Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette star as a couple in love, running away with a suitcase filled with cocaine worth a million bucks. Everyone is after them -- the police, someone who wants to buy the cocaine and some gangsters who want it back.

SEX/NUDITY 7 - Arquette and Slater make love in a dimly lit room and later in a phone booth. Both scenes depict a great deal of passionate kissing, and some thrusting. Patricia Arquette is scantily clad throughout the film, and there are a few shots of bare bottoms and breasts. Prostitution is discussed in a few scenes, although not graphically.

VIOLENCE/GORE 10 - There is a lot of bloody gunplay. Many people are shot and blood spews everywhere. During one fight, a man is shot in the crotch and his shorts are covered in blood. During a fight between a man and a woman, the man repeatedly punches a woman in the face and the woman slams the man in the head, and jams a screw into his foot; there's a bloody close-up when he removes it. The woman is thrown through glass, and gets cut in several places. Eventually the man catches fire, is then shot, and we see his bloody body. The final scene is a shoot-out which lasts about 15 minutes, with about 15 people dying. Nearly every death is gory and depicted in close-up and/or slow-motion. There is a close-up of a man's bloody eye socket, where his eye used to be. A man's hand is cut and shown in close-up.
