SEX/NUDITY 4 - Several flashes of topless women during a ritual dance; another woman is shown fully nude in the same ritual. Everything is done through a haze though, and little is visible.

VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - There is one brutal torture scene: a man is tied down and his fingers are broken one by one, then they are cut off; blood splatters on a window. Several fight scenes depict Seagal versus armies of extras. The weapons of choice range from ropes, pipes, knives and fists to guns and explosives. Lots of arms are broken, complete with the sound of cracking bones. Also lots of explosions, with men being blown through the air and catching fire. A helicopter blows up, another man is blown to bits while on horseback and yet another is impaled by tree branches. Another man is shoved into the spinning blade of a helicopter. A woman crashes a car, and her face is shown mangled and bloody, before she blows up. A man is stabbed through the head. There are also scenes of dead and dying animals covered with oil.

LANGUAGE 7 - The F-word and its derivations are used about 30 times, as well as numerous scatological and anatomical references and ethnic slurs.

MESSAGE - The law is impotent and killing a lot of people is the way to solve any problem. Big business, government and the media are all in collusion to suppress new technologies, which would make the internal combustion engine obsolete.
