Live action remake of the 1991 Disney animated feature: A small French village is home to a bookish, kind and unusual girl (Emma Watson) and her inventor father (Kevin Kline), who encounters a nobleman (Dan Stevens) that has been cursed to spend his life looking gruesome unless someone falls in love with him. Also with Luke Evans, Josh Gad, Hattie Morahan, Ewan McGregor, Ian McKellen, Emma Thompson, Nathan Mack, Audra McDonald, Stanley Tucci and Gugu Mbatha-Raw. Directed by Bill Condon. [2:09]

SEX/NUDITY 2 - A man and woman kiss tenderly. Two men kiss two women and hug.
 A woman and a beast dance together: they touch hands, embrace and the beast dips the woman. Women in a market scene swoon over a man as he rides through on a horse. A man dances with many women at a party. Two men dance together and look at each other romantically. A man praises a woman and tells his friend that he will marry her one day. A man grabs a woman's skirt as he pleads for her to marry him (she refuses him several times). A candelabra and a feather duster flirt and talk about kissing in a few scenes; they hold each other and talk of love. A woman grabs a man's buttocks while they dance (they are presumably a married couple). A man seems to admire another man and sings his praises in a pub and a few other scenes; during the pub scene people dance and sing along and the first man wraps the second man's arms around him in an embrace. A man massages another man's shoulders and ears.
 Women wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage in several scenes throughout the movie. Women in a market scene wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage. A woman's skirt is lifted on one side and we see bloomer legs. A man lifts his shirt to reveal his bare abdomen with a human bite mark (he says another man bit him).
 Swordsmen prepare to attack a wardrobe that sprays them with fabric and clothing and we see the three men dressed in women's clothing; two of the men storm away yelling angrily and the third poses and admires himself. A man talks about a woman playing hard to get. A man tells another man to think of war and widows to help calm him.

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - A beast is shown with long, twisted horns, completely fur covered, with fangs and large claws on his paws.
 A man shoots a beast in the back twice (we see some blood on his clothing and he falls dead with his eyes open as a woman cries and grieves over him). A man points a gun at a beast and shoots him in the back knocking him off a roof and the beast hangs onto a steep spire, and then jumps from ledge to ledge; a man strikes a beast with a broken sculpture until the beast grabs him around the throat and holds him over a ledge (he does not fall). A man falls to his death when a walkway breaks under his feet (we do not see him dead). Many talking objects die (they fall still and silent).
 A beast tackles a wolf and they fight: the wolf along with others pounce on the beast and one is shown biting him in the back; the beast throws a few of the wolves into rocks and we hear them yelp (one wolf has a scar across its eye from a previous fight) and they run away when the beast roars at them and the beast collapses from his wounds. A woman charges through a forest on horseback and she is chased by wolves; the wolves cause the horse to rear and the woman jumps off the horse (she is unharmed), swatting the wolves with a stick until one wolf lunges at her (she is unharmed). A heavy storm blows through a forest and lightning strikes a tree, felling it in front of a horse drawn cart; the driver takes an alternate path and he is surrounded by snarling, growling wolves as he charges through the thick forest and a wheel breaks, throwing the driver and wolves snap at him as he falls onto the horse's back and they charge away.
 Many people break through a castle door and are attacked by furniture and other inanimate objects; a coat rack punches a man in the face, many plates and books are thrown into people's heads and faces knocking them down, a cadenza falls on a man pinning him, a teapot sprays people with boiling water and steam (no injuries are shown), a wardrobe falls and knocks a woman down, and a cadenza shoots keys at people's heads and faces like bullets. An intruder pounds on a door and enters a castle uninvited (we see an elderly woman wrapped in a cloak); when a man denies her shelter, she becomes an enchantress who puts a spell on the man and he transforms him into a beast covered with fur, with long horns, sharp fangs and claws; people gathered for a party run screaming as the beast roars and slashes a portrait of himself as a human. A man enters a dark and crumbling castle where he encounters talking furniture and runs away in fear.
 A man punches another man in the face, then ties him to a tree in a forest leaving him to be eaten by wolves (he is rescued). A man tries to slap another man in the face but he grabs the first man's arm and twists it. A man is shoved into a padded carriage, the door is locked and he is told that he is being transported to an asylum; a woman is later put in the carriage with him.
 A beast finds a woman in a room that is off limits and he yells at her and then makes her leave. A beast pounds on a door and orders a woman to join him for dinner, then threatens that if she does not eat with him, she will not eat. A man picks a rose from a bush, pricks his finger on a thorn (we do not see blood) as a beast prowls near him, the beast jumps toward him and the man falls on his back. A woman charges on horseback to a castle and enters carrying a stick, searching for her father, who has disappeared and finds him locked in a cell. A man throws a knife in a crowded pub and it sticks into a wall. A beast throws dishes off a table in anger. A talking clock draws a small sword and yells at a beast as he leaves a room, then pops a few cogs and screws when he is afraid the beast has returned. A man grabs another man by the lapels and yells at him. Three men approach another man in a threatening manner and we see the man being grabbed and shoved a few times.
 A man tells people that his daughter is being held by a beast and the people laugh in disbelief. A man sword fights with several other men while jumping on tables in a pub (no one appears to be injured). A woman hits a talking candelabra with a stool and breaks it apart (it comes back together). A woman pushes a man out of a cell and closes the door locking herself inside; we see the man being dragged away by a large beast. A woman is scolded for teaching a young girl to read and we see men tipping over her laundry barrel onto the ground. A woman ties pieces of cloth together and throws the end out of a window to climb down (she does not). A man tells another man to think of war and widows to help calm him.
 A beast is lifted off the floor by a swarm of lights that encircle him and we see him transform to human form. We see a haggard hand with discolored skin picking a rose. A woman is shown begging for coins on the street of a small village. We see a castle in rubble and parts of it continue to crumble apart; there are large gargoyles with pointed teeth at the roofline. We see a family portrait with the faces of the individuals slashed.
 We hear that a man taxed his people and lived extravagantly. A woman says, "There was no love in his heart." We hear that a young boy's mother died. We hear that an infant's mother died of the plague and we see her with scabs on her face. A young boy sings to his dying mother. People sing and chant about killing a beast as they prepare weapons and flaming torches.
 A horse kicks dirt onto the dresses of three women in a market. A man lifts his shirt to reveal his bare abdomen with a human bite mark (he says another man bit him). A man spits across a pub and another man catches the spittle in a spittoon (we see the goo and hear a clunk). A man lifts a woman and a man onto his shoulders to demonstrate his strength. We see blood on the arm of a beast and he yells when a woman tries to clean it. We see several rose petals fall from a stem and blacken. A beast puts his face in a bowl of food and we see goo on his fur. A woman throws a snowball at a beast and he throws a large snowball back at her knocking her back onto the snow (we see no injuries). A talking clock tells a beast, "You'll feel slightly nauseous." A man's hair smolders after he kisses a woman.
