Animated film about two orphans that escape from their orphanage and make their way to Paris, where they hope to achieve their dreams of becoming a ballet dancer and an inventor. SEX/NUDITY 1 - A woman kisses a boy on the cheek. A man kisses a woman on the cheek. A girl kisses a boy on the cheek. A boy puts his hand on a girl's shoulder and she growls at him (he moves away). A boy leans toward a girl while puckering his lips; she asks what he is doing and he is embarrassed. A girl throws a kiss to a boy while watching him dance. A train lurches and a girl falls on top of a boy (she recoils from the smell of his breath). A girl falls asleep on a boy's shoulder in a train car.
► A boy disguises himself as a nun to escape an orphanage (we see the outline of breasts under a long robe).

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A woman hits a boy in the head with a wrench (he falls unconscious), then chases a girl up a ladder with a large sledgehammer and up a tall statue where the girl falls; she is caught and the woman gets entangled in ropes. A boy and a girl run from a man who chases them onto a roof where the boy spreads mechanical wings and he and the girl glide off the roof; they crash into a wagon and are chased by the man on a motorcycle as the wagon careens through rocks and a tunnel before the children jump on a train and get away when the man crashes into a tree stump (we do not see injuries, but we ear the man say, "Pain"). A woman holds a cane across a girl's throat and the girl gasps; the woman lets her go but tells her to leave the premises. A girl climbs across a steep roof. Two boys argue and insult each other, then swing at each other and slap each other; one boy punches the other in the stomach and he doubles over.
► A woman and a girl scrub a long staircase until morning and another woman kicks the bucket of dirty water back onto the stairs just as they finish. A woman drags a girl by the arm and puts her into a carriage to take her to an orphanage. A man grabs a girl by the hand and threatens to call the police. A girl grabs a music box from another girl and throws it out a window (we see it broken on the ground as the first girl mocks the other girl). Two girls do a dance-off and one pulls the other's hair (she falls but is OK), they continue to dance and one shoves the other down a flight of stairs (she is OK).
► Several pigeons swarm a boy on a bridge and he falls over the side landing on a barge below. A boy and a girl dance on a rooftop, he throws her and she slides down the slope of the roof, crashes into a chimney and falls through a window (she is OK). A girl is spun on a wheel during training and tries to walk without spilling cups of water (she falls several times). A girl leaps and crashes to the ground (she's OK). A boy and a girl go to a bar and the girl dances on the bar and tables while he crowd cheers her on until she falls and tips a table over (she is unharmed). A girl stumbles and falls a couple of times while dancing on a stage.
► A boy with mechanical wings is slammed against a light pole then thrown onto a passing carriage where he dangles by his ankle (no injuries are seen). A boy bumps his head on a large bell several times (his eyes roll in his head but we do not see injuries). A girl trips and falls on the floor (she is OK). A girl flings dirty plates across a room to a boy who catches them until one plate breaks on a man's head (no injuries show). A girl has flashbacks to being an infant in her mother's arms. A boy is nearly struck by darts in a bar. A girl becomes frustrated and grumbles several times when she practices jumping. A boy falls through a set of doors and says, "I broke my everything," (we see no injuries). A man says, "She's lost her spirit."
► A woman and a girl are disparaging toward another woman and another girl in several scenes throughout the movie. A woman yells at another woman. A man grabs a girl by the arm and yells at her calling her a thief and a woman intervenes. A woman tells a girl, "I hate kids, especially orphans." A man yells at a boy and the boy makes a comment about the man's eyes looking in two directions. A boy and a girl talk about escaping an orphanage. A woman tells a girl, "Dreams are not reality and life is brutal." A girl says, "He hates me." A woman says, "I could lose my job." A girl yells at a woman and says, "You're not my mom."
► A pigeon defecates on a boy's shoulder (we see a glop of goop). A boy flatulates and a girl holds her nose. A reference is made to someone vomiting. A still image shows a boy holding a lighter to another boy's clothed buttocks causing a flare as the second boy presumably flatulates. A boy blows his nose into his hand loudly (we do not see the result). A boy scratches his clothed buttock. A boy says, "I wet myself."
