by two gunmen while another man watches through a vent; the man watching shoots both men and one of them is thrown back from the force of the gunshot (we see a bloody chest wound visible on the dead man).
► A sniper is seen on top of a tall building and we hear a gunshot as a man slumps over in the passenger seat of a car (blood is shown coming from a chest wound); three other men panic as the sniper shoots out a street light and the men jump into a car.
► A man, covered in bloody cuts grabs a woman and leads her into a room where a second man pulls out a gun and aims it at the man as he also raises his gun; the two shoot each other at the same time and their bodies fall to the ground (the woman is unharmed).
► A woman tells a man that she watched him kill another man, then hands the man a cell phone playing a video of the man choking the other man; we see the attacker choking the other man using a curtain and the woman threatens to call the police if he does not obey her order to kill another man. We see a man's brother watching footage of the man begging for his life and the brother becomes angered by the sight of his deceased brother.
► A man opens a freezer and we see a dead man inside with frost covering him; we then see the man lifting a piece of paper from the man's fist and a small piece of a photo from the man's mouth. We see a woman cry as a nurse places tape over her reddened, shiny-scarred ear; we see scars covering the woman's face and we later learn that she had been in a car crash that left her disfigured. We see a woman over-pluck another woman's eyebrow and the area is red (no blood is visible).
► A teen boy throws a rock at a woman's head, the woman stumbles and hits the ground and we see blood on her forehead and sprayed on her dress (we later see her holding an icepack to her head and drips of blood down her forehead.
► A man sneaks up behind a drunken man in a dark parking lot (it is implied that the attacker kills the intoxicated man) and the attacker hands a woman a blood-covered car ornament; we see the intoxicated man later with a black eye, a bandage on his head and his arm in a sling.
► A man holds a woman hostage, stroking her face with a gun, and then pointing the gun at her; the woman sasses the man causing him to slap her and we then see another man holding the woman's hair and throwing her on the ground.
► We see a man and a woman together in a truck as the man holds a gun to the woman's face: the woman shouts at the man, the man fires the gun and it shatters the car window behind her; the man speeds away and the woman continues to shout at him, then she grabs the emergency brake on the truck, causing it to spin into an intersection where we hear horns and see cars swerve to avoid hitting the truck.
► Many men holding a variety of guns enter a building where we see another group of men draw their guns (we see them in a stand-off; no one is firing). Several men with guns drawn chase another man who jumps into a car and the car speeds away until two other cars cut the car off on a side street; a man holding a gun approaches the car but then drops the gun.
► A man grabs and tackles a woman, and then holds a gun to her head and leads her into a house. A woman shoves a man away.
► A man asks an injured man if he is okay (we see blood on the man's shirt) and he tells the other man that he is unharmed, saying it is only a flesh wound. A woman tells a man that she had been the victim of a drunk drinking car accident that left her face disfigured, saying her face had to be "rebuilt" over a series of surgeries. A man threatens that if he catches the man that killed several other men, he would find anything the gunman enjoyed and "burn it to the ground." A woman asks a man why he killed another man (she had witnessed the crime through a window); the man later explains that his daughter had been killed when a gang was trying to shake him down, and when he and his wife attempted to have the murderer charged, they were attacked, his wife was killed and he was left for dead. A man asks another man if he had killed the man's family; the man disregards the man's question. An older man tells his nephew that he understands the man's pain, in having lost a wife and daughter, saying that he had lost a niece and the niece's daughter. A man tells another man about a previous event, where a young girl was accidentally killed and as part of a cover up, the girl's parents were then killed. A man tells an older man that he had "lost two guys" in a gunfight that left a group of men dead. A man tells another man "now they're killing us" in reference to a man receiving a death threat. A man tells another man that he had met the man after he was "left for dead."

We see men and women smoking cigarettes throughout the movie.
