A man (Adam Devine) leading an isolated and lonely existence buys a new phone that takes over his life — presumably to make it better — and shows him that he can have social interactions and lead an interesting and fulfilled life but with some uncomfortable obstacles along the way.  – Photos of a partially naked man are seen on several cellphone screens in an office and we see his genitals and upper thighs, as people look at him with disgust. We see a photo of a woman’s deep cleavage on a man’s cellphone screen. A woman wears a low-cut tank top that reveals her bare shoulders and cleavage. A woman wears a low-cut dress that reveals cleavage. Women wear cleavage revealing tops and short skirts with fishnet hosiery.
 A man and woman kiss passionately and fall onto a sofa as they take off their tops (we see her bra, cleavage, bare abdomen and back and his bare chest, abdomen and back); they are later shown covered with a blanket on the sofa and sex is implied. A man plugs and unplugs a cellphone (simulating sexual thrusting) and the voice on the phone moans sexually and we see images of fireworks and the word “Orgasm” on the screen. A woman licks her cellphone screen with a picture of a man’s genitals on it (we do not see the picture). A phone plays pornographic material and we hear moaning and slapping (we do not see anything) as the phone’s voice describes different types of pornography.
 A man and woman kiss passionately a few times. A man and a woman kiss passionately on a sidewalk. Men and women dance together and a man and woman kiss on a dance floor. A man slaps a woman on the clothed buttock.
 A phone asks a man to plug and unplug her charger cable and we hear the voice say, “Fake orgasm.” A phone invites a man to have sex with it in the bathtub. A phone speaks to a man in a sexually suggestive manner and says, “Swipe me” in a sexual manner. A phone makes several references to pornography. A man makes several comments about homosexuality and sodomy when awkwardly trying to flirt with a woman on a date. A man talks about not having had sex in a long time. A phone teases a man for looking at pictures of a woman on the internet and tells him, “She is hotter than you,” along with other disparaging remarks. A phone laughs at a man’s physical appearance in a few scenes. A man says that he is going to send a photo of his genitals to a woman (he does not). A woman tells a man that his calling her late at night is super creepy and that looking at pictures of her online is even creepier. A man becomes jealous when his girlfriend’s ex-fiancé shows up and says that he is going to win her back.
 A man takes off his pants (e see his bare buttocks and legs to the upper thighs) as he poses and takes photos of his genitals in different positions; he wiggles his hips and we hear slapping sounds in one pose (we do not see his genitals). A man showers and we see his bare arm and hand holding his phone outside the shower curtain. A phone tells a man that he has an appointment for a “butt waxing,” and a woman mocks him about it.

Jexi VIOLENCE/GORE 3

 – A man punches another man in the throat and he falls to the floor gagging (he’s OK Later). A car chases a man along a sidewalk, knocking over café tables and shops and the man is nearly struck by another car.
 A woman threatens to beat a man up. A phone tells a man, “I will destroy your life.” A phone tells a man, “I am ashamed to be your phone.” A phone refers to a man’s “Stupid little life.” A phone threatens a man and says, “You’re going to pay for this.” A phone says that it is draining a man’s bank account and we see bills fluttering out of an ATM machine on a street. A phone says that it blew up a man’s two Teslas (we hear explosions off-screen). A man gets fired from his job.
 A man plays kickball and is struck in the head with the ball twice knocking him back off a bench ones; the man falls to the ground and hits his head on the muddy ground in one play. A man playing kickball is struck in the head with the ball and falls on the ground (no injuries are seen). A phone goads a man into turning into traffic in a very busy intersection a couple of times; the tires squeal and other cars honk their horns at him as he screams. A man speeds down a steep hill on a bicycle, loses his brakes and crashes into a car (we see him thrown over the car and he walks with a limp later). Several people on bicycles speed down a steep hill.
 A man bumps into a woman on a sidewalk and he drops his phone (it is unharmed) and the woman gives him a hard time for not paying attention as to whether she was harmed; a man riding a motorized scooter crashes into the man and he drops his phone causing it to break into 3 pieces.
 A man in a media company yells at his employees, demands output for their list feature, and complains that they haven’t had anything go viral in a whole day. A man’s boss yells at him for sending him an email demanding a promotion and calling him a name. A woman mocks a man and talks about a new generation of smartphone users being like crackheads. A man unboxes a new smartphone and says, “Thank you for all the Chinese children…” A man tells a woman, “People die here all the time,” as another man prepares to bike down a steep hill. We hear that a man fell off a motorized scooter and broke his face and neck. A man yells into a sofa in frustration.
 A boy complains of being bored while sitting at a table with his parents and the man says, “Shut him up. Give him the phone,” and we see the boy playing a rudimentary game on a non-smartphone; the scene cuts to the boy being older and continuing to play with a phone until he is an adult, still being engrossed in his phone. Several scenes show people moving through their lives while looking at their phone screens.
