An unmarried woman (Heather Locklear) and her two daughters change addresses every time the woman goes through a romantic break up. They have moved a lot over the years, and one of the daughters (Hilary Duff) has had enough. In order to try to make her mother stay put and boost her self-esteem, she invents the perfect man -- an imaginary secret admirer who communicates through e-mails, notes, and gifts. When the lies compound themselves, the daughter has to produce a real man, and a local restaurateur (Chris Noth) seems to fit the bill. Also with Aria Wallace and Caroline Rhea. VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A woman punches a man in the face, and a man and a woman argue, and she hits him in the face with a cake. A young woman sets off a fire alarm that turns on the sprinkler system in a crowded restaurant and all of the people in the restaurant are soaked.

A young woman climbs up and down a fire escape a few times, and the last time she stumbles through a window and lands hard on the floor.

► A young woman talks about watching "Bambi" when "the mother gets killed by the male hunter." A young woman says that people "lose their 'skin virginity' by the 5th grade," meaning that they all have several body piercings and tattoos.
