The MPAA rating has been assigned for “language throughout, sexual content and brief graphic nudity.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a couple of implied sex scenes with nudity, a couple of scenes with non-sexual full male nudity and non-sexual female nudity, many kissing scenes between men and women and two women, several flirting scenes, many conversations about sex and casual sex, arguments and exchanges of insults between a man and a woman, discussions of over-controlling parents, discussions of making life choices, and over 35 F-words and other strong language. After a single romantic encounter, a man (Glen Powell) and a woman (Sydney Sweeney) are left misunderstanding each other’s feelings and do not see each other again. However, when they are reunited for a wedding, they have to decide whether to pick up or abandon the relationship. Anyone But You SEX/NUDITY 7

 – A man showering in an outdoor shower remarks to another man about sand getting in his genital and buttock areas, using terminology that is unrecognizable to the second man; the first man holds his penis in his hands (we see the tip) and the camera focuses on him briefly. A woman lies on a beach and when she sits up we see that she is topless (her bare breasts, abdomen and legs to the hips are seen). A man and a woman embrace; she nuzzles his neck and he caresses her clothed buttocks; she puts her hand in his swim trunks and he flinches and implies that she put her finger in his anus, she pulls her hand out from his trunks and we see a large spider in her hand causing the man to scream and pull off all his clothing; he stands fully nude (covering his genitals with his hands) as she inspects him to see if there are any other spiders on him. A man and woman kiss passionately, he lifts her up and puts her on a countertop, they undress each other in a shower and we see their bare buttocks, her partial bare breast, her side and his bare chest and abdomen and they are later shown in bed (sex is implied).
 A man and a woman kiss passionately. A man and a woman dance, they kiss, he dips her and they kiss again. A man helps a woman down from the back of a vehicle and holds her closely to him, remarking on her dress. People dance together and a man dips a woman and she wraps her leg around his waist. Two women hug and kiss in a few scenes including at their wedding.
 A woman flirts with a man and caresses his bare chest before hitting him in the groin; he grunts and seems in pain. A man and a woman flirt in a coffee shop and leave together; they end up at the man’s apartment where she straddles his lap and they talk and wake up clothed on the sofa in the morning. A man and a woman hold hands. A woman makes several remarks about sexual relationships with men and implies that one relationship seems to be casual sex. A man calls a woman “babe.” A woman makes disparaging references to the size of a man’s genitals in a couple of scenes. A man and a woman reenact a pose from the movie “Titanic” and people watch them (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
 A woman climbs over the airplane reclining seat where a man is sleeping in order to take a cookie from a plate; her jacket becomes tangled in the seat and she twists around to try to free it with her legs straddling his chest and she pulls on the jacket thrusting up and down, resembling sexual activity (the woman is wearing a tank T-shirt that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders). A man makes a suggestive gesture with his mouth.
 A man describes a woman as “plump chested,” remarks about smacking a woman on the buttocks and makes a sexually suggestive remark; a younger man reprimands him.
 Two women undress to bikinis or bras and underwear that reveal cleavage, bare abdomens, backs, legs to the hips and partial buttocks and they go swimming in the ocean. A man wears swim trunks and we see his bare chest, abdomen and legs to the knees. A woman wears a blouse that reveals the pattern of her bra through the fabric. A man’s shirt is open to reveal part of his bare chest. A man wears athletic shorts and is shirtless (we see his bare chest and abdomen). Women wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage and bare shoulders in several scenes. A woman wears a bikini that reveals cleavage, bare abdomen, back, legs and partial buttocks in a couple of scenes. A man wears swim trunks that reveal his bare chest, abdomen, shoulders and back in a few scenes.

Anyone But You VIOLENCE/GORE 3

 – A man and a woman wrestle over a firework that accidentally lights and shoots into a display of flowers setting them on fire and a woman standing nearby is shown with her hair on fire as she screams; another woman later trims out the singed bits of hair. A man and a woman reenact a pose from the movie “Titanic” while on a yacht, and the woman slips and falls into the water as the yacht continues to sail and the man dives in after her; they swim to a buoy and harbor rescue lifts them out of the water using harnesses and into a helicopter (the man is afraid of flying and panics, but is OK later). A man and a woman embrace; she nuzzles his neck and he caresses her clothed buttocks; she puts her hand in his swim trunks and he flinches and implies that she put her finger in his anus, she pulls her hand out from his trunks and we see a large spider in her hand causing the man to scream and pull off all his clothing; he stands fully nude (covering his genitals with his hands) as she inspects him to see if there are any other spiders on him. A man jumps in the water and tells someone to call harbor rescue; we see him being lifted out of the water and transported to land unharmed. A man and woman swim from the shore to a sailboat and the man has difficulty; the woman helps him get to the boat and he tells her that he doesn’t do any cardio in his workout routines. A woman slaps a man in the face.
 A sink sprays water on the front of a woman’s pants in a public restroom; she stands on the sink to use a hand dryer to dry them while making loud noises that alarm people outside the bathroom. Fireworks explode in the sky near a celebration in a couple of scenes. People perform a positive thinking/cleansing-type ceremony by waving smoldering pieces of wood around people. A man pretends to pick something out of a woman’s teeth (we do not see debris). A woman takes a bite from a hot grilled cheese sandwich and a man blows in her mouth. A man hits another man in the face with a bouquet of flowers. A dog pulls a wedding cake in a box off a table and it smashes on the ground. A woman smears wedding cake on her partner’s face.
 A woman threatens a man and a woman and says that she will use a knife on them if they mess up her wedding day. Two women argue before their wedding and it sounds like they are breaking up. People confront their daughter about something that she hadn’t told them about and they argue briefly. A man says of a woman, “She’s a disaster,” and “She’s a nothing,” and she overhears him and leaves dejected. People talk about a woman having “ghosted” a man. A man says, “No matter how broken something is, there’s always a way to fix it.” A woman pleads with a server in a coffee shop to let her use the restroom saying that it is an emergency. A man asks a woman if she is practicing “bathroom law.”
