At a kids' dance recital, a tall Swedish blond instructor wears very tight spandex that reveals cleavage and hugs the curves of her buttocks, thighs and legs; she gyrates in a dance demo, crawls forward on stage like a stripper, and a row of men in the back of the room film her on camcorders (their mouths are hanging open) and a police officer says that the woman is disturbing the peace in his pants (erection is implied).
A woman tells her husband that she is pregnant and he shouts, "Damn you, Motel 6!"; later in their bedroom, the wife agrees to have sex and the husband ruins it by taking off his shirt (we see his side), burping, sneezing and flatulating. Men and women kiss goodbye briefly at a party.
A sports club janitor enters a woman's exercise class before it begins and instructs the women in "warm-ups" to shimmy, bounce their breasts, bend over and slap their bottoms; a new instructor enters, a woman asks if she can stick her tongue down his throat, and he says he's gay.
College women wearing bikinis at a quarry party dance drunkenly on a blanket with young men and two teen boys that sneaked into the quarry (some of the young men are shirtless, many wearing knee-length shorts); four older men appear at the quarry and end up jumping off a cliff into the water (we see bare chests, backs and buttocks as they descend); the two teen boys pour beer out of bottles with their backs to the camera, making the appearance of urinating and one of the boys later says he saw his dad's genitals as he dove off the cliff.
Women at a party wear short skirts that reveal much of their thighs and legs, along with deeply cut tops that reveal cleavage; other women wear spandex body suits that accentuate all their curves, especially bosoms, thighs and buttocks; three men wear only white underwear briefs, displaying their full bodies otherwise and one of these men lies face down on a kitchen counter while batting his eyes at another man, who looks disgusted; a man wearing only a white jock strap rides a skateboard across a roof and off into a swimming pool, all while firing a handgun (there are no injuries); a teen boy is shown wearing a long-sleeved dress shirt and no trousers (we see his full thighs and legs); a man dressed as Flavor Flav grabs his crotch and dances; a man pulls off his shirt and we see tattoos across his chest (they are unreadable).
We see a teen boy in a shower, nude in front, from the waist up and later, he says he uses a lot of hair conditioner in the shower; his much younger sister says that she hears that too much conditioning will cause one to go blind (masturbation is implied). A male Phys Ed teacher wears old fashion short-short basketball pants, and when he climbs a pipe we see part of his buttocks and pubic hair; the boys and girls in class wear looser, longer shorts. A woman wears a long nightgown that reveals significant cleavage in two bedroom scenes; her husband is dressed. Several women wear tight tank tops that reveal bare shoulders and arms and moderate cleavage with tight exercise leggings that accentuate all their curves. VIOLENCE/GORE 5 - A dad accidentally breaks his son's leg in a football tackle; we see the X-ray of the broken bone and the leg in a cast and in traction; later the older brother picks up the injured leg and slams it into the tabletop as the hurt boy shouts and the dad tells the injured boy that he will break the other leg if the boy does not shut up.
A shop owner throws a metal ice cream scoop at the back of a woman, his wife, and hits her between the shoulder blades; she drops off screen in front of customers and he says he does not like her. In several scenes, either a teen bully or an adult bully prod, push and threaten others in their age group. An 18-month old child bites several people on the ankle or the thigh as they shout in pain.
A teen boy pulls out a knife several times, but hurts no one, although he cuts the head off a teddy bear. A police officer pulls a handgun on friends and puts it away; later, he and his partner lead the friends in a school bus down a street, with flashing lights and firing handguns into the air.
We hear that a teen boy trashed a fraternity; we see the front of the building, spray painted with nonsense words and covered with other spray paint and toilet paper, with the furniture all broken and sitting on the sidewalk and lawn; the fraternity members yell, "Kill! Kill!" and punch each other, as their leader explains to kill their enemies, not themselves.
A college student picks up a doll and a deer comes out of nowhere, knocks him down, chews up the doll and gores a man in the groin (we see no blood).
Fraternity boys crash an adult party and at least 100 students and 100 adults charge each other as in battle, with jumping, punching, kicking and rolling (we see no blood); a woman kicks another woman in the face and away from her husband, but we see no injury; a teen girl kicks a teen boy in the groin (he shouts in pain) and another girl kicks the first girl in the groin and off screen; a police officer throws a fraternity boy over a second story roof and we do not see the student again; later we see several adult men with cuts and bruises all over their faces.
Four adult men are confronted by drunken fraternity boys at a quarry party, the college youth shouting threats and beating their chests; after jumping into the water and swimming away, the men find their truck tires slashed; they walk to town where one man gets inside a truck tire and rolls downhill through the city, missing vehicles, smashing a police cruiser and finally running into a police officer who is unfazed; the tire falls flat on the ground and a spray of vomit shoots skyward from it. At a party, three men vomit on the ground and we see the vomitus.

Couples and parents and children have a few brief arguments, some loud. A man says that he will brush the teeth of a bully with a brick.
A large deer or elk gets into a home and chews things up in a bedroom; the wife awakens and screams, sending the animal running through the house and the husband and kids throw laundry onto it and trick it into running out of an open door, where it tears apart a soft doll.
Many sight gags fill the movie: A deer urinates on a man and on a teen boy in a shower; a baby dances with his diaper bulging in back in two scenes and neither parent wants to change him; several men perform a burp-flatulence ritual in public in a dozen scenes and people make faces; a shop owner bends over an ice cream machine to adjust a setting and chocolate soft-serve pours out the front and between his legs, looking life feces as a crowd laughs; an elderly woman comes out of her bathroom with a long strip of toilet paper stuck to the back of her long skirt; a man, half-asleep in Kmart, pulls down his shorts, sits on a display toilet and he grunts as if defecating while he shouts, "Come out of me!"; three men spit on the ground or into the air; a sleeping man takes cheese puffs out of his nostrils (kids put them their) and eats them; a man in an office pulls a Fruit Loop from his navel and eats it; a man jumps in a pool, someone accuses him of urinating in it, he denies this, but the water turns entirely blue to indicate urine contamination as people scream and jump out; and a high school principal's car is filled with paint and more paint is poured over his head, so he attends a party as a Smurf.

CAVEATS

Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.

We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.

Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
