Two 16-year-old young women from completely different backgrounds meet in the English countryside, and they strike up a friendship that becomes a passionate romance. That is, until their families get in the way and they are separated and it is revealed than one of the young women was less than honest. SEX/NUDITY 7 - We hear rhythmic movement then see a man thrusting from behind a young woman (it is a 16-year-old young woman and a married, older man).
 Two young women kiss and hug, and we see them in bed together: one is performing oral sex on the other (off-screen), they kiss, we see the bare breasts of one of them, and they are interrupted when they hear a car outside.
 Two young women sunbathe: one is topless (her bare breasts are visible), and a man approaches them in order to talk to one of them. Young women wear tops that are low-cut and short revealing bare abdomens, cleavage and bare shoulders throughout the movie. A young woman sits in a bathtub (we see her bare shoulders).
 Two young women dance in a club together, and they kiss; also, two young women swim together in bikinis and they kiss, and two young women kiss tenderly. A young woman wearing a bra and panties dances in front of a mirror while trying on clothes, and another young woman watches and admires her. Two young women dance together, and two young women climb into bed together to sleep. Two young women lie on the ground next to each other, and they fall asleep. A young woman kisses the drawing of another young woman.
 Two young women talk about other sexual relationships they have had, and one demonstrates how a man had sex with her -- she uses gestures to illustrate her remarks. Two young women confront a woman and tell her that her husband was having an affair with one of them; they also tell her that she became pregnant and had to have an abortion. A young woman talks about her father being in a house with his girlfriend and that they are having sex.
 A young woman wearing a bra and a robe answers her front door, invites a man in, they begin to move closer to each other to kiss, and she then laughs (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - Two young women kiss, and one holds the other around the throat, pushing her down into water while she's struggling and kicking -- she comes to the surface gasping and yells at the other young woman, who goes away.
 A young woman tries to hang herself with a sheet wrapped around her neck, and a man finds her, slaps her in the face and kicks her hard in the stomach.
 A young woman wearing a bra and a robe answers her front door, invites a man in, they begin to move closer to each other to kiss, and she then laughs; he grabs her by the throat and squeezes, and he grabs another young woman in the hallway as he leaves and shoves her into his car.
 A man locks a young woman in her room, and she pounds on the door and yells. A young woman yells at a man and kicks his car. A man yells at several people in a room, and he threatens them and shoves them out of the room. Two young women are carried out of a dance club by bouncers.
 A young woman sits up in a bathtub and pretends to be possessed by the devil (she speaks in a gravelly voice), and another young woman holds her under the water briefly, pretending to banish the evil spirit. Several people pray around a man, and he faints. Two young women use a Ouija board and a glass moves around the board spelling out the name of the dead sister of one of them.
 A young woman smokes a cigarette and burns herself with the ash. Many people carry a large cross up a hill, and one man says that he is going to be crucified (he is not). A young woman lies on the ground near a Vespa (it is initially unclear whether she is injured); another young woman riding on a horse sees her and thinks she might be hurt.
 Two young women confront a woman and tell her that her husband was having an affair with one of them, who became pregnant and had to have an abortion. A young woman talks about her sister who died of anorexia and of the effects of the disease: "she was vomiting all the time, you could see her bones jutting out of her body." A young woman talks about her mother having died of cancer. A young woman talks about a famous singer having been married three times and all of her husbands dying under mysterious circumstances ("she killed one with a fork"). A young woman talks about men who are unfaithful to their wives and that they should be castrated. Two young women say that they will each kill the other if they ever leave, and one adds that she will also kill herself. A young woman talks about having been suspended from school for bad behavior.

LANGUAGE 7 - 25 F-words, 6 sexual references, 2 scatological terms, 3 anatomical terms, 7 mild obscenities, name-calling (crazy), 2 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - Two young women eat hallucinogenic mushrooms. Young women are shown drinking wine and brandy in many scenes, and we see a man in a bar pouring bottles of liquor into the sink. A young woman smokes a cigarette and drinks a beer while sitting in a bathtub. Young women smoke cigarettes in many scenes, two young women lie in tall grass and smoke cigarettes, a man smokes a cigarette after having had sex, and a woman smokes a cigarette.
