The MPAA rating has been assigned for “strong violent content, sexual assault, drug use and language throughout, and some sexual references.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes several scenes of women being restrained and raped, many scenes of non-sexual partial nudity, people being killed by their throats being slashed, a person suffocated by a foot pressed against her neck, people being shot to death, two people being bludgeoned leaving one dead and one maimed, a house fire, several arguments, and 69 F-words and other strong language. When two women (Naomi Ackie and Alia Shawkat) are invited to join a wealthy man (Channing Tatum) and his friends on a private island, they jump at the chance not realizing the sinister intentions of the revelers. Also with Christian Slater, Simon Rex, Adria Arjona, Haley Joel Osment, Liz Caribel, Levon Hawke, Trew Mullen, Geena Davis, Kyle MacLachlan, Cris Costa and María Elena Olivares. Blink Twice SEX/NUDITY 6

 – Several scenes show women hog-tied and gagged while men rape them (we see the men thrusting); it is implied that the women are given a drug that keeps them from remembering anything that has happened to them and they are raped serially (no nudity is evident).
 A man kisses a woman on the cheek. A man and a woman flirt in several scenes. A man and woman lie on a blanket talking. A man refers to a woman as “Babe” and she scoffs at him. A man tickles a woman on the waist from behind (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). A woman holds an unconscious man in her lap.
 Several women climb on tables and dance suggestively while men watch. A woman talks about participating in a reality show that she refers to as “Hot Survivors.”
 A man is seen with a line drawing of male genitals on his forehead. Women wear bathing suits that reveal bare buttocks, full legs to the hips, bare abdomens, backs and cleavage in numerous scenes. Men wear swim trunks that reveal bare chests, abdomens, backs and legs in numerous scenes. Women wear low-cut evening gowns that reveal cleavage and bare backs. A woman sits on a toilet with her legs to the hips exposed. A desktop sculpture resembles male genitals.

Blink Twice VIOLENCE/GORE 7

 – A woman holding a knife screams and we see a man gasping and holding a bleeding wound on his neck; the woman stabs him repeatedly after he falls into water and we see him dead and soaked with blood. A man slashes a woman’s throat while others watch in horror (we see a bloody knife). A woman hits a man in the head and face repeatedly with a chessboard until his face is bloody and malformed and someone else shoots her (she falls dead with a bloody wound visible). A man with a gun chases a woman through a wooded area and she hides, he discovers her and points a gun at her until he is struck from behind with a rock and the attacker hits him several more times killing him (blood is splattered on the attackers face). A man opens a door after hearing gunshots outside; he is shot in the head and falls dead with blood streaming from the wound.

 A woman stabs a man in the hand with a corkscrew and he screams (we see the bloody wound). Two women fight, one slams the other into a mirror, one stabs the other in the chest and we see the bloody wound. A woman holds a knife toward a man, he pinches her arm in a door and she drops the knife. A woman runs away from a man that trips her and she hits her head on a rock (we see blood stream from the wound and we see a healed scar later). A woman being held down by a man bites his pinky off as he screams and we see blood. A man grabs a woman hiding underwater in a swimming pool, ties her up and drags her into a room where another woman holds a knife on the man; the man gets the knife away from the woman and holds it to the first woman’s throat. A man trips and hits his head against a table knocking him unconscious and candles in the room catch fire; two women splattered with blood sit outside as the building is engulfed in flames.
 A man tickles a woman on the waist from behind and she elbows him in the nose (we see his very bloody nose and bandages in his nostrils later). A woman screams off-camera and we see that she has been bitten by a snake (two marks are seen on her wrist); a man tells her that the snake is venomous, but that she will be OK. A woman is gagged and tied to a column as she screams and cries. A man pushes a woman against a wall and she seems frightened.
 A woman cries while holding a very sharp knife and talking to another woman who is concerned about her holding the blade. A woman panics when her friend appears to be gone and no one seems to remember her being there at all; the woman slaps herself in the face and head trying to figure out what is happening. A woman searches through a cabin and hears a noise; she opens a door to find a woman holding a bottle and assumes that she is hiding to drink, the woman shares the bottle with the second woman who drinks and recoils from the taste (it is implied that the liquid is snake venom).
 A woman wakes up with a bloody nose and vomits off-screen (we hear retching). A woman’s nose bleeds. A woman falls knocking a server carrying a tray of glasses down and shattering glasses on the floor (we see the woman with a bloody cut on her finger). A woman coughs deeply after drinking champagne and spits out a raspberry. A man is shown to be missing his pinky finger. A man has a black eye, and a woman has a bruise on her arm (we do not see how they got them). An apparently very sharp knife falls from behind a mirror and a woman is startled. A woman uses a sculpture to try to break a lock and the sculpture breaks.
 A woman tells a man, “Something horrible is about to happen.” A woman says, “There’s something wrong with this place.” A man makes a statement apologizing for his behavior (we are not told what that behavior is) and is stepping out of his role as a high-powered tech businessperson. A woman is scolded by her boss and told to “be a little more invisible.” A man says of a woman, “She is incapable of accepting help.” A woman talks about being willing and able to defend her friends against men that mistreat them. A man talks about not liking a chair and a woman asks, “Why don’t we just light it on fire?” A woman jokes about when human sacrifices will begin. A woman says that she has black mold in her apartment.
 A woman’s nose bleeds into her mouth. A woman has a spot of blood on her dress. Several pieces of meat on a serving tray are seen sitting in blood. A woman has dirt under her fingernails but doesn’t know why. Several scenes show a woman killing large snakes and carrying the remains in a bag (we see some blood). Several scenes show large snakes slithering through grass. A lizard sits on a rock in close-up.
 People use a drug that is dropped onto their tongues in several scenes and they are seen under the influence laughing, dancing, slurring their words, etc. A woman spills champagne on a woman’s lap while pouring her a glass. A lip-gloss brush appears to have hair on it. A woman lights an incense stick in a bathroom while sitting on the toilet.

Two women drink from a bottle containing what we suspect is snake venom, several women drink numerous shots of snake venom and Tequila, people drink glasses of champagne at a gala, people drink glasses of champagne in most scenes throughout the movie, people drink wine with meals in several scenes, a woman drinks tequila from a bottle, people drink wine with meals in several scenes, a man drinks glasses of whiskey in a few scenes, and two women unpack bottles of champagne and pour glasses for people at a gala.
