After nearly the entire regimen of G.I. Joes is taken out by a surprise attack, the three survivors endeavor to figure out who they can trust and who was behind the attack. SEX/NUDITY 4 - A man unzips a woman's dress and we see her bare back, bra and panties; the woman undresses and the man watches her reflection in a TV screen (we see cleavage, bare shoulders and back and bare buttocks).
 A woman wears tight-fitting short, shorts and a sports bra while jogging (we see cleavage); she drops a grocery bag and bends over in front of a man who ogles her. A woman wears a low-cut dress that reveals cleavage, as well as her bare leg to the thigh through a slit in the skirt. Many women are shown wearing low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage, bare shoulders and bare backs in a party scene. A man is shown shirtless and his bare chest, abdomen and back are seen.
 A woman hugs a man (she is relieved that he is alive). A man tries to charm a woman and forces her to dance with him; we see them dancing closely and he dips her.
 A man tells another man, "That's not the first time you've sent a girl running from the room screaming" to which he replies, "That's not the first time I've sent two girls running from the room screaming."
 A man makes a remark about "girls with guns" as he and others arm themselves before a military operation. A man makes a remark to another man about the barometric pressure being on the rise, "like your panties," and the other man says, "You love my panties."

VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - A weapon is demonstrated and we see a large portion of London being destroyed. Aircraft open fire on many GIs on the ground and we see several shot and thrown by explosions, while three GIs jump into a well and hide and two armed men investigate and shoot into the water; we later see the three survivors walking through the burning rubble and looking at the dead (no injuries are shown but we do see bodies strewn on the ground). A man holds a nanobot that explodes and we see him burst into flames.
 An unconscious man zipped into a bag is thrown off a bridge and two other people attached with cables jump and swing onto a zip line; they continue to swing and cling to rock walls while being chased by others that are also swinging and clinging, and one swings into a rock formation and then is knocked off; they all fight with swords and several fall to their death when their cables are severed; also an avalanche is started and many people are swept off a cliff to their death. Three men fall off a sheer wall face and we hear them scream as they pass by a window.
 A man runs as a prison explodes behind him; he is thrown by the blast and runs from the flames that sear his back (we see his charred and smoldering flesh) and he is carried away by two other men. Many nanobots explode around a man, he runs and the explosions follow him and another man attacks him: he throws the man down a flight of stairs and they fight with punches; the other man hits him in the stomach with a metal pipe (we see blood on one man's mouth and on the other man's cheek) and the other man is struck by a car and thrown into the air (he gets away on a motorcycle).
 A man in a containment tank flatlines and medical staff scramble to revive him; he does revive and pulls one of the doctors into the tank and kills him by banging his head against the glass; other guards shoot at him and he fights them, killing them (no blood is shown). Many GIs jump from a helicopter and run through a weapons facility while shooting several men; others shoot back at the GIs and they engage several in fistfights (some spray is shown when a couple of people are struck by bullets, but it does not look red), one GI kicks a man in the head and then punches him several times, and another man is thrown over a railing and falls to the floor below. A sharp shooter shoots the coffee cup out of a man's hand and the cup shatters; many armed guards rush around trying to see where the shots came from while other armed forces move in; they fight with punches and kicks and exchange gunfire.
 Several armed guards are killed by a man with a sword and we see him slash and stab them (no blood is seen) until one man puts an defibrillator paddle into a water puddle on the floor electrocuting the man with the swords (we see him twitch and smolder, and he is shown unharmed later). A man shoots a containment tank and the man inside flops on the floor gasping (we see the man's face malformed from what looks like burn scars). Several GIs attack other military people and one is stabbed (we hear a crunch). We hear gunshots and a man rolls down a flight of stairs; the man then points a gun at another man and shoots.
 Two men fight: one throws throwing stars and the other shoots them out of the air a couple of times; the two men fight with punches and kicks and then knives (one man has a bloody nose), they break through a window and roll around outside, and one man pins the other and chokes him until a woman holds a mask over his face and he falls unconscious; the man is zipped into a bag and taken away (he's still alive). Two men fight with kicks and punches and one is knocked to the ground. Two men with swords fight until another man pushes over large cartons knocking them both out. Two women fight, one with a long stick and the other with swords until one woman is knocked out by a kick to the head. A man punches another man who is tied to a chair. A woman kicks a man and then his him in the head with her gun butt.
