Based on the popular Nickelodeon show “Dora the Explorer”: When Dora (Madelyn Miranda as young and Isabela Moner as teen), an adventurer at heart is sent away from her jungle home and to the city, she must learn to navigate the complexities of human interactions in an urban environment. Soon, however, she finds herself along with her friends back in the jungle and in the clutches of some unsavory characters. Also with Jeff Wahlberg, Joey Vieira, Pia Miller, Eva Longoria, Michael Peña and the voices of Benicio Del Toro, Dee Bradley Baker, Sasha Toro and Marc Weiner. Directed by James Bobin.  – A teen boy and a teen girl kiss. A teen boy and a teen girl hug. A teen girl says that a teen boy has “an attraction” for another teen girl and he denies it. When a teen boy thinks others in their party are dead, he tells a teen girl that they are going to have to start a family.
► After inhaling hallucinogenic plant spores, a now animated man pulls off his clothes and runs into a jungle (we see his bare back, buttocks and legs). A teen girl wears a T-shirt (occasionally revealing cleavage) and shorts that reveal bare legs to the upper thighs throughout most of the movie. A man wakes up with a start and we see that he is shirtless (we see his bare chest and shoulders). A teen boy lifts his shirt and we see his bare side.

 – Arrows sail past four people and a monkey, piercing tree trunks and one teen’s backpack (a juice box inside leaks and he thinks he is bleeding). A man is struck in the face twice by a yo-yo and he is knocked out. The ground breaks out from under a man and he falls into an opening where we see lava and sparks (he clings on and gets out unharmed). Men with crossbows aim at several people as an animated fox steals a golden statue and the walls and structure of an area crumble around people (they run to safety) until an animated monkey tackles the fox.
► Five people walk along a narrow pass and the ground breaks away under their feet; they fall into a cavern where water pours in and fills the area until one teen opens a drain and they all are pulled into a chute and out and into a body of water (they are all fine later). Five people hide inside a fallen tree and it rolls down a hill (we hear them yelling inside and they are all OK when the tree stops rolling). Three people walk through a field of giant flowers and when one touches one of the flowers they all open and spray spores into the air (two people scream not to breathe the spores in); the spores cause each person to hallucinate and we see them become animated figures. Two teen girls and two teen boys are placed in a large crate and a smoke bomb that puts them to sleep is dropped in. A teenage girl jumps across a wide crevasse and does not reach the other side; we see her lying on the ground below asking for help (no injuries are seen). A teen boy is slammed into a school’s locker bay by three other teens (we hear a thud and a groan with no evident injuries).
► Five people discover a campsite that has been ransacked and the two people that were staying there are missing. A woman comes out a shelter and takes five people inside and she speaks in an ancient language while a teen girl translates; the woman crushes five stone figures with another stone and seems angry that they are there. A man touches a frog and falls paralyzed as the frog jumps on the snout of an animated fox that also falls paralyzed. Four teenagers enter a passage where they choose the order of levers to pull and large doors open with deep rumbling sounds; giants spiders crawls out of the eyes of statues, spikes move toward them from the ceiling and the doors begin to close catching one teen before she can get through (they all make it through OK); the floor tips and the teens slide toward a collection of spears, jump over them when they reach them and they are OK. A woman transforms into what looks like a golden statue and then a younger woman.
► Five people step into a patch of squishy ground and it makes sounds like flatulence; they each step in it repeatedly and laugh until they begin to sink and realize that it is quicksand and one man is pulled under after two scorpions mate on his head (he is pulled out of the sand later and is unharmed but afraid). Five people run into a hangar to hide from men chasing them and an animated fox steals one teen girl’s backpack, runs away and gets stuck on a spinning propeller before being thrown into a pile of boxes (no injuries are seen). Five people speed away from an airstrip in a car and when they stop, one teen boy vomits over the side of the vehicle (we hear gagging and splatter; we do not see goo). A teen girl uses a large knife to pry open a crate lid where she and three other teens are held and she says that she sees several mercenaries that are coming their way. A teen girl jumps across a ravine and falls but the sequence is reset like a video game and she and a teen boy jump together (they are caught and helped to safety by another teen boy and a teen girl). Warning totems hang from tree branches in a thick jungle and a teen girl says that a message is that “all shall perish.” A monkey unties the hands of four teenagers and they roll down a hill to get away from a man and his henchmen.
► A teenage girl is chased through a jungle by elephants before swinging herself out of the way on a vine; she steps on a crocodile in water and it snaps at her as she pets two young crocs in the. A teen girl admires a small frog as she describes it being poisonous and that its toxin causes complete paralysis. Many bats swarm out of a cave and two lift an animated monkey off the ground before dropping it and flying away (there are no injuries). Two animated animals pull on the ears of an animated fox and make it fall off the back of a small vehicle being driven by a child (there are no injuries). A man walks through a thick cobweb, panics and then runs into a tree and falls to the ground (he’s OK).
► A teen boy tells a teen girl that other members of their party are “definitely dead” (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details). A man yells at a teen girl and tells her to stop talking. A teen girl yells at another teen girl. A boy yells at a girl. A boy and a girl are separated when the boy’s family moves to the city and the girl’s family remains in the jungle (they are both very sad), and the girl runs after the car as they leave. A teen girl is sent to the city after spending her whole life in the jungle. A girl talks while looking off-screen and her parents are concerned that she is seeing things. A teen girl’s parents warn her about parties in the city and that she will need to be careful. A teen boy talks about holding his breath in a swimming pool and pretending to drown to get attention. A teen boy tells a teen girl, “Be normal.” A teen girl dances at a high school dance and others make fun of her. A teen boy whimpers and says that he is scared of a teen girl. A teen boy says, “We are going to die,” in a couple of scenes. A teen boy sings “Phantom of the Opera” as he and a group walk among the rubble of what was a grand home. A man says, “I am a bad guy.”
► A security guard at a high school finds a flare that he ignites and several other survival items in a teen girl’s backpack; he lets her keep her yo-yo and she tells him that it is the most dangerous weapon of them all. A teen girl is startled by a school bell.
► A teen girl is embarrassed because she has to go to the bathroom and another girl digs her a “poo hole” in the ground where she squats to defecate. An animated monkey eats the sole of a shoe. An animated monkey sleeps in bed with a girl. A teen girl wears a boa constrictor around her shoulders. A teen girl eats a stale candy bar and it looks like it is covered with fuzzy mold. A monkey blows a raspberry at a man. A teen boy lifts his shirt and we see his bare side with a rash on his skin. A teen boy holds his stomach and runs to the bathroom after saying he has dysentery (jokingly).
