Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reprise their roles from the almost eponymous 2001 film: The former is still involved in truck hijackings and the latter is now an F.B.I agent. Their paths cross again when they have a common target, an elusive drug kingpin hiding in Mexico. Also with Gal Gadot, Jordana Brewster, Mirtha Michelle, Liza LaPira, Michelle Rodriguez, Jack Conley and Shea Whigham. Directed by Justin Lin. [1:39]

SEX/NUDITY 5 - A man video tapes three women kissing and caressing each other, he removes the shoe from the foot of one of the women and kisses and licks her toes.
A man and a woman kiss, he lifts her onto a counter, her dress hikes up to reveal a bare thigh and they continue to kiss (it is implied that they have sex, but nothing else is shown).
A woman kisses another woman passionately and then another woman. A man and a woman kiss, she straddles his lap and they continue to kiss. A man and a woman kiss in several scenes. A woman kisses a man on the cheek.
Two women dance close together and caress each other. Three women take a man to a dance floor and dance around him (he doesn't seem particularly interested). Women wearing skimpy outfits that reveal cleavage, bare abdomens, bare hips and legs dance seductively in many scenes and in a few scenes we see several of the women clinging on men. A woman wearing a tank top sleeps in bed while a man watches her from a chair nearby.
A woman wears a tight-fitting white top that reveals the outline of her breasts and nipples. Women wear low-cut tops and dresses that reveal cleavage in many scenes throughout the movie. A nude painting of a woman hangs in the background in one scene (we see breasts; nipples are not evident, and the legs are folded to cover the pubic area).
A woman appears interested in a man, he tells her what he likes in a woman and then leaves.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - A man is struck by a car traveling at high speed and pinned between two cars (we see him slumped over and motionless; there's no blood).
A man shoots several other men and they fall to the ground (we do not see blood). A man holds a gun and pulls the trigger (we hear the gun blast but do not see the victim struck). Armed agents raid a meeting place and shoot many people in attendance (we do not see blood).
A car explodes throwing many people through the air and blowing up nearby cars; a man shoots at several men, another man shoots and a man is struck in the back (we see blood drip from the wound) and he punches the man who shot him several times in the face. We see a flashback sequence that shows an automobile accident where a car flips several times and rests on its side; the driver falls out of the car and we see bloody head wounds.
A man grabs a man by the shirt, slams him onto the hood of a car and lowers an engine block almost to his head; he does not let the block go completely (we don't see any injuries). A man shoves another man into a wall, and the second man then slams the first man's head into the wall twice leaving him with a bloody nose and forehead (we see him bruised and cut for the rest of the movie). A man chases another man on foot, the man jumps through a window and across rooftops, down to the street (where he is nearly struck by a truck), climbs a fence, goes through a market where people are knocked down, and steals a gun and shoots at the other man, who waits on a rooftop with his gun drawn; the second man tackles him through a window and they both fall to the ground landing on a car (we see one man with blood on his head and face). A man throws another man into a shelf unit, throws him across the room and punches him in the face repeatedly (we see blood on his nose) and then they wrestle. A man kicks a door down, grabs a man inside, shoves him against a wall, throws him over a sofa, shoves him out a window and holds him by one ankle, and then lets him fall (the man grabs onto a curtain and is pulled back up).
A driver jumps out of a speeding truck when it approaches a sharp turn at high sped, the truck swerves and crashes, one part of the truck flips and explodes and rolls over a car speeding behind it (the car is not crushed and the people inside are uninjured). A man is run over by a speeding car (we do not see the impact or the result). A woman jumps from a speeding truck onto a speeding car, and she nearly falls off the hood when the car swerves abruptly. A woman climbs onto the hood of a speeding car, walks toward the edge, jumps onto the back of a speeding truck, climbs on top and releases its load; she then climbs onto another section, the truck swerves, and the woman falls over the side and clings to the back -- one foot drags on the ground until she climbs back up.
Several car racing sequences show cars speeding through high traffic areas, through deserts, narrow alleys (nearly running down pedestrians), through tight tunnel passages, etc., and we frequently see crashes and spin outs (we rarely see the human aftermath but we do see crumpled cars): one car flips and crashes over an overpass and down onto the ground below nearly landing on another car, and a car crashes into a wall in a tunnel and explodes. People in cars chase each other and shoot at each other in several scenes, one car flips, two others have their tires shot out and they flip end-over-end. A car speeds through the entrance to a tunnel and then out the other end (no injures).
A man has a bloody abdominal wound and moans from the pain.
A truck driver shoots at a car speeding next to it. Two men with guns threaten a man in a church. A man with a gun threatens another man. Police break into a man's house and arrest him for drug distribution. A woman loads a handgun.

CAVEATS

Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.

We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.

Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
