The MPAA rating has been assigned for “sequences of action and violence.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes an implied sex scene, a couple of flirting and kissing scenes, a couple of scenes of harassment and near assault, many scenes of women wearing cleavage-revealing outfits, a woman being nearly assaulted in two scenes, explosions, a couple of gunfights, nuclear war seeming imminent, two children nearly run down, and some mild language. This sequel rewinds the Wonder Woman saga to 1984, when the superpowered Amazon (Gal Gadot) encounters two enemies: a brash conman (Pedro Pascal) determined to rule the world by manipulating an ancient relic that grants wishes and a timid geologist (Kristen Wiig), whose wish to be strong, sexy and cool comes true. Also with Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, Lilly Aspell and Lucian Perez. Directed by Patty Jenkins. [Running Time: 2:31]

Wonder Woman 1984 SEX/NUDITY 4

 – A man and a woman lie in a bed (sex is implied), they kiss and hold each other; he is shirtless and we see his bare chest, abdomen and back as he rolls the woman on her back and the scene ends with them getting out of bed.
 A man and a woman hug and kiss. A man and a woman hug on a sidewalk when the woman jumps into the man’s arms and wraps her legs around him. Men make suggestive remarks to women as they move past them in several scenes. A man and a woman hold hands.
 A man asks a woman if he can get her anything, saying, “Coffee, tea, me?” and the woman dismisses his question and leaves. A man says to a woman, “Ooo, you’re pretty.” A woman is dismissive to a man’s advances and he says, “You don’t have to be mean about it.”
 A woman wears a low-cut leotard in a gym and we see cleavage and her tights-covered legs to the hips. A woman wears a low-cut dress that is also slit to the hip (we see deep cleavage and a bare leg to the hip). A few women wearing bikinis stand around a man seated at a desk (we see their cleavage, bare abdomens and legs to the hips. Several women wear skin-tight outfits that accentuate their physical form. A woman wears low-cut blouses that reveal cleavage in several scenes. A woman’s dress is lace with a skin-toned under dress that reveals some flesh through the pattern. A woman wears an off-the-shoulder top that reveals her bare shoulder and tight-fitting pants.

Wonder Woman 1984 VIOLENCE/GORE 5

 – A woman walking alone on a sidewalk at night is accosted by a man that approaches her and she moves toward him, throws him against a truck (he falls to the ground), and she kicks him repeatedly throwing him through the air and onto the road with a bloody head and face wound. A woman walking alone through a park at night is approached by a man that speaks to her aggressively, grabs her bag and pulls on her; she tries to pull away and he grabs her more aggressively until another woman kicks the man throwing him out of view (we see him on the ground later). Several men with guns rob a mall jewelry store and steal items from a collection in the back room; one robber drops his gun outside the store and people scream and security guards call for the man to stop as he picks up a young girl and holds her over a balcony railing until a woman swings through the area, grabbing the young girl and placing her down safely; the woman crushes two guns in her hands, and lassos a couple of the other robbers and drops them all on top of a police cruiser’s roof (flattening it, but the men seem relatively unharmed).
 A man driving a car speeds through streets and toward an intersection where a woman is walking and someone off-screen kicks the car causing it to spin out and miss hitting the woman. A bride and groom standing on a bridge are bumped into by a few girls running by and the bride falls over the railing; she is lassoed by someone off-screen and placed safely on the side of a canal bank unharmed.
 A man and a woman are shot at by security guards in a museum, and the woman spins a glowing lasso to deflect the bullets as the man fights a couple of the guards with punches and head-butts; another woman fights with the first woman and a few of the guards and they shoot at her until the second woman throws the first woman into a column that splits in half and she lies against a wall seemingly injured. A woman is transformed into a humanoid cheetah fights with a woman with slashes, kicks and spins. A woman is transformed into a humanoid cheetah, grabs a severed electrical cable and swings from it, another woman catches her when she falls, and they both fall into water as the cable falls after them and one woman is electrocuted and sinks underwater (the second woman brings her to the surface, still alive).
 A man and a woman in a car chase a convoy until one truck pushes the car off the road, other vehicles spin around and crash, a woman pushes one truck as she is fired at by men in another vehicle, she uses a lasso to pull people off vehicles and we see the woman with a bloody wound on her shoulder before she flips a truck off the road and into the air; the woman sees children running on the road in front of them, swings by her lasso and picks the children up, but falls to the road with them and they are nearly struck; the woman is pinned between two vehicles until she pushes them apart and slides underneath one of the vehicles as it speeds along. A woman breaks a lock on an access door and she and a man fire up a jet and speed away as security guards chase them but are unable to catch them before taking off and the plane disappears.
 A man hits a woman in the face as her young son watches in fear. A man yells at a young boy and points to his bed (it seems the boy wet the bed and we see a stain on the sheets). A man in a shop tells a woman, “I wish you drop dead,” and she falls to her knees clutching her chest. A woman says that she wishes a man and other men would be, “Rounded up and sent back where they came from,” and we see police grabbing a few men by the arms outside the shop. A man wishes to be a special wishing stone and the stone crumbles to dust in his hands. Nuclear warheads are launched into the air and we see many other warheads preparing to launch and highlighted on a map. We see explosions and see cities in rubble. We hear announcements about impending nuclear war and people run in the streets looting and rioting; police with clubs beat a few of the people (we hear thuds but do not see blood).
 Several women perform physical challenges, running through obstacle courses and climbing various contraptions; one scene shows a young girl participating and she is nearly pushed off a high ledge and a woman is knocked off a pole into water below. A young girl in a competition dives into the sea from a very high ledge, swims to the shore, mounts and rides a horse along dirt paths, shoots an arrow at a couple of targets, jumps over a crevasse with the horse, is knocked off her horse by tree branches and falls on the ground uninjured; she slides down a chute, jumps onto the horse as it gallops past and is grabbed before finishing the race by a woman that faults her for cheating. A woman pulls a fridge door open and she accidentally pulls it off its hinges. A woman lifts a large amount of weight on a barbell in a gym as people look on in awe.
 A man yells in frustration. Several people make wishes and are then told that something important to them will be taken away unless they renounce their wish. A woman is dismissive to a man’s advances and he says, “You don’t have to be mean about it.” A woman tells a man, “Mind your business.” We hear about a run on gas. We hear that civilizations collapsed catastrophically. A man laughs maniacally. A young boy is afraid and calls for his father, who has left him alone in an office.
 A man’s eye seems to be bleeding in a couple of scenes and his nose and ear bleed in another scene. We see dark veins below the skin of a man and he presses on his temple in a couple of scenes. A woman has a scar on her shoulder. A woman stumbles on her high-heeled shoes, spills her briefcase contents on the floor while at work, and is embarrassed. A woman says that people talk behind her back and make fun of her.
