Several young men and young women take their "final" Spring break trip together to Mexico and inadvertently become entangled in a deadly game of Truth or Dare. SEX/NUDITY 6 - A young man and a young woman kiss passionately and remove their shirts (we see his bare chest and shoulders and her bare shoulders; the scene cuts to them in bed with her thrusting on top of him and we see her bare back and his bare chest and abdomen (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
► A young woman wears a low-cut top that reveals her bare shoulders, cleavage, back and a bit of the side of her breast. A nude young man runs through an area where several people are seated; he dashes one direction with his hand covering his genitals and we then see him fully nude from the back (his bare chest, abdomen, legs, buttocks and back are shown). A young man stands on a pool table and reaches for his fly as he says that a young woman asked to see his genitals, and a few derogatory remarks are made about his endowment (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). Two women wear low-cut tops that reveal cleavage, bare shoulders and abdomens, as well as short shorts that show bare legs to the upper thighs in several scenes throughout the movie. We see a picture of a woman wearing a cleavage and bare abdomen revealing crop top on the wall of a convenience store. Young men and young women wear swimsuits that reveal the cleavage, bare abdomens and backs of women and bare chests, abdomens and backs of men. Young women wear low-cut tops that reveal bare shoulders and cleavage in many scenes throughout the film.
► A young man lies between the legs of a young woman lying on a beach and they kiss. A young man and a young woman kiss passionately while dancing on a dance floor. Two young men kiss on a dance floor while dancing. Two young women are dared to kiss and they do briefly (one says she's tempted to be bi-curious). A young man and a young woman kiss outside a car. A young woman dances very closely with a young man who is not her boyfriend (a friend of hers intervenes before the boyfriend sees her). A young man picks up his girlfriend and swings her around as they kiss and they fall onto a sofa as the scene ends. A young man and a young woman kiss tenderly.
► A woman describes to a young woman and a young man that she and other women were sexually assaulted by a priest when they were young. A young man tries to hit on a young woman at a bar and she declines but another young man intervenes to make the first man leave her alone. It is implied that a young woman has sexual relationships with other men beside her boyfriend. A young man is dared to do a lap dance on another young man and he does so (fully clothed and not very involved). A young man asks a young woman, "Do you know that [another girl] is in love with your boyfriend?" A young man says that his father is homophobic and that he has a fake girlfriend so that he doesn't have to come out to his family. A young man professes his feelings for a young woman who is not his girlfriend. A young man admires a young woman as she walks in front of him. A young woman yells at another young woman about, "Hooking up with randoms." A young woman says that she was dared to sleep with another young woman's boyfriend. We hear that a young woman's father got drunk and tried to seduce the young woman's friend.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - When people are taken over by the evil entity, their faces become stretched out of proportion, their smiles are unnaturally large, their eyes turn red and their voices also change.
► A young man stabs himself in the eye with a pen (we see the pen sticking out of his eye) and then slams his head into the wall to push the pen deeper (we hear a crunch and see blood pool on the floor and under a door). A young woman in a convenience store looks dazed and has a bloody cut on her forehead; she approaches another patron and squirts her with lighter fluid before setting her ablaze (we see a burst of flames and hear the woman scream). A young woman shoots at another girl and a third young woman jumps in the way of the bullet (she is struck and dies but we see no blood). A young man standing on a pool table walks toward the edge to step off and another young man tells him to be careful of a pool cue standing up at the edge; he walks to the other end of the table, and steps on a ball that causes him to fall and hit his head on another table snapping his neck (we hear a crunch and his neck bends unnaturally) as people scream (we hear the commotion on a video later). A young man stabs another young man before cutting his own throat (we see blood on both young men). A young man takes a police officer's gun and forces him to beg for his life; the young man is then shot in the back (no blood is shown). A young woman shoots herself in the head (we hear splatter).
► A young woman with a hammer slams it onto another girl's hand (we see it slightly bloody and later in a cast). A young man grabs his arm and yells in pain (we see words being burned into his flesh; they are not visible later). A dead body reanimates and grabs a young man around the throat. A man grabs a young woman by the throat until others enter the room and he runs away. While having sex (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details), a young woman grabs her partner around the throat and holds him briefly while telling him to tell the truth about something. A young woman holds a gun to her own head (she does not pull the trigger). A young man punches a young woman and another young man until a second young woman holds a gun on him. A young woman holds a gun to a young man's head and tells him to read something before cutting his own tongue out (we see him hold a knife to his mouth and we see a little blood).
► A young woman walks along the edge of a roof while drinking from a vodka bottle and she vomits over the side of the roof (we see goo and hear her gagging); she slips a few times as people on the ground follow her holding a mattress and a young woman drives her car into a fence with pointed poles to save the young woman on the roof from being impaled if she fell; then the young woman falls off the roof and lands on the roof of the car covered with the mattress and she moans and vomits over the side of the car (we hear splatter and gagging).
► A young woman is surrounded by many people with distorted facial features and they chant, "Truth or Dare." A young woman's friends are shown with distorted facial features and when she looks away and back again and they are back to normal. A young man hears a voice while he walks along a dark street and it calls his name and laughs maniacally. A young woman imagines her dead father asking her why she kept the gun that he used to kill himself, and she replies that she has thought of using it herself.
► A young man says that he is OK with other people dying if it means that he gets to live. A young woman shouts that another young woman constantly cheats on her boyfriend and when the first young woman tries to grab the other to explain, she says, "Touch me again and I'll break that hand." A young woman holding a pen says to a young man, "I will stab you with this," jokingly. We hear that a man was murdered, cut into pieces and buried in a cathedral.
► A young woman vomits in a toilet after drinking too much (we hear splatter and gagging). People go to an abandoned cathedral where a young woman finds a broken vessel that contains something that smells bad (she recoils from the smell). We see a dead body with discolored skin on a gurney in a hospital. An elderly woman opens her mouth and we see blackened teeth and part of her tongue missing (we understand that she cut her own tongue out).
