SEX/NUDITY 5 - A young woman and a man kiss passionately, the man removes the young woman's pants, we see her underwear (no nudity is visible and the man is fully clothed), they continue to kiss passionately and sex is implied when we later see them lying with the young woman's arms over the man, on a sofa.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - A teenage girl under the influence of alcohol (please see the Substance Use category for more details) and driving a car smashes, head-on, into another car at a traffic light: we see the driver of the car with a stream of blood coming from her nose and an abrasion on her temple, and in the other car we see a woman with cuts and blood on her face, and a man struggling to breath (he has multiple bloody cuts on his face); we see the lifeless body of a young boy, lying face-down on the ground feet from the car and we later learn that the woman was pregnant and had died along with the young boy. A young woman has a flashback of herself as a teenage girl approaching the lifeless body of a young boy face down on the ground.
► A young woman is seen lying on the snow; she is later seen in a hospital bed under a reflective blanket and with her finger's wrapped in bandages, presumably recovering from hypothermia and frostbite; she is later seen unharmed.
► A man shouts at a young woman, shoves her against a bookcase with his hands around her neck, he drops her and she falls to the ground gasping for air; she is unharmed. On two occasions a man shouts at a young woman. A man shouts at a young woman through a closed door.
► A man tells a young woman that an older man had poured bleach into his ears and was deaf, and he then explains that the older man had previously poured bleach into his eyes to blind himself; we later see the young woman visiting the elderly man in the hospital and he has bandages over his ears.
► A young woman reads a news article about a man being in a coma after being in a car accident where his wife and child had died. A man tells a young woman that he had been in a car accident caused by a drunken teenager that killed his wife and child and left him in a coma. A young woman tells a man that she had been in an accident that she caused, which resulted in the death of a woman and a boy.
► A man's voice is heard over a radio explaining that a cosmic ray may be dangerous. During a radio interview, a man explains that a race of people on a different planet may enslave or massacre humans from Earth. A teenage boy tells his mother, father and older sister that people going into outer space are going to be sucked into a black hole and die. A voiceover of a young woman says that the original pioneers had ventured to the west without knowing if they would survive. A young woman says that she believes her body would burn up upon reentry into the atmosphere. A young woman tells a man a story about a man being tortured by the sound of a mechanical click, which he thought was going to make him crazy. A young woman tells a man a story of a man being almost burned at the stake for his beliefs. A man tells a young woman a story of a person being beaten for his beliefs. A man and a young woman jokingly discuss the possibility of a young woman dying, and that she would have a will and a memorial service and if she would want to be buried or cremated. A young woman jokes with a man, telling him that a waiver she had signed had included that she might die.
► A man and a young woman play a boxing video game; we do not see the actual video game but we hear the sounds of punching.
► We see a teenage girl in a jail cell, presumably for the vehicular manslaughter of a woman and boy.
► A young woman dry heaves over a toilet, and she spits but does not vomit; we see the spit leaving her mouth.

SUBSTANCE USE - We see a man smoking what appears to be a marijuana pipe in a park, a man is seen taking multiple pills from prescription drug containers, a teenage boy asks a young woman if she "wants to get high" and she thinks he means drugs but he clarifies that he means flying. A teenage girl is seen drinking at a party and she later causes a fatal car accident due to drunk driving, a drunk driving accident caused by a teenage girl is mentioned on multiple occasions, a man and a young woman drink liquor and a glass of wine, a man is seen drinking alcohol on multiple occasions, a man is shown surrounded by empty liquor bottles, a man acts hung over and we see him sitting in front of empty liquor bottles, a young man is seen buying multiple bottles of champagne at a store, and several people toast with sparkling cider in champagne flutes.
