A woman and a man (Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher) are in Las Vegas to forget their romantic and professional troubles, spend the evening together drinking, gambling and casino hopping, and wake up the next morning married to each other. Both regret their hasty nuptials, but their situation becomes messier when they win a $3 million slot machine payout and won't share. SEX/NUDITY 5 - A man and a woman kiss passionately and have sex: we see very quick clips of bare flesh (arms and legs) in various positions, intermingled with bed clothes and the woman is shown waking up in bed in the morning.
 A woman wearing a modified girl scout uniform (low-cut top and mini skirt) knocks on a man's door and offers him cookies; he accepts, she jumps into his arms and wraps her arms and legs around him, he closes the door, and we see them later (after sex) lying on the floor (he's bare-chested and she is wearing a bra and a mini skirt).
 A man unzips a woman's dress (we see her in a bra and panties, the man removes his shirt (we see him bare-chested) and they go to separate beds to sleep (it is implied that they want to sleep together). A man and a woman dressed as police officers enter an apartment, then pull off their clothes to reveal her bra and his bare-chest and they dance with people in the apartment who are having a party.
 A man and a woman kiss passionately, she is straddling his lap, he leans her back onto chairs and we see her legs wrapped around his waist, he takes off his shirt, and they are interrupted (it all takes place in the background); he then kisses another woman as they leave the room. A man kisses a woman and she grabs his crotch and squeezes (he moans). A man puts his arm around a woman's shoulder and touches her bare knee (she moves his hand away).
 A man takes off his pants to get into bed, we see him in his jockey shorts, he walks into the bathroom where there is one woman in the shower (we see a bit of shoulders and her head) and another woman is in bra and panties. A woman is shown briefly in a sports bra and a slip while she is dressing and a man makes comments about different types of underwear being more appealing than others. A woman's shirt is open to show a bit of the top of her bra. A man takes off his shirt while dancing (we see him bare-chested). Two women wear low-cut tops that reveal cleavage. Many women wear short skirts and low-cut tops that reveal cleavage, bare shoulders, bare backs and bare legs. A woman wears a very low-cut dress that reveals her bare back to the hip and the sides of her bare breast. It is implied that a man and a woman engage in role playing sex games when she makes a remark about what they are going to do next (e.g. he will play a sexy shirtless fireman) and she is wearing a modified girl scout uniform (low-cut, short top and mini skirt).
 A man and a woman kiss in a few scenes. A man and a woman in an elevator kiss (they are strangers and he tells her that her fiancé is a lucky man). A man leans toward a woman to kiss her, she makes an aggressive gesture and he pulls away. Men and women dance together at a party.
 A cab driver tells a woman to show him her breasts in exchange for cab fare (she has no money), and she does (we do not see anything). A man says, "I need to have sex" and "I'm good at it." A man tells a woman, "The sex was great" and that he liked the things she was trying with a part of his anatomy. A woman says to another woman, "I eat girls like you" and the other woman translates it as a sexual remark. A man tells another man that there's a "hot girl party" taking place at his apartment (we see women, dancing, drinking alcohol and having a pillow fight). Three men talk about giving a woman a sexually transmitted disease. A man's name is Richard Banger and another man teases him by making fun of his name, using anatomical references. A man's name is Jack and another man makes fun of him by incorporating his name into a sexual reference several times.

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - A woman punches a man hard in the groin, and he falls to his knees groaning. A man punches a man in the face twice, the victim grabs and hits the aggressor and we later see a video of the two men with yet another man and they are all punching each other (one man ends up with a black eye).
 Two women in a hotel room scream and attack two men they find in their room: they punch one in the face and push him down onto a bed, and they wrap a feather boa around the other man's throat. A woman pelts a man on a skateboard with oranges, striking him several times and the man eventually falls into a vegetable cart; she then throws an orange at his crotch and he moans. A woman hits a man with a loaf of bread, he then hits her with a loaf of bread, and they run while shoving each other. A man carries a woman into an apartment and then drops her on the floor. A woman knocks a plate filled with food out of a man's hand.
 A man knocks another man down to the ground while playing basketball (he's OK). A woman slides along a long bar top and crashes to the floor at the end of the bar (we hear a thud, then she gets up and is OK).
 A man talks about his wife and says that he'd "like to set her on fire" -- he does not. A woman tells a man, "I wanna cut your friend." A woman says to another woman, "I eat girls like you" and the other woman translates it as a sexual remark. A man makes reference to gay people not causing the destruction of marriage, but that it is the self-obsessed, fun seekers with a lack of commitment who do. A woman says that she can imagine the pleasure of punching a man in the groin. A woman says, "I threw up in my own purse." A woman tells a man "you want me to pretend like you don't make me vomit?"
 A man and a woman argue in many scenes. Three men talk about giving a woman a sexually transmitted disease.
 A woman gags when she sees a filthy bathroom covered with hair in a man's apartment. A man scratches his crotch under his pants, then uses the same hand to eat from a large bowl of popcorn, which a woman is sharing; they argue about it and he pours the whole bowl of popcorn down his pants. A man needing to urinate holds his crotch and hops around a bathroom door, and then urinates in a kitchen sink (we see the stream); when a woman sees him he says, "It's your turn to do the dishes."
 A woman tries to open a bottle of champagne using a butcher knife, and the bottle shatters and spills the champagne on her.

LANGUAGE 4 - 1 not fully enunciated F-word, 2 obscene hand gestures, 1 sketch of an obscene hand gesture, 22 sexual references, 8 scatological terms, 18 anatomical terms (1 mild), 7 mild obscenities, 2 utterances of effin', name-calling (idiot, stupid, loser, skirts, chick, worker drone, quitter, dumb, stripper, gold digger, wily temptress, cue ball, ugly, vixen, short bus), 1 religious profanity, 17 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - People drink alcohol in several casino and nightclub scenes (we see a few who appear drunk), people drink alcohol in a bar and several appear to be inebriated, people drink wine and alcohol in several dinner and party scenes, a man and a woman drink champagne from a bottle, a man holds a beer bottle in his hand (he does not drink), we see empty beer cans on the floor and countertops of a man's apartment in several scenes, and three men hold bottles wrapped in brown paper bags. A man puts diet pills in a woman's morning smoothie and we see her later frantic and perspiring from the caffeine. A man talks about a woman buying a bag of "weed."
