A man and a woman are seen together in bed with the woman's bare buttocks visible as she is lying on her stomach and the man's bare chest is visible (previous sex is implied).

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - In a rush, we see ambulances racing to a hospital where children are shown covered in blood and on gurneys as a doctor pulls a shard of bloody glass from an unconscious, blood-covered boy; the boy's heart monitor begins to beep (the boy is dying), the doctor performs chest compressions and the boy's heart stabilizes; a man tries to push his way into an operating room as two men restrain him and the man flips over a cart as he tries to reach his obviously dying son; we see many children covered in blood with large cuts on their faces and arms, one boy is rushed into an operating room where a doctor runs and we hear his heart monitor beep (it is implied the child has died); a shirtless man, covered in blood, is strapped to a gurney (we see blood pulsating from a wound on his forehead) and he begins to scream refusing help from a doctor.
► A man tells another man that he believes the man's wife was responsible for a suicide bomb that killed 17 people, including 11 children; the man leads the other man to a morgue, where another man pulls a body out on a shelf (we see a portion of a body and it appears to only be enough mass to be torso and head) and lifts the sheet enough to reveal the woman's charred and bloody head; the woman's husband turns and walks away silently, then collapses on the ground and we see him wake up as a doctor gives him a calming medication and walks away.
► A man tells another man that the man's wife appears to have been killed by injuries only possible from a suicide bombing and the man disagrees angrily; the man continues, saying that the woman was doing it for a religion that promises 72 virgins in heaven if you die and the second man lashes out and slaps the first man; four police officers grab the man and we then see him in an interrogation room; we see a police officer shout at the man interspersed with scenes of the man in solitary confinement, including a scene of the man being tortured with extremely loud heavy metal music, and the officer grabs the man's face as the man tells the officer that he had not slept in three days and he crumples to the ground, exhausted.
► Several soldiers with guns drawn surround a car, and they pull a male passenger from the car as a second passenger jumps out of the car and follows the soldiers, shouting at them; one of the soldiers shouts at the second passenger, levels the gun at his face and cocks it. A woman poses a hypothetical question to a man, asking him to think about their lives the next time he has to operate on someone with injuries from a suicide bomber.
