SEX/NUDITY 8 - A nude woman (her bare breasts are visible) sits in a chair, a man ties a blindfold on her, he caresses her and kisses her neck. A woman takes off her clothes to sleep (we see her bare breasts), a man gets into bed with her (he's wearing boxers and a tank top), they snuggle and she remarks about him becoming sexually aroused. A woman in a movie straddles a man lying in bed, and turns to the screen exposing her bare breasts.
► A nude woman dances behind glass at a party: her skin is painted and she is disguised as a deer (her bare breasts are clearly visible). A woman wears low-cut dresses in many scenes that reveal cleavage and in one scene her dress falls open exposing her bare breast and a man ogles her. A man tells another man that a woman "opened the door with nothing on but the radio" and that she "sat on his lap." A boy and a girl hug. A man is referred to as "gay Perry" throughout the movie.
VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - A woman slams a door in a man's face, and the door cuts the man's finger off; we see the bloody digit on the floor and see a bloody hand as a doctor is stitching the finger back on.
► A man is shot, the bullet passes through him and into another man standing behind him, and they both fall to the ground; one is unconscious and spits blood. A man hides under a bed, a woman sits on the bed, another man shoots her twice, she rolls off the bed, onto the floor, and blood pours out of her mouth and she dies. A man shoots a man five times in the chest, and he falls back onto a glass table shattering it. A man drives a car through a park, crashes into dining tables, gets out of the car with a gun, and another man shoots him in the back several times. Two men hold guns on a man, one man shoots him in the head, and he slumps over and to the ground. A woman shoots a man in the arm (blood spurts), and then continues to shoot at him as he runs away (another man is cowering on the ground).
► A man taunts another man, who's walking toward him; the first man reaches in his pants -- suggesting something sexual -- and then shoots the other man several times in the chest. A man in a car speeds toward a man standing on a bridge: the man jumps over the side, catches onto the arm of a body in a casket that rests on a ledge, and from there he shoots three men.
► Two men grab a man and hold a gun on him: one punches him in the knee and in the stomach and one squeezes his hand separating his recently re-attached finger (we hear a crunch and see blood on the bandage). A man attacks a woman, holds her to the ground by the throat and squeezes; she knees him in the groin, then head butts him, and she runs away dodging traffic and jumps over an embankment landing hard on the ground below.
► Two men hold guns on two other men who are tied to chairs: one man has electrodes attached to his scrotum (we see the wires coming out from under his shirt tail, and a man jolts him a few times and he screams.
► A woman in a movie straddles a man lying in a bed, turns toward the screen, screams and we see a monster slash at her knocking her head off -- her severed head (with blood and matter at the neck) crashes through a window behind her. A man puts his severed finger into a bowl of ice, and a dog takes the finger out of the bowl and swallows it. A woman lies dead with blood on her head. A man has a bloody gash on his cheek. A man has a bloody bullet wound on his chest.
► A man urinates in a bathroom (we see the stream), and he turns toward the shower where he sees a dead woman's body (the body is badly bruised and the skin is tinged grey). A car drives over a ridge and into a lake: two men get into the water to see if there is anyone in the car, and one man comes out of the water carrying a dead woman (she is badly bruised and we hear that her neck is broken). We are told that a woman committed suicide and we see a woman's blood spattered feet behind a bed.
► A man hits a man in the face with a gun, and then another man hits him in the face breaking his nose (we see his bloody face). Two men fight with punches and kicks: one man is hit repeatedly, punched in the face and kicked in the back (we see his bloody nose and mouth later). A man hits a man in the head with a stick and holds a gun to his back forcing him to walk. A man hits another man in the face twice and his nose bleeds, and a man punches another man in the face.
► Two men wrap a body in a blanket, carry it to the roof of a building, throw it over the side, it crashes onto dumpsters in an alley below, they put it into the trunk of a car and then deposit it on the side of a street elsewhere. A man breaks into a woman's house, she startles him, he steps back and falls off a balcony and to his death.
► A woman races in a van while being chased by a car: the van crashes and tips over, a casket that was in the back of the van is thrown over the side of the road and it rests on a ledge (the body's arm pops out of the casket); the woman climbs out of the van (she has a wound on her head), the car continues to chase her, and she jumps over an embankment and lies on the ground.
► A little girl inside a magic box begins screaming frantically when a boy begins to cut into the box with a chain saw; people gathered around her panic, the box is opened by her father and she is fine (she was acting), while her father raises his hand to hit her.
► A woman yells at a man and slams a door in his face several times. A man and a woman argue in several scenes. We hear that a girl was sexually abused by her father repeatedly and we see a man carrying a girl out of her bed at night.
► There is an animated sequence with the opening credits that shows a woman being pushed off a balcony to the ground.
