SEX/NUDITY 8 - A woman kisses a man savagely and bites his lip, which bleeds onto his finger as he touches it; later, she grabs him, rips open his shirt and pulls down his trousers, pulls down his underwear (exposing partial buttocks) and kneels below the frame (we hear sucking sounds and the man moans); the woman grunts and they have sex with the man's bare thighs thrusting and he groans as she calls out, "Harder!" A college student rushes in the dark doorway of a man's home and kisses him passionately; he pulls her to the couch, where she unzips her low-cut dress and bares full breasts and nipples that he kisses and the scene ends (sex is implied); the next morning we see him put on his jeans and help her into her dress and out the door.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - A woman undresses a man, lures him to bed and they have sex and when he nears climax the woman pulls a box cutter from under her pillow, stabs him in the throat and he quickly bleeds out, covering her and the large bed in blood and he dies face up with eyes wide open.
► A woman, while looking in a mirror, begins to hit herself in the eye and we see her with a black eye in the next scene; later, a man with a cast on one forearm and another woman beat her up and steal her money; we see the woman's head being slammed into a wall and her eye is re-blackened, and the injured woman screams into a pillow. A woman makes marks on her wrists with thin rope wrappings, cuts part of a champagne bottle foil off the neck and jams the bottle into her body (implied through her vagina) three times as her body jerks, in order to make scarring. A man slams his wife into a wall and they argue.
► A husband comes home after work to find his wife is missing, and there are signs of a struggle with a smashed, upturned glass coffee table and an overturned ottoman; two police detectives arrive and badger the husband about his wife's friends, blood type and daily life; a community manhunt begins for the wife and a Nancy Grace-like TV reporter repeatedly condemns the husband as guilty of murder while his sister says that whoever killed her will likely bring her back.
► Detectives report that a woman was stalked in her hometown by one man and a second man was obsessed with her and attempted suicide when she broke up with him; the woman claimed rape after consensual sex with the first man, who plea-bargained for "sexual assault" and became a registered sex offender. A woman lies to a man, telling him that her husband beats her and will kill her; he takes her to his lake house where she ties a cord around her own ankle, dips her negligee into red wine, rubs it on her groin, runs to a window recorded by a surveillance camera, screams and slides down the glass to the floor as if she were raped.
► A woman pours another, pregnant woman's urine into a cup and a voiceover says that she took it for testing for pregnancy for her own medical file. A woman spits into a glass of soda when her friend is out of the room and when the second woman tastes it on her return, she makes a sour face (she has a reddish-black sore on her lower lip). A woman washes blood off in the shower at home (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details). We see a woman covered in blood as she dramatically collapses in her husband's arms; we see her in the hospital, sitting in a wheelchair, hooked to a medication machine and speaking with the FBI.
► A woman says that she is much happier now that she is dead and she wears gauze wrapped around one elbow spotted with blood; flashbacks show her inserting an IV needle into her inner elbow and spreading blood on her own kitchen floor and some walls, then cleaning it up, but not thoroughly; she says that she will kill herself and blame her husband so he goes to prison and we see in her imagining herself floating in a lake with her eyes and mouth open, dead.
► Police officers show a man forensic photos of blood all over his kitchen floors and walls and the man states that he did not kill his missing wife; he is arrested and released on bond and a crowd outside the jail pounds on the car carrying him as he is driven away. At a press conference, a woman shouts that a missing wife was six months pregnant and the husband killed her and police take the man away from the chasing crowd to protect him. A woman is arrested for having a large amount of merchandise in her woodshed and screams as she is put into a police cruiser with lights flashing.
► Flashbacks show a husband and his wife arguing over jobs and having a baby. A man talks to police detectives a few times, arguing with them and then bans them from his home after a female detective finds the alleged diary of his wife, in which she writes, "This man of mine might kills me... For Valentine's Day, I decided to buy a gun." A diary entry read in voiceover states that a man shoved his wife into a staircase pillar and onto the floor and we see the action. A voiceover of a man looking at his wife's hair states: "I imagine cracking open her head, unspooling her brain, trying to get answers. A man says that the primal questions of a marriage are: What are you thinking? How are you feeling? What have we done to each other? What will we do to each other?" A husband says that they tried to control each other obsessively and each caused pain as the wife replies, "That's marriage." A man tells his sister, "I'm so sick of being torn apart by women." A wife says to her husband, "We're so cute, I want to punch us in the face." A man accused of murder and his sister find a Punch and Judy puppet set; the sister says that Punch kills Judy and the baby she holds. Twice, we hear that Missouri has the death penalty. A reporter interviews a husband and his wife and the husband says, "We're partners in crime."
► A husband and his wife suffer layoffs from their NYC jobs and move to Missouri, where the man's mother has Stage 4 cancer; when a police officer asks the man about his mother, he says, "She's dead." A man finds his father in a police station talking to himself, cursing and scratching his arms; he takes his dad back to a nursing home.
