SEX/NUDITY 4 - A young woman lies in a hotel room bed waiting for her boyfriend, when something moves under the sheets and toward her; she giggles and says, "that tickles" (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
 A teenage girl wears a towel wrapped around her in a locker room. Teenage girls are shown in bras and panties in a locker room scene. A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. Teenage girls shower in a locker room (we see several pairs of legs below the knee and the diffused bare back and shoulders of a girl through a shower curtain). A young woman and a young man check into a hotel room, the young man takes a shower (we see his bare back to the hip and his bare chest and abdomen to the hip), and the young woman climbs on the bed.
 A man and a woman kiss. A man kisses a woman on the cheek.
 A woman moves her belongings into a man's house (they are not married).

VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - A teenage girl walks through the charred remains of a house, and sees a man preparing to kill his wife: the girl twists her ankle and falls to the floor, the man grabs her and breaks her neck, (we see blood in her mouth and hear her making crackling noises), and a boy who was watching runs and the man chases him, catches him and we're told that he drowned him in a bathtub (we also hear thrashing).
 A man pushes a woman to the floor, she cries, he grabs her hair, he pulls and apparently breaks her neck (it is not clear in this scene); he then drowns a child in a bathtub and throws a cat against a wall (we hear a screech and a crack).
 A young woman walks outside a hospital and her sister falls in front of her from the roof and crashes to the ground (we hear a splat and see blood pool under the woman's head). A boy finds his dead father lying behind a bed with a bloody head wound; he then finds his sister dead with her head in a tub of water.
 A man yells at a woman, insulting her cooking, and the woman pours a pan of hot bacon grease over his head and hits him with the pan (he falls to the floor and twitches briefly). A man squeezes a set of keys in his hand hard enough to draw blood (which we see).
 A teenage girl lies in a hotel room bed waiting for her boyfriend, something moves under the sheets and moves up toward her, she panics when she realizes that her boyfriend is still in the shower and a pair of ashen hands grab her around the head and neck and pull her back and out of the room (we hear later that she has disappeared).
 An ashen figure slithers down a flight of stairs and toward a teenage girl, the ashen hands reach up into the girl's sweatshirt, pull the girl down and she disappears; a boy holds the sweatshirt up and is frightened by what he sees. A teenage girl sleeps, gasps for air and an ashen figure sits next to her, screeches and watches as she dies. An elderly woman sees an ashen figure approaching her, she hears crackling and moaning as the figure approaches and the elderly woman dies.
 A boy watches as his father's girlfriend is pushed under water in a tub by ashen hands and drowned. A teenage girl sits on a couch, two ashen figures sit on either side of her and another across from her, and they turn blue and screech loudly. A young man develops a photograph in a darkroom, a spirit comes out of the photograph and kills him (we see him slumped against a wall later when a young woman finds him).
 A woman restrained to a hospital bed is frightened when lights in her room flicker, an ashen hand reaches up from beneath the bed, touches the woman's hand, and the woman struggles to free herself; an ashen head then rises up from behind the bed, the woman gets free and runs through the hospital, and turns around to see the lights in the hallway turning off and a shadowy image of an ashen and twisted woman lumbering toward her.
 A frightened woman walks through a dark machine room in a hospital, an ashen figure pushes its fingers through a plastic sheet trying to reach the woman, she runs out and onto the roof, she hears noises, sits against the ledge and ashen hands grab her from behind (she then falls off the roof).
 A teenage girl hides under a desk, sees ashen feet run in front of the desk, reaches up to the top of the desk and feels two cold feet, she screams, runs, makes a call from a phone booth and is entwined in black hair.
 A teenage girl climbs into a closet, two other girls close the closet door and hold it closed, loud rumbling comes from the attic above them, the girl inside the closet sees the ashen faces of a woman and a boy, and she screams uncontrollably because she cannot open the door. A teenage girl sees the ashen figure of a boy under her school desk, and she gets up and gasps disrupting the class. A teenage girl sees the ashen figure of a woman approaching her in a locker room, she screams, and she urinates on herself (we see the stream) and runs away. A man watches a videotape of an interview that when slowed way down shows an ashen figure near the ceiling.
 A boy walks into an apartment where he finds a teenage girl cutting off her own hair violently and pounding on the wall with her hand. A teenage blonde girl showers in a locker room and panics when she pulls a handful of black hair out of her head and sees it washing down the drain.
 A woman lies in a hospital bed with bandages on her hands and a badly bruised face. A woman in a hospital panics when she hears noises and lights flicker in her room, and the nursing staff restrains her with straps. A woman lies in bed, coughs violently and breathes through an oxygen mask.
 A boy watches a teenage girl walking through a dark hallway and picking through garbage, he hides and the girl walks past him. A boy hears thumping on his bedroom wall, touches the wall, the thumping gets louder and the boy recoils.
 A boy hears scratching at a teenage girl's apartment window, and he sees eyes peering through bits of newspaper taped to the windows. A boy hears noises in a hallway, he opens his apartment door, he sees three people walk by, and one is huddled with a hooded sweatshirt covering her face. People walking through an abandoned house hear noises (creaking, splashing and coughing).
 We hear about a woman who performs "exorcisms" and we see her "taking evil out of people": her fingertip becomes blackened and she drops a droplet of blood into a young girl's mouth, and the young girl thrashes and convulses.
 We hear about a man who murdered his wife and child and then he killed himself after wrapping his wife's body in plastic and putting it in the closet. People talk about a young woman having set a fire in a house to kill her boyfriend. Three teenage girls stand outside a house where murders took place and talk about a curse. We hear that a woman performed exorcisms and would "put the evil spirits" into her daughter. A woman tells a young woman that her sister is in the hospital after an accidental house fire. Teenage girls tease another teenage girl about having to visit the school psychologist.
 A teenage girl drinks a lot of milk from a bottle, and then gags and spits it back into the bottle. We see the inside of a house that has been badly charred from fire.

LANGUAGE 2 - 4 mild obscenities, 2 religious exclamations.
