A straight-laced honors student (Justin Chon) goes out drinking with his two best friends (Skylar Astin and Miles Teller) on his 21st birthday, despite the fact that it is the night before his medical school interview. SEX/NUDITY 7 - An inebriated man wears only a bra and a teddy bear glued to his groin as he runs down the street; at home, a male friend removes the bear and we see the man's penis with the cloth of the bear stuck to the very end (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). At a party two women in close-up pull down the necklines of their dresses and point their breasts and nipples into the camera. In two scenes, we see two men as they walk nude across a college plaza and we see pubic hair (their genitals are tucked inside tube socks).
 At an outdoor rock concert, we see many women wearing short-shorts and skimpy tank tops that reveal cleavage as well as several shirtless men. On a fraternity rooftop an overweight man sits clothed only in a grass skirt and we see his chest and back; beside him are two overweight women wearing skimpy bikinis that reveal legs and cleavage and a clothed man on the roof tells the grass-skirt man that his nipples are unattractive. A man lies on his back on a bench on a college plaza and looks up the short skirts of several women walking by; dozens of women on the plaza wear short skirts that reveal bare legs and tank tops that reveal cleavage and a dozen additional women wear legging and tank tops that reveal cleavage and as they run their breasts and buttocks bounce.
 A man tells two blindfolded sorority pledges to kiss each other and feel each other's breasts: they kiss, then take off their blindfolds and shout at the man (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). A man and a woman kiss briefly while standing on a sidewalk as they plan to go on Spring Break together (sex is implied). Two men are kidnapped by several women in a van: the camera cuts to a scene of a Satanic ritual, the two men are nude and ankle-shackled to the floor, and they are forced to kiss each other, using their tongues and touch each other's nipples (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). In the background of a party scene couples hug and kiss.
 A card game at a party is called a "suck-and-blow" as cards are passed mouth to mouth between men and women; one man in the game tells another man that he looks like a watcher (sexual voyeur).
 A woman opens her apartment door to two men at night and launches into a stream of crude sexual epithets and one man says he admires her profane mouth. At a gathering, one man says a male friend masturbates a lot and a woman replies, "Yeah, me too" and makes a sexually suggestive remark. A man tells a male friend two dozen times that he wants to have sex with the friend's 16-year old sister. In a gathering in an apartment, a man shouts sexually suggestive remarks. A man says that he told a woman that he had leukemia in order to have sex with her. A man asks a male friend if he remembers having sex with a 9-foot-tall woman one summer. A man says that he likes a good "bush." A man tells another man that he looks like a 9-year-old Chinese girl rather than a man. A man tells another man that male cheerleaders are so flexible that they can perform oral sex on themselves. A man tells male friends that he used to have sex with "white chicks with dreadlocks" during high school summers. A man at a Beer Pong game tells his two opponents that they are not allowed to rape him.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - A man meets two other men at a bonfire rally where he shouts at them and hits them in the stomach; one of the injured men pulls a handgun and fires it into the air, causing people to run away, screaming, a bison runs through the scene trampling the gunman, and we later see an EMT vehicle drive away and the next day we see the man with a bandage on his hand and several cuts and bruises on his face.
 Two scenes show two nude men (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details) with wide red rashes and 3-letter brands on their buttocks and abdomen resulting from paddling by sorority women; the men's faces are scratched and bruised.
 A male cheerleader accosts a man after the man throws a dart into his cheek, leaving a patch of blood; the cheerleader picks up a bar stool and slams it into the dart-tossing man and his male friend. Two men drop a third man out a second story window and into rose bushes; we see the injured man face-down on a table as a woman pulls large thorns from his buttocks with tweezers (we see a little blood).
 Two men are kidnapped by several women in a van: the camera cuts to a scene of a Satanic ritual in which the women are dressed in black cloaks and the leader wears a goat's-head mask while the two men are nude and ankle-shackled to the floor; the men are forced by the leader to kiss each other, using their tongues and touch each other's nipples and the men are forced to bend over and receive paddling with heavy paddles as they scream. Three men break into a sorority house and one man tells two blindfolded pledges to bend over and accept a light whack with a paddle; the women remove their blindfolds and chase the three men away.
 An inebriated man drives an SUV and goes through yards, mows down parking meters, drives off a short bridge and onto an alley below; he and his two passengers are not hurt, but the windshield is cracked. An inebriated man wears a bra and a teddy bear glued to his groin as he runs down the street and climbs over cars, a police cruiser with flashing lights follows him and the officers arrest him and they take him to College Health Services, two men run through the hallways, knocking people down until they find him and they drop him out a window and onto a van roof with a loud thud. Four people pile into a very small car with one man lying along the dashboard inside the windshield (no accident occurs).
 A father enters his son's apartment as a male cheerleader is seen swinging a baseball bat and breaking objects; the cheerleader calls the father "old man" and begins to swing the bat at the man until he takes it away and slams it into the other man's stomach.
 A man drinks a can of beer while in a taxi and when the driver tells him to put it away he refuses and the taxi driver pulls over to the curb and tells him to get out. Two men have a loud argument and one tells the other that they are no longer friends. A man argues with his adult son about college. We hear that a pre-med student was hospitalized after studying for 72 hours and attempting suicide with a handgun (he missed).
 A drugged elderly man wears a Native American war bonnet and long brown bathrobe as he dances erratically outside a house for 24 hours and he falls into a parked car and his eyes looked glazed.
 An inebriated man rides a bull-riding machine and projectile vomits for several minutes around the room as he rides. An inebriated man stands on a bar, lowers his pants (we see his bare buttocks and legs from behind) and urinates on a crowd of about 50 women, covering their faces with urine and urinating into their drinks as they scream. An inebriated man in a women's washroom eats a tampon from a dispenser; two male friends enter and three women break the door down using a golf club and chase the men out of the house.

SUBSTANCE USE - Two men smoke marijuana cigarettes at a party and fall asleep on a couch, a drugged elderly man wearing a Native American war bonnet and long brown bathrobe dances erratically outside a house for 24 hours until he falls into a parked car and his eyes looked glazed, an elderly man walks out of a clinic and tells two passersby that he took two hits of LSD, a 20-something man reminds friends that they used to drink and use cocaine and LSD at rock concerts in high school, and a pre-med student says that he was cracked up on pills in order to stay awake 72 hours to study and that the pills caused him to attempt suicide (he says he is dropping out of college). A college student goes out with two friends for his 21st birthday and they all drink large amounts of alcohol while participating in dangerous drinking games that include multiple levels of Beer Pong as well as drinking beer while hanging upside down and drinking shots from glasses wedged into female cleavages/buttocks/navels and a glass wedged in the skin folds of a fat man along with drinking from beer taps in bars and chugging whiskey from a bottle, a man drinks a can of beer while in a taxi, a man leans backwards over a bar and two women bartenders pour liquor from bottles into his mouth, an open-air rock concert features hundreds of men and women drinking beer and alcohol from cans and bottles, three men visit 20 college campus bars and are shown drinking beer and alcohol, several bars are shown and they features shelves of liquor and a bar area with a 6-head beer tap, we see kegs of beer on the floors of several bars, men and women drink mixed drinks in bars, three house parties show men and women drinking alcohol and beer from glasses and bottles and cups, and we see two beer kegs on the floor at a party. A man tells a male friend that he works in a gas station in order to receive free cigarettes.
