The MPAA rating has been assigned for “mild action/peril and rude material.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes several scenes of chasing and tussling between a cat and a dog, several scenes of humans chasing a cat and a dog and some using weapons with tranquilizer darts, a cat and a dog being lost and trudging through a desert, a cat and a dog being threatened by a large vulture, a reference to euthanasia, a rabbit drinking a cocktail, and several arguments and name-calling. A dog (voiced by Claire Alan) and a cat (voiced by Cory Doran) are separated from their human family when an airline loses them, and their adventure begins as they try to get home to Salt Lake City. Also with the voices of Danny Trejo, Bill Nighy, Susan Sarandon, Brooke Shields, Al Franken, Alicia Silverstone, Bianca Alongi, Mike Nadajewski and James Kee.  – A woman wearing a short skirt (we see her legs to the mid-thighs) accompanies a man to a penthouse suite (a romance is implied). A woman wears a short skirt and low-cut sweater in several scenes that reveal cleavage and legs to above the knee.

Gracie and Pedro: Pets to the Rescue VIOLENCE/GORE 2

 – A cat chases the tail of a snake, thinking it’s string; we see that the snake has two heads and sharp fangs and when the cat bites the snake’s tail it wraps around the cat and the two heads argue about who will eat it, until a rock is pushed from a ledge above and lands on the snake. A very large vulture with sharp claws threatens a cat and a dog, it sharpens its beak on train wheels and moves toward them as they jump across the tops of several cars; they then duck when they pass into a tunnel and the bird is struck.
 A cat remembers being left by a human family when they moved and we see a kitten being placed in a dumpster. A man with a gun shoots tranquilizer darts at a cat and a dog but misses them. A cat and a dog attack a man when he tries to catch them, scratching his face and leaving him with scratch marks that we later see bandaged. A man chases a cat and a dog in several scenes; the man grabs the dog in one scene, the dog bites his hand and the man drops the dog and the dog and the cat run away. A man grabs a dog and a cat and holds them off the ground.
 A dog and a cat trudge through a desert and they seem very thirsty and tired. A cat and a dog ride on a horse that charges next to a moving train before they jump into one of the cars; they are chased by a man driving a car that crashes through fences and bales of hay and the car stops short before driving over a ledge and an animal in the car is thrown into a river below. A man speeds in a car. A cat and a dog in a travel crate fall off a conveyor belt in an airport luggage area, the conveyors break and the cat dangles out of the crate being struck several times by lights attached to the structure as the crate continues to move along. People outside an office building throw rocks through the windows and they shatter. A girl and a boy make a video asking for help to find their cat and dog that were lost by an airline; the video is viewed by many people that post pictures of animal sightings and an airline executive pleads for the video to be taken down because it is hurting his business.
 A cat and a dog chase an airplane as it taxis for takeoff and the animals are blown through the air by the jet engines. An animal (seems like a small pig) is slammed against a window and slides down while a person on the other side of the glass sleeps. An animal is thrown against a car’s windshield and the wipers slap it in the face a few times. A cat and a dog run toward a bus while being chased by a man and get onboard unharmed. A cat and a dog fall from a balcony and land in a swimming pool several floors below (they seem unharmed). A pet carrier is dropped off in front of a house and we see a wallaby inside.
 Two rats try to remove the collars from a cat and a dog while they are unconscious. A ball is accidentally thrown toward an elderly man sleeping and the ball goes into his mouth and he coughs it back out; we hear that he had to go to the emergency room when this happened before. A man trips and falls on the floor when a dog and cat play with a ball in the area. A man falls on the ground when his shoelaces are tied together. A man rides a box down a flight of stairs. A cat jumps toward a dog and tears a pillow open spreading feathers in the air; a cat and a dog bump into a statue and its head breaks off and falls from a balcony into a pool several floors down. An animal is trapped in a bottle.
 A cat talks about animal shelters and “the gas.” A dog threatens a cat saying, “I’ll neuter you all over again.” A cat says, “I think I’m dead” when it is trapped under a pile of luggage. A girl yells at a woman in the lost luggage department of an airport and demands that she find her cat and dog. A cat talks about the rules of the alley. A boy wears a T-shirt that reads “Byte me.” A boy uses a computerized voice pad and sign language to speak (the reason is not discussed).
 A cat and a dog chase through a house and tussle over a ball; the cat slams into some toys and a desk and they charge down a flight of stairs. A fishbowl tips over nearly spilling its contents and a fish. A fish in a fishbowl is put into a small cup on an airplane (3 oz. of liquid limit). A cat clings to a chandelier and it begins to spin very fast; the cat says, “I’m gonna hurl,” and a lot of vomit sprays in a swirl all around the lamp. A dog pulls a tablecloth spilling food items all over the floor; a bowl of pasta is overturned on the dog’s head and a dog and a cat gorge themselves. A cat eats fish and breathes in a dog’s face (we see a green cloud as the dog recoils). A cat puts hot sauce in a piece of cake that a dog eats and we hear that it became sick (we do not see this). A dog drops a toy mouse into a food grinder (a cat’s favorite toy). A cat plays with the fringe on a woman’s long skirt thinking it is string. A cat eats from a bowl of caviar.
