SEX/NUDITY 3 - Glowing cartoonish paintings on concrete walls depict several female breasts and nipples, two thighs, a few buttocks, and a woman's head with closed eyes and very red lips forming an "O." VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - A man sees two men tampering with the tires of his car, the men rush at him and he throws a hot cup of ramen into one assailant's face, stabs a metal spoon into the neck of the second man, takes away a handgun from the first assailant and shoots him, takes away a knife from the other man and stabs him in the neck, and then takes another handgun away and shoots both men, killing them (we see blood on the spoon as it bounces to the ground, on the victims' necks and on their chest) and later the first man says, "I am a murderer."
Sirens sound inside a jail and a woman and a man in handcuffs are released as another woman and another man enter the jail with large caliber weapons and the armed man laughs maniacally: both armed people enter shooting, killing a dozen deputies with shots that pass through the bodies and spray blood, some in close-up and glass windows and walls shatter loudly while walls fill with bullet holes and blood spatter, a man lying on the floor puts a handcuff around the woman's ankle and a straight back chair and she shoots him in the back of the head, killing him; she then limps outside with the chair and tosses a charged hand grenade to a man, who throws it back and blows up the jail in a loud boom, with tall flames and a lot of smoke, and the woman cuffed to the chair charges the man in the lot and he rushes forward, punches her in the face several times, breaks her arm with a loud crack and she sits in the chair, unconscious.
A man forces another man and a woman to kneel in the rain in a field and when the kneeling man stands up, the other man shoots and kills him; the man tells the woman to kill another man, whom he says is a dangerous puppy, and to do so soon, but she refuses and pleads for him not to kill her (he releases her).
A man says, "If I'm going to die, I'm going to die stoned and smiling in my bed" as he walks home with a woman who saved his life; a man appears and smashes the woman's face into a glass window, cracking it and making her grunt, then three soldiers enter the house, shooting automatic rifles for an extended time and destroying the inside of the house; the woman uses a teddy bear as a silencer and shoots through it to kill one of the soldiers while the male resident of the house shoots and kills a soldier by tossing an iron skillet into the air, bouncing a shot bullet off it and piercing the midsection of the soldier (in slow motion the bullet goes through the body and large amounts of blood spurt through front and back) and we then see a close-up of a dead soldier's open, blank eyes (a woman has her hands on his midsection and is bloody up to her elbows).
A man in a store uses a can of coffee, a large can of soup, a metal dustpan, a meat cleaver, and a small sledgehammer while 17 other men shoot at him and one grazes him in the forehead making him bleed; he swings on a cable and slams a man into a shelf, breaking his neck, and then slams against a freezer door and he finds a gash on his abdomen that is bleeding, but he does not stop; he picks up a claw hammer and another man picks up a long screwdriver as they begin to fight and the screwdriver goes through a man's hand, and the hammer claws penetrate the other man's thigh in close-up.
A man takes a handgun away from another man whereupon the second man locks the first man and a woman into a basement with glowing walls and two gunmen begin shooting; the woman falls out of the ceiling (where she was hiding) onto her stomach and begins punching one assailant, who hits her hard in the face twice while another assailant shoots three men through the chest and stomach (blood splatters walls, and victims are thrown back by the shots) and one assailant pumps poisonous gas into the house and one man passes out while a woman puts on a gas mask and drags him outside, begging him to stay awake or he will die.
Throughout the film, a man and a woman become embroiled in a chain of physical attacks and they accumulate facial cuts and bruises, bloody noses, bloody mouth and gums, and grazing gunshot wounds on shoulders and temples (her eyes are bruised purple and the man reveals a 4-inch gash in his abdomen at one point and we see the gaping, bleeding wound); a handgun shot grazes his temple, knocking him down and the wound bleeds over the side of his face and jaw (his white T-shirt becomes soaked in blood) and bloody from head to toe, they stand in a parking lot with dozens of police cruisers in front of them as officers point guns at them and we see green lights from laser targeting; two officers taser the couple and barbs from each shot knock the man and the woman down, unconscious, to end the scene.
A man grabs a woman, drags her down a hallway, slams her head against a concrete wall and chokes her (we see blood in her mouth, teeth, and gums); the woman spits blood into his face and punches him unconscious before another woman hogties the man with electrical cords and he awakens, groaning loudly. A woman, now captured by the CIA and the US Army, in a tent city in a parking lot of a grocery store punches two men, but is handcuffed and placed in a straight back chair. A man has a blotchy face with cuts on his temple and hand in two scenes and he sits handcuffed to a metal table with his ankles cuffed to the floor while looking at large photos of a bloody spoon, a bloody dustpan, a handgun lying in a pool of bubbly blood and a cup of ramen noodles with a spot of blood on it.
A man in a store points a handgun at another man and they are both slumped against lower shelves and bleeding from faces, arms and legs; the second man apologizes to the first man, telling him that he cannot help hurting people and the first man drops his gun (they get out of the store as it burns). A man points a handgun at another man on his lawn and then recognizes the second man as a friend, lowering the weapon.
A man and a woman shout at each other in a parking lot as they hear sirens approaching from off screen and something glowing floats down onto their car in the background causing the car to explode into large balls of flames. A man drags a woman by one foot to a car where he slaps her face to awaken her, and then he pours gasoline on a car below and throws a lighted cigarette lighter onto the car causing it to erupt in flames.
A sequence of footage run in reverse shows a grocery store un-exploding and a car falling up from the ground to the top of a bridge and we hear men and women yelling at each other. A long line of police cruisers with flashing lights sits around a tree against which a car rests; the car is steaming and the hood crumpled with no driver or passengers visible; after smoking drugs (please see the Substance Use category for more details), a man nearby says he thinks he is the tree and does not know who the car is while his girlfriend says in another scene that she is the tree and he is the car.
A man learns that his memories of five years were erased (he locks himself into a car and pounds the dashboard) and he and a woman argue and he tells her to go away until something hits the car they are in with a loud bang and it falls off a bridge into a dry creek bed; a man walks below the bridge, and drags the woman out of the car, then chokes her and hits her unconscious while pointing a handgun at the man inside the car and says, "Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang." A man and a woman argue slightly in a moving car until the woman becomes tearful, a sheriff stops them and tells the man he should keep a toothbrush at the jail because he has so many arrests for marijuana possession and then leaves. Two agents argue over the phone several times and one man says the other man is committing treason. A man says that there are dangerous monkeys around and points to a TV screen, on which a reporter describes an outbreak of Super-typhoid throughout a small West Virginia town, originating from experimental monkeys.
