The MPAA rating has been assigned for “sexual content, some graphic nudity, language, sexual assault, and drug use.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes several sex scenes including a rape, several scenes with female nudity, one sex scene with men and with male nudity, numerous scenes of people threatening others with lawsuits and being blackmailed, discussion of debt and tax abatement, several arguments, discussions of alcoholism, and over 40 F-words and other strong language. An interpretation of how a young Donald J. Trump (Sebastian Stan) was influenced in the 1970s by infamous lawyer Roy M. Cohn (Jeremy Strong) to ruthlessly win in real-estate and life, while avoiding any consequences and empathy. The Apprentice SEX/NUDITY 8

 – A woman wearing a short robe that reveals cleavage and a bra and her bare legs to the hips gives her husband a box with a book (“The G Spot”) and tries to seduce him; he tells her that he is no longer attracted to her, she pulls away from him, they argue and he rapes her (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
 Several fully nude men (bare backs, chests, abdomens, legs and buttocks are shown) are seen having sex with each other, thrusting and engaging in oral sex; a man opens a door looking for another man, sees them and quickly leaves. A fully nude woman kneels in front of a man and performs oral sex on him; he stops her and she puts on a robe (we see her bare breasts, abdomen, legs, pubic hair and the side of her buttocks). A man and woman have sex and she thrusts on top of him as they both moan (we see her bare breasts and abdomen and his bare chest and abdomen).
 Two men kiss passionately in a crowded party. A man closes his robe as he opens his door (sex is implied with a person inside). A man and a woman move closer together as the woman asks him, “Are you going to kill me?” (sex is implied). A man and a woman kiss on a street after arguing. A man flirts with a woman and helps her get into a club, and then offers her a ride in his limousine and she reluctantly accepts.
 A man approaches another man on a street and offers a woman to him saying, “This is my wife, would you like to have sex with my wife?” and the second man declines and walks away. A man asks another man if he has a lot of sex. A man compliments a woman. A man remarks about having sex with a woman and that she has large natural breasts (using crude terms).
 A topless woman (we see her bare breasts, abdomen and back) rides on the back of a man crawling on all fours at a party. Exotic dancers perform on a stage and bare buttocks, backs, legs and abdomens are seen. A man shows another man photos of a nude woman while talking about having sex with her and we see her bare breasts and abdomen. Women wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage, bare shoulders and backs while at a restaurant. A man stands at a urinal partially behind a wall and he zips his pants up when he walks into the main part of the bathroom (no nudity is evident). A man wearing briefs (we see his bare chest, abdomen, back and legs) does sit-ups on the floor and when he stands up we see part of his buttock cleavage. A woman wears a short skirt that reveals her bare legs to the upper thighs. A man wearing briefs lies in a tanning bed and we see his bare chest, abdomen, back, legs and partial buttocks. A man sits in a bed next to a woman and we see his bare chest and abdomen and her bare leg to the hip.

The Apprentice VIOLENCE/GORE 5

 – A woman tries to seduce her husband and he tells her that he is no longer attracted to her; they argue bitterly and call each other names, he pushes her and throws her to the floor where he rapes her thrusting angrily as she whimpers.
 A man has liposuction surgery and a scalp reduction and we see blood and fat being collected in a receptacle, as well as a piece of bloody flesh and heavy staples placed in the man’s scalp.
 A man throws a pot of boiling water at a man in the hallway when he tries to collect rent. Police confront people on a city street and one man is held with a nightstick across his throat, and another man is shown with a bloody wound on his head. Dead and bloodied bodies are seen on a city street in a few scenes. A large puddle of blood is seen on a city sidewalk. A man slips and falls on snow and ice (he does not appear to be injured). A man collapses into a wheelchair at a dinner to celebrate his birthday. Two men argue and one slaps the other in the face.
 A man calls a government lawyer on the telephone and threatens to sue her after they file a lawsuit against his client. A man disparages his adult son’s career as an airline pilot. A man tells another man “You’re a dead duck.” A man tells another man, “Never admit defeat.” A man says, “Homosexuals are barred from federal civil service.” A man says, “It’s an advantage to not care about what people think of you.” A man tells another man, “Create your own reality.” A man argues with another man about getting married. A man asks a doctor about AIDS and whether you can touch infected people. A man talks about wanting to have “midget boxing” at his casino. A man says, “The world’s a mess.” A man says that another man is as “sick as a dog.” A man says that another man has pneumonia. A man says that he has liver cancer.
 People gather at a funeral and a woman places a handful of dirt on the coffin. A woman refuses to sign a prenuptial agreement and storms out of the room after throwing her engagement ring on the table. A man drinks at a bar and seems to be inebriated; he stands up and drops his glass on the bar breaking it.
 After saying that he doesn’t drink, a man drinks a lot of vodka and he rushes to the bathroom as we hear him gagging (we do not see goo); he later vomits outside a car and we see some goo. A man stands at a urinal partially behind a wall and we hear him urinating as another man enters the room and talks to the man. People steam clean and disinfect a room and its furnishings after a man with AIDS had dinner there the night before.

People smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol in numerous bar and restaurant scenes. A woman smokes in an apartment.
