A fully nude man (we see him from behind and his bare back, buttocks and legs are shown) runs into a room and jumps onto a bed with a woman (she is wearing pajamas) where they kiss and sex is implied.
A man and a woman kiss in bed before he dresses and leaves. A man grabs a woman around the back and hip and pulls her closer to him and she seems upset. A married man and a woman lie in bed together fully clothed.
A woman tells a married man, “I’m pregnant,” and he lifts her up joyfully.

Women wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage in several scenes. A woman wears a full slip that reveals cleavage and we see her partially bare legs when she puts on stockings. Statues show male and female buttocks and male chests and abdomens. A statue depicting Jesus is shown in a church with his bare chest and abdomen visible.

Ferrari VIOLENCE/GORE 6

 – Cars speed along a country road where people line the edges and cheer; one car strikes something in the road that blows a tire and the car careens into the air, hits a power pole and slams into many people on the side of the road mowing them down (we see many bloody bodies including children and one person is shown cut in half at the waist with blood and matter visible).
A car speeds around a track, the driver is unable to downshift on a turn, and the car sails through the air throwing the driver (we see the driver on the pavement dead) and slamming into a wall (we see the car crumpled). Cars speed on wet roads and pass each other on tight curves; two cars speed very close to each other and one car drives off the road and crashes into a boulder (the car is damaged but the driver seems unharmed), and many cars speed through towns with cheering crowds along the road and hay bales as guard rails. A fire burns on a track with smoke billowing and another car speeds through it, spins around but recovers (we see that the chassis is slightly charred).
A woman retrieves a handgun from a drawer and threatens her husband with it during an argument; she shoots toward him and we see a hole in the wall behind him.
A man reprimands drivers saying that they lack commitment and that they need to drive more aggressively. A husband and his wife argue about the death of their son from illness. A man talks to his deceased son in a cemetery. A man says that he hears voices of ghosts in his sleep. A woman says of her sons, “The wrong son died.” A man talks about having lost two friends in a few scenes. A man talks about having to build a wall as a self-defense mechanism, or choose a different profession after losing people in car crashes. A man is told that his business is going broke. A man is described as “Saturn devouring his children,” and a “widow maker.” A man complains that there is no ashtray in a car. A man says, “Freedom for a pigeon is pigeon pie.”

CAVEATS

Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.

We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and older reviews are not as complete & accurate as recent ones; we plan to revisit and correct older reviews as resources and time permits.

Our ratings and reviews are based on the theatrically-released versions of films; on video there are often Unrated, Special, Director's Cut or Extended versions, (usually accurately labelled but sometimes mislabeled) released that contain additional content, which we did not review.