 A man threatens to attack several countries with a nuclear weapon and he pushes the launch button as representatives from several countries look on in panic; the representatives then launch their own nuclear weapons and then they all abort the launches (no one is harmed).
 Two men speed in boats and shoot at each other until they crash into each other (we see flames but no wounded). A man and a woman step into a busy street where they are nearly hit by a bus and the man is then swept into a car where he is stabbed in the leg with a hypodermic needle (we hear a crunch) and questioned. A man holds another man's head and holds his eye wide open for a retinal scan. Three GIs enter a house with their guns drawn and a man inside the house holds a gun on them until they lower their weapons. Three GIs with guns threaten several others with swords and they all lower their weapons at the same time.
 A man draws a knife across his own face and we see the cut line moving and his face changes (tiny nanobots scramble across his face to repair the damage; no blood is shown). Many nanobots fly into a restricted area and set off explosions. A man is stabbed in the chest and he falls back dead (we see his face alter as nanobots move around). A man is shot in the arm and we see blood on his shirtsleeve. We see a dead man with a sword sticking out of his back (no blood is shown) as a young boy holds him.
 A man and a woman rappel down a sheer rock wall toward a compound nestled on a cliff. A man rides a motorcycle and it breaks into several explosives that launch into the entrance of a prison as the man floats to the ground by parachute. A man on a motorcycle rides and it is shot throwing him off the bike and he runs away.
 We see two containment tanks with two men floating inside and another man is later added. We see a woman pour what looks like hot wax over a man's burned back and he winces. We see a man with bloody cuts on his face. We see a man with scars on his face.
 We see armed guards posted at a DMZ where several Joes prepare to attack and retrieve a defector. We see two men carrying a nuclear warhead through a weapons facility. Many military people in a helicopter arm themselves as they approach a drop site. We see weapons hidden in many places in a man's house like cabinets, drawers, closets, behind pantries, etc. A man uses a handheld device to melt a fence and create an opening for several others to pass through.
 A man who is shackled and handcuffed is shown wearing a black suit that covers him completely (no features are shown) and he has a metal ring around his neck that two other men holding two metal bars attached to it use to direct him into a prison.
 A woman blindfolded and with swords trains with an unarmed man. Two men shoot at a target and one uses an enormous gun that blows the target to smithereens. We hear two men calling out orders with gunfire in the background; it sounds like they are in a skirmish, but it turns out that they are playing a video game and one man is upset because he is "bleeding out" and the other doesn't seem to know what to do.
 A man says, "We are gonna find 'em and we are gonna kill 'em." A man threatens another man and says, "The GI Joes are about to be out of the picture." A man threatens another man and makes a comment about his "wifey-poo." We hear people discussing Pakistan's nuclear weapons capability in several scenes. A voiceover makes reference to "nanobot wars." A man says, "They call it water boarding but I never get bored." A man talks to a woman in a condescending manner in a few scenes. A man makes several snide remarks about North Korea. A man walking on the street threatens another man, then they threaten each other and then laugh (they are friends). A man tells another man that his young daughters "live to terrorize me." A young girl tells a man that he has "big ears."
 Two young girls attack a man with pillows and he retaliates by tickling them and then threatening them with a stuffed dog referred to as "demon dog" and they run from the room screaming (and laughing).

LANGUAGE 5 - 1 not fully enunciated F-word derivative, 2 obscene hand gestures, scatological terms, 4 anatomical terms, 18 mild obscenities, name-calling (cheater, insane, wifey-poo, crazy, no angel, weapons crazy, Ninjas, out of your mind, little guy), exclamations (shut-up), 3 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - A man is stabbed in the leg with a hypodermic needle and he is told that the chemical will put him to sleep in a few minutes, a man talks about a chemical that is injected into prisoners that makes them unable to move, and a woman holds a mask over a man's face and we hear bubbling as the man breathes in and collapses unconscious. A man tells another man "go get a beer."
