A man and woman kiss, and a man and woman nearly kiss. Two women proposition two men and make sexual remarks. A man swings a hatchet and cuts a man's shirt. A huge number of birds explode (after eating a drug) spraying an office with goo and feathers. Three men dig up a grave, pull out the remains of a mummified body, drag it back to their room, begin cutting off pieces, put a hand in a blender and try to grind it up, and a man tries to smoke a finger. We hear a man running into a wall and see some blood on his head. A man screws a bolt attached to a man's head-and-neck brace and the man screams in pain. A man punches a man in the stomach and he falls down to the ground; he punches another in the face and he flies into a car windshield cracking it. Two men sling racial slurs at each other in a few different scenes. Two men ogle a woman as she walks by and they drive their car into a sign. A woman hits her son on the head with a newspaper and yells at him, and a woman slaps a man in the face. A classroom full of people slap themselves in the face. A bike is run over a few times by a truck and a refrigerator is thrown through a window. Some gross-out scenes: a man picks up a dripping condom, a man vomits a lot, a man vomits and we hear it but don't see anything, a man talks with his mouth full of Cheetos (we see it in extreme close-up), a man wears a string of stinky eggs around his neck, a man drinks toilet water from a cup, we hear a man flatulate a couple of times. CAVEATS
Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.
We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.
Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
