After a traffic accident, ghostly images start appearing in a couple's (Rachael Taylor and Joshua Jackson) photographs. As they investigate the source of the images, they discover a shocking truth. A fly crawls under a woman's face and out of her eye. A man coughs up blood and flies. A woman's face briefly turns into a skull. We see a decaying body that is mostly bone surrounded by flies. We see a burning corpse.
► A car hits a woman in the road and runs over her (we see no blood.)
► We see a man missing an eye (there is no blood). A car crashes, and a man and a woman hit their heads against the dashboard. A woman cuts her hand on a piece of glass (there is a small amount of blood).
