A TV entertainment journalist (Katherine Heigl) whose professional life seems to just have taken a turn for the best when she is promoted, discovers that she is pregnant after getting drunk and having sex with a man (Seth Rogen) she had just met,. She decides to keep the baby, but she isn't so sure about sharing her life with the father, who is far less ambitious than she is. Also with Paul Rudd, Leslie Mann and Jason Segel. SEX/NUDITY 9 - A drunk man and a drunk woman kiss, they go back to her apartment, they begin disrobing (we see her in a bra and he is bare-chested), and they have sex: she asks him to put on a condom, he cannot get it on, and so they continue to have sex unprotected -- he thrusts on top of her and they moan, the scene ends and we see him lying nude in bed in the morning (his bare back and buttocks are visible).
 A man and a woman have sex: she is very pregnant and we see her in a bra and see her very pregnant belly, and the man thrusts on top of her but then becomes uncomfortable with the idea that he could be hurting the baby or that the baby could be getting poked in the face by his genitals, and the woman gets on top and she is then uncomfortable; the man asks if she wants to try another position and she is offended by the term, so they lie next to each other and the baby kicks the man's hand while it rests on the woman's abdomen and he becomes upset.
 Two women wearing only thong underwear (their bare breasts and buttocks are visible) perform lap dances for two men: they thrust while on them, one rubs her bare breasts in one man's face, and the other pulls the man's tie so that his face is pressed into her bare buttocks.
 A nude woman stands outside after an earthquake and holds her hands over her breasts (we see one bare breast when a man reaches out to shake her hand and she reaches out to meet him). A bare-chested man with a towel wrapped around his waist talks about having shaved his pubic hair. A nude man stands outside after an earthquake with his hand hiding his genitals (we see his bare chest, legs and buttocks).
 A man watches a movie depicting two women kissing passionately in a swimming pool: they remove each other's tops and their bare breasts are visible. A man and a woman watch a movie that shows women's bare breasts, and they remark about scenes of pubic exposure (we do not see anything).
 A woman in a panic about being pregnant takes repeated home pregnancy tests: we see the woman sitting on the toilet, and holding a tester between her legs (we see her bare thighs, her panties around her knees and cleavage when her dress droops open). A nude pregnant woman lies in a tub with bubbles across her breasts. We see a painting on a wall that shows several seated women with their bare buttocks exposed. Several women wear low-cut tops and dresses that reveal cleavage. Several women wearing skimpy bikinis sit next to a swimming pool.
 We see a baby crowning and the vagina opening four times and we see the baby being born covered with blood and goo.
 Men and women dance in a dance club, using some suggestive moves.
 Using crude terms a woman asks another woman if she thinks that men in a dance club would find her attractive and have sex with her. While on the phone with a woman, a man and several other men make crude remarks and sexually suggestive gestures with their hips and hands. A woman talks about walking in on her husband while he was masturbating and finding towels that he used during the act.
 A man tells a woman that she still looks good, even though she's old, and that he would have sex with her. A husband asks his wife if they should have sex and she rebuffs him. Someone remarks disparagingly about the size of a man's endowment. Several men talk about the likelihood of them having sex because they are Jewish. A man talks about his inability to accept being loved. A man tries to make a pass at a married woman. A woman fears that her husband is having an affair. A women looks at a "sex offender map" on her computer and talks about how many sex offenders there are in her neighborhood. A woman talks about another woman being sensitive about her breasts, and her father's comments about her breasts. Using euphemisms, a man and a woman talk to another woman about losing weight. A man says about another man that, "He's so cute that I just want to kiss him." A website is called "Flesh of the Stars." There are several discussions about a website that will allow people to search for their favorite actress and find out where and when in a movie she has a nude scene. A woman describes a man as having "man boobs." A doctor who's performing a gynecological exam on a woman makes a comment about not examining the right orifice. A woman places her feet in stirrups on an examination table, a doctor puts on rubber gloves, prepares for an internal sonogram (we see the device) and he tells a man that's accompanying the woman that he will be next (he's joking).

VIOLENCE/GORE 5 - We see a baby crowning and the vagina opening four times and we see the baby being born covered with blood and goo.
 A husband and wife argue bitterly in several scenes and she tells him not to come home during one fight. A man and a woman argue bitterly and the woman makes the man get out of the car and leaves him in the street. A woman tells a man that she is pregnant, that the baby is his, and they argue blaming each other.
 A doctor reaches under a woman's hospital gown, between her legs, and twists an unborn baby while he talks about the umbilical cord being wrapped around its neck (the woman moans from the discomfort). A woman in labor yells and moans and begs for pain medication.
 Two little girls argue in the back seat of a car and one throws a doll at the other, striking her in the face and making her cry. A little girl strikes her father hard on the crotch in order to wake him up in the morning.
 A man has a panic attack in a hospital waiting room and yells about the likelihood of dead bodies being in a nearby room. There is a violent earthquake and people run out into a street.
 Two men rolling in wheelchairs run into each other and one falls over (they are not physically challenged). A man falls off a trampoline and onto the ground (he's OK). Several men play fight with toy swords, boxing gloves, etc.
 An 8-year-old girl talks about where she thinks babies come from and includes a gory description. An 8-year-old girls says that she "Googled murder" and that she saw many dead bodies with blood all around them. A women looks at a "sex offender map" on her computer and talks about how many sex offenders there are in her neighborhood. A man talks about having been run over by a postal truck when he was younger. A couple of people talk to a woman about "taking care of it," with regard to her pregnancy and alluding to abortion.
 A man says, "I'll bite your face off" to another man. A man threatens to kill another man over the telephone. A doctor yells at a woman who is his patient. A woman talks angrily about what happens to parts of a woman's body after childbirth. Two men ask a man if he is going to commit suicide. A man says that another man deserves a "beat down." Several men have Pink Eye and they talk about getting it from flatulating on each other's pillows. A man says if something happens then "slice my head off with an LP." Several men tease another man who is letting his beard grow, calling him crude anatomical names, and he seems upset.
 A woman is shown vomiting a few times (we see goo and hear her gagging). Several men are shown screaming and looking queasy while on amusement park rides. During a sonogram we see the beating heart of an 8-week embryo.

LANGUAGE 10 - 117 F-words and its derivatives, 1 obscene hand gesture, 21 sexual remarks, 56 scatological terms, 66 anatomical terms, 12 mild obscenities, 2 derogatory terms for homosexuals, 2 references to vomiting, name-calling (stupid, freak, doorman, old, fat cow), 2 religious profanities, 27 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - A man holds a bag of mushrooms, and he and another man talk about when they will eat them, and they act as if they are hallucinating after they do. Several men smoke marijuana throughout the movie and appear to be in a stupor throughout -- they are shown smoking marijuana cigarettes, as well as from bongs and a man is shown smoking marijuana with his head inside a glass ball while the ball fills with smoke as he exhales. A man's father talks about his drugs rule, which is that his son should not take pills or powders but that anything that grows in the ground should be OK. People are shown drinking alcohol in a nightclub scene, people drink wine with dinner and one man drinks hard liquor, and several men are shown drinking beer throughout the movie. A woman smokes a cigarette. A woman in labor begs for pain medication. A woman says that she had three Red Bull's and she feels great, a man says he's "really high," and a man says, "Smoking weed can fix anything."
