► People in a grief support group talk about the death of their children in several scenes. We hear that a man's child died. We hear that a man is out of remission. A young girl tells her father, "I hate you" and refuses to spend time with him after he "broke Mom's heart." A letter addresses the recipient as, "Dead tissue that won't decompose." An elderly woman talks about werewolves in front of her house and we understand that she has had a stroke. Song lyrics include references to truth being like blood under your fingernails. A man talks about coming out of remission 2 weeks before his son was born. A man sits in a competency hearing and watches video of himself ranting on a street, a sidewalk and a subway train.
► A man coughs violently in several scenes and we see him leaning over a toilet once, then flushing (we do not see vomit, but it is implied).
