► Women wear low-cut dresses and tops that reveal cleavage in a few scenes. Women wear tight-fitting outfits that accentuate their figures in several scenes. A woman wears a low-cut top and a short skirt that reveals cleavage and bare thighs.
► A man says that he and a woman are taking a break.

VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - A man riding on a motorcycle pulls up next to a car and the car swerves off the road and crashes (we see a fire start under the hood); we see this scene several times with varying amounts of detail and in one scene we see the motorcyclist pull the driver out and beat him to death (we see blood on the man's face) and the passenger inside with blood on her head and face as the motorcyclist strangles her to death.
► A man wearing an explosive vest ignites himself and we see him in flames before he is thrown into a nearby building and the building explodes (we understand that many people inside the building died). An explosive is detonated and a building blows up; we see rubble and bodies inside and one man is shown dead (blood is seen on his face) as another man holds him and grieves (the second man has blood on his head).
► Several people are shown in stasis chambers and we see them again later with bullet holes in their foreheads (blood trickles from the wounds). We see photos of a dead man in bathtub and he has blood on his face and head. We see the silhouette of an arm behind a shower curtain and a trickle of blood down the side of the tub. An enhanced human fights with another enhanced human and presses his hand into his chest; the arm of the first man is blown off and we see a glowing mechanical stump.
► Enhanced humans attack a doctor in a medical facility and one slams him into the floor; other enhanced humans attack several guards and we see them falling unconscious or dead. A man punches another man in the face and we see the second man with his hands tied as he hangs upside down with his head in a sink as water pours into it; the man is eventually left to drown and we see him thrashing when the water covers his nose and mouth. Two characters hold guns on each other and when one is shot (we see him flinch; no blood is evident), he drops a vial that is caught before it shatters on the ground.
► An enhanced human with wings on his back jumps off a building and sails through the air toward a truck that crashes into a heavily reinforced compound entry before many armed men shoot others in the area; many enhanced humans fight with gunmen, punching and kicking and shooting and one character uses energy blasts to deter attackers and one attacker steals a biological weapon in a vial as explosions blow up around them. Explosives are thrown into an apartment and armed men crash through windows as the occupants fight in an extended scene with punching and kicking and throwing (we see men crash into walls and falls down stairs (little blood is seen); one enhanced human jumps down several floors, jumps off a roof and onto another roof where he is attacked by another enhanced human and they fight; a helicopter shoots at them and another enhanced human kicks the chopper out of the way. There are several extended fight sequences between enhanced humans: one is struck mid-air and crashes to the ground (we see him unconscious and hear that there is a heartbeat but that there will be paralysis), another is trapped under a number of automobiles that are pulled out of a parking structure, another is struck hard in the chest with a shield and struggles to move, one increases in size and stomps on vehicles and then throws other vehicles that explode and tears the wing of a jet off.
► Two enhanced humans fight and one is shown with a badly burned face and head from a previous injury (he talks about the other man dropping a building on him). A woman rides a motorcycle right into a man, they fight and she fights several other men; one man grabs her and she shocks him in the neck (no effect), and he throws her inside an armored vehicle with a grenade and it explodes (we see her coughing on the ground and she seems OK). Two enhanced human women fight a male enhanced human and he throws one onto a table and holds her by the throat briefly (she coughs). An enhanced human woman fights with many men using kicks and punches and knocks several to the ground. An enhanced human is shot and falls off a roof crashing into a truck below (he's OK later). An explosive attaches to a shield and explodes mid-air above a crowded marketplace (we see some property damage).
► An enhanced human takes off in a helicopter and another holds onto it and pulls it back to the roof where it falls on its side and the blades nearly strike the man holding it; the helicopter and the two men fall over the side of the building and land in water below (one is seen unconscious as the other pulls him to safety). Several enhanced humans run and jump through car traffic, one crashes into a car's windshield, pulls the shattered windshield out and the driver and speeds away in the car while another enhanced human hangs onto the back of the car and another steals a motorcycle throwing the driver off and onto the ground; an explosive blows up a portion of a tunnel and the motorcycle crashes (no one appears to be harmed). An enhanced human pushes another enhanced human through a floor and then through several floors and deep underground (we see him OK later).
► An enhanced human punches the wall of a containment cell until it collapses; he gets out and attacks another enhanced human, they punch and kick and throw each other several times until one is thrown down an empty elevator shaft (he gets up again). Several enhanced humans are seen in containment cells and they have bruised and bloody faces.
► A man opens a crate and we see an explosive device inside that lets off a blast with a large shockwave that cuts out power for miles around. A man crashes a car into a parked car and we see a crumpled bumper (there are no injuries). A man is shown tucking a handgun into the waistband of his pants as he answers a hotel room door. We see a large explosive in a room in a hotel as a man answers the door. An enhanced human is shown being held with his metallic arm held by a large press. A man is shown moving into an MRI machine.
► We hear a man screaming and see him with his head clamped into a mechanism; he breathes heavily as a man repeats a series of words. We hear that an order has been given to shoot a man on sight. We see several men and a woman with IVs in their arms in a medical facility and one man is strapped into a bed as he screams and thrashes. A woman tells a man that he murdered her son and asks who will avenge him. A man talks about another man having "...his brain put in a blender." A man says that he had a heart attack and open heart surgery. We read newspaper headlines that state, "Weapons Sold to Terrorist." People argue in several scenes. We read a text message that says, "She's gone. In her sleep." A woman says that another woman, "Bought me my first thigh holster." A man says, "I will kill him myself." A man tells another man, "I hated you," and "I want to punch you in those perfect teeth." An enhanced human says, "If I tear myself in half." A man talks about another man having "laceration of the spinal column."
► A man spits food out and into a garbage can. A man spits (we do not see anything). A man uses the acronym B.A.R.F. for a memory device.
LANGUAGE 3 - 6 scatological terms (one whispered and unclear), 7 anatomical terms, 9 mild obscenities, name-calling (paranoid, dangerous, vigilantes, death squad, psycho assassins, idiot), exclamations (jeez), 2 religious profanities (GD), 7 religious exclamations (e.g. God, Oh God, Jesus, Holy [scatological term deleted], Oh My God).
SUBSTANCE USE - We see what could be a bottle of liquor on a table in a man's apartment.
