After a traffic accident, ghostly images start appearing in a couple's (Rachael Taylor and Joshua Jackson) photographs. As they investigate the source of the images, they discover a shocking truth. - We see two men unbuttoning the shirt of a drugged woman and kissing her on the cheek, and it is implied that they will rape her. We see photographs of two men with a drugged woman and it is revealed that other photographs show them raping her.
► A woman straddles a man on a bed, she pulls off her dress (we see her bare back and her panties) and they kiss.
► A woman straddles a man and pulls off her dress, revealing the back of a decaying corpse underneath. A woman kisses a man with a rotten, decaying corpse tongue.
► A man straddles a woman and kisses her. A man and woman kiss passionately several times. A man kisses a woman on the neck and lips. A bride and groom kiss at their wedding. A man kisses a woman on both cheeks as a greeting.
► A woman takes off her shirt and shorts, she walks around and poses in her bra and panties. A woman in a short skirt steadies a man on a ladder by holding his posterior. A woman in a shirt and panties walks around a room. We see models wearing dresses, some of which show cleavage or abdomen. We see a man wearing a shirt and boxer shorts, we see a man wearing just boxer shorts, and we see a man's bare chest. A woman is shown wearing a shirt that exposes cleavage and we see a woman in short shorts. An animated woman in a small bikini and with very large breasts is seen swimming.
► We see a man and woman sleeping in bed, and it is implied that they have just had sex (we see her in a bra and his bare chest). A woman flirts with a man by stroking his chest and arms. A man flirts with a woman, trying to impress her with his job title.
► A woman hurriedly asks for her husband to "consummate."
- A man jumps from a balcony; we see him fall, hear a thud, and see his body on the ground lying in a pool of blood.
► Chemicals are splashed into a man's eyes, he moans in pain, and we see a washcloth covered in blood and the man's face is covered in blood.
► A man electrocutes himself off-screen (we hear him scream in pain and see him with a large burn scar on his neck). We see a man with bloody fingers holding a razor blade.
► A woman straddles a man and pulls off her dress, revealing the back of a decaying corpse underneath. A woman kisses a man with a rotten, decaying corpse tongue. A fly crawls under a woman's face and out of her eye. A man coughs up blood and flies. A woman's face briefly turns into a skull. We see a decaying body that is mostly bone surrounded by flies. We see a burning corpse.
► A car hits a woman in the road and runs over her (we see no blood.)
► We see a man missing an eye (there is no blood). A car crashes, and a man and a woman hit their heads against the dashboard. A woman cuts her hand on a piece of glass (there is a small amount of blood).
► We see photographs of two men with a drugged woman and it is revealed that other photographs show them raping her. We see two men picking up and carelessly handling a drugged woman and it is implied that they will rape her.
► A man who is carrying a woman drops her (she is uninjured). A woman grabs a man's leg and pulls him. A man trips and falls several times. A man falls to the ground.
► A woman falls on the floor and struggles against an unseen force. A man screams in pain. A woman's nose bleeds.
► There are many scenes in the film that are startling, and there are also a few scenes where many flashes of light create a strobe-like effect.
- 1 F-word, 1 scatological term, 1 mild obscenity, name-calling ("you girls"), 2 religious profanities, 5 religious exclamations.
- A man drugs a woman with sleeping pills. Men and women drink alcohol in a restaurant. A man and a woman drink wine with dinner.
- Safe driving, responsibility, spirit photography, obsession, death, ghosts, suicide, cremation, rape, revenge.
- Failing to prevent an act of evil holds the same consequences as performing an act of evil.
